为研究产权性质、控股股东与企业自主创新三者的关系,以资源基础、动态能力理论为依据,运用泊松、负二项、Zip和Zinb等四个模型,对2006-2015年深圳与上海证券交易所主板上市的公司进行回归分析,发现:(1)控股股东持股比例与企业技术创新活动投入之间呈U型动态关系,具有激励与侵占双重效应,而在创新活动产出方面,上市企业控股股东对企业技术创新活动产出影响主要表现为侵占效应,随着持股比例的增加这种掠夺效应会更显著,进而导致创新效率下降;(2)不论是在国有企业还是在非国有企业中,控股股东持股对企业技术创新活动产出均表现出侵占效应,然而与国有企业的控股股东持股相比,非国有企业的控股股东持股对技术创新活动更具抑制效应.显然,非国有企业的股权集中度对企业的技术创新活动产出有促进作用. 相似文献

We examine empirical relevance of three alternative asymptotic approximations to the distribution of instrumental variables estimators by Monte Carlo experiments. We find that conventional asymptotics provides a reasonable approximation to the actual distribution of instrumental variables estimators when the sample size is reasonably large. For most sample sizes, we find Bekker[11] asymptotics provides reasonably good approximation even when the first stage R2 is very small. We conclude that reporting Bekker[11] confidence interval would suffice for most microeconometric (cross-sectional) applications, and the comparative advantage of Staiger and Stock[5] asymptotic approximation is in applications with sample sizes typical in macroeconometric (time series) applications. 相似文献

Retention in treatment is one of the strongest predictors of positive mental health outcomes. Adolescents, however, are particularly challenging to retain in mental health treatment. Concurrent case management services may offer one strategy for retaining youth in mental health treatment as it aims to reduce barriers to services, coordinate multiple services, and establish a consistent relationship between each client and a single contact person. This study combines three extant data sources from the state of Kansas to examine whether youths' participation in case management is associated with increased utilization of individual and group mental health treatment, controlling for client satisfaction, severity of mental health symptoms, and demographic factors. Linear regression results indicate that participation in case management services predicts increased utilization of both individual and group mental health treatment. Case management may be a useful tool for retaining adolescent clients in mental health services. Practical implications for community mental health service delivery are discussed. 相似文献

This article redefines the political concept of the 'third way' from a 'third (or voluntary) sector' perspective. It is argued that this differs from both the state-led 'first way' social democratic ideologies and the market-led 'second way' of neo-liberalism and conservatism. The focus is on the distinctive approach taken by the third sector in South Korea, and compares this with recent developments in the UK. Although President Kim's ideology of 'productive welfare' resembles neo-liberal trends, the third sector in South Korea (rather than, as in Western democracies, the state or private enterprise) has played a pivotal role in the application of the 'third way'. Moreover, since the economic crisis of 1997, many third sector organisations in Korea have initiated social job-creation projects. These form a key part of the Korean welfare-to-work system. In examining the future direction of Korea's 'third way', this article suggests the need for the revitalisation of voluntary action in civil society generally and, more specifically, the further development of those organisations led by the 'unemployed poor' themselves. 相似文献

Cross-sector partnerships between firms and nonprofit organizations (NPOs) are emerging at an unprecedented rate to address sustainability issues. Extant research on cross-sector partnerships explains the firms' motivations to engage in partnerships but little is known about what drives the firms' partner choice. We build on firm-firm alliance research, differentiating between network-reinforcing and network-broadening strategies for finding partners. Based on a qualitative study with 33 experts from 17 frontrunner companies and 14 partnering NPOs, as well as secondary data, we assess the trade-offs between these two strategies and explore firms’ partner search and selection decisions. We advance cross-sector partnership research by proposing three drivers to explain why firms in our sample preferred to reinforce (rather than to broaden) their networks when forming additional cross-sector partnerships for sustainability. Moreover, we propose two conditions to explain why frontrunner firms often rely on opportunity-driven (rather than search-driven) partnership formation. These insights shed light on the type of formation strategy used in the context of cross-sector partnerships for sustainability. 相似文献
