为探讨父母教养方式对不同性别学前儿童羞怯的组合作用路径,研究采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA),考察了532名学前儿童的性别和教养方式四个维度(说理、随和、命令、言语攻击)共5个条件变量影响儿童羞怯的条件组态。结果发现:1)单个父母教养方式不是影响学前儿童羞怯的必要条件,教养方式以组态的方式影响学前儿童羞怯;2)影响“儿童羞怯”的三条组合路径分别是“女孩*非说理”、“女孩*命令*言语攻击”、“非说理*命令”;影响“非儿童羞怯”的三条组合路径分别是“男孩*非言语攻击”、“说理*非说理*随和”。 相似文献

杜夫海纳认为审美对象是纯粹知觉对象.从现象学的角度看,这是经现象学还原而达到的具有主客关系本源性的意识结构,本文称之为"纯粹知觉意向性".在现象学还原问题上,杜夫海纳受到了胡塞尔、海德格尔、梅洛-庞蒂的多重影响,而又有自己独到的发挥和创见,这主要表现为,他把还原看作是由纯粹知性意识(胡塞尔)、经知觉意识(梅洛-庞蒂)到纯粹知觉意识的回溯,即回到知觉主体与世界的根源处.这种回溯表现在意识活动方面,就是走向感性,并外化为对象,杜夫海纳称其为"异化";而表现在意向对象方面则是,在悬置外部世界的同时,审美对象从非现实转化为现实的"现象",即在呈现中被给予和被还原的感性的对象,杜夫海纳称其为"中立化". 相似文献

随着互联网技术的迅猛发展,高校工会新媒体建设势在必行。上海高校工会新媒体建设在全国处于领先地位,但仍存在诸多不足。通过对105篇高校工会互联网建设相关文献和上海市66所高校工会官方网站以及微信公众号研究发现,高校工会互联网建设的相关研究主要兴起于2015年,以思辨研究为主,其中互联网环境下高校工会工作方式创新是当下最热门的研究主题;上海66所高校中有56.06%的工会建立了工会网站,但只有28.79%的工会创建了微信公众号,且主要集中在本科院校;高校工会网站基本达到"形"的完善,但普遍存在"质"不高的共性,在微信公众号运营上,近60%的高校工会只限于新闻发布和活动公告。因此,高校工会应该树立工会工作互联网思维,优化工会工作网上平台和提升工会队伍信息化能力建设。 相似文献

“感性活动”是马克思主义唯物史观的基本范畴。经创造性继承费尔巴哈“感性对象”原则与黑格尔否定的辩证法,马克思阐发了“感性活动”的物质基础与能动原则,赋予其三重规定:为生存资料需要的物质生产活动、形成社会关系社会矛盾的物质交往活动、为个性自由推翻现实矛盾的革命改造活动。马克思将人的“需要”机制作为推动和创造原则论证了感性活动从“生存”到“自由”的辩证运动过程,从而揭开了整个社会历史形成与发展之谜,确立了其哲学的实践基础,实现了对唯心主义和直观唯物主义的整体超越。而对感性活动进行生存、反思与自由的当代诠释,是为新时代中国特色社会主义主要矛盾论断找到重要哲学支撑,这既从学理上丰富了马克思主义,印证了不平衡不充分发展的特殊历史性,又在实践层面预示了实现美好生活需要的必然性,为社会创造活动提供了精神动力。 相似文献

The Australian Government's attempts at national urban policy have been sporadic and inconsistent, under the constraints of constitutional, financial, ideological and political factors. This paper concerns the recent resurgence of national urban policy under the rubric of “smart cities” adopted by the Turnbull Government and carried on by the incumbent Morrison Government. It investigates how this round of smart cities agenda articulates with Australia's political tradition of national urban policy to seek continuity and change, through comparing historical policies, unpacking major smart cities programmes, identifying explanatory factors and critically commenting on its innovation and legacy. Drawing upon these analyses, this paper argues that understanding the smart cities agenda needs to move beyond the political, ideological “to-and-fro” pendulum to national urban policy observed in history. Rather, it resonates with a globalised policy norm established upon the city-based global integration and competition, driven by an imperative of transitioning to a knowledge economy and pursuing innovation capacity. It is too early to judge whether the smart cities agenda will bring changes to Australian cities in the way it wishes, since it involves long-term infrastructure investment and urban development projects. However, a comprehensive and consistent national urban policy to govern the Australian system of cities and towns has not been established yet. 相似文献

The present study investigated the relationship between Hong Kong people’s stereotype toward Mainland people and their own national attachment (i.e., national identity, constructive patriotism, and uncritical patriotism). The role of inter-group relationship as mediator and age as moderator of that relationship were also tested. A total of 1753 local Hong Kong people aged 17–80 (mean age = 20.35 years, SD = 5.02) completed anonymous questionnaires regarding their stereotypes toward Mainland people, inter-group relationship with Mainland people, and national attachment. As expected, stereotypes toward Mainland people, inter-group relationship and national attachment showed significant positive associations with each other. More interestingly, it was found that the inter-group relationship mediated the relationship between stereotypes toward Mainland people and three domains of national attachment, with this indirect link being weaker for younger Hong Kong adults than for older Hong Kong adults. Implications of the present findings for future research are discussed, as well as potential interventions for increasing subjective national attachment to China, especially in young Hong Kong people. 相似文献

The new reality of networked publics on social media calls for crisis communication practitioners and researchers to understand the narratives generated by publics on social media during organizational crises. As social media publics possess diverse, unique characteristics and communicative needs during a crisis, they form interpretative communities and co-create various symbolic interpretations of the crisis. Extending the public-centric and narrative perspective to the context of social media crises, we examined what crisis narratives were constructed by social media publics (i.e., multiplicity) and how these narratives changed by crisis stages (i.e., dynamics). Using topic modelling based on large-scale Twitter data of the Chipotle E. coli crisis (N?=?40,610), we identified ten narratives subsumed under two themes (i.e., sharing-based and conversation-based) based on publics’ social constructions of their perceived risks and crisis experience. On the one hand, sharing-based narratives, heavily impacted by publics’ shared media coverage, reflected media crisis narratives and salient risk perceptions aligning with the news agenda. On the other hand, conversation-based narratives, fueled by publics’ opinion expression and emotional venting, demonstrated publics’ interpretations of their experience with the organization in the crisis with less salient but more diversified risk perceptions. In the current investigation, idiosyncratic deals (i-deals; individualized work arrangements) are modeled as differentiated resources that shape leader-member exchange (LMX) relationships in workgroups. We integrate literature on leader-member exchange (LMX) with research on i-deals to argue that employee evaluations of i-deals received from the grantor –typically the leader- enhance employee perceptions of LMX, which in turn become instrumental in generating positive performance outcomes. Furthermore, because workgroup characteristics have potential implications on the relationship between a deal grantor and the deal recipient, drawing upon social identity theory of leadership, we reason that the i-deals-LMX relationship is affected by the overall value congruence among the group members. Cross-level moderated mediation analyses on multi source data obtained from 289 employees nested in 60 workgroups showed that the mediational role of LMX in the i-deals to performance outcomes relationship was weaker in high value congruence groups. 相似文献
