上海在文化与科技领域的重点企业和品牌影响力不断增强,在细分领域逐步构建了一批有标识度的新兴文化创意产品品牌矩阵.但关键技术领域有待突破,文化大数据体系有待建立,知识产权保护力度有待加强,行业审批周期有待缩短.应增强文化与科技领域的关键技术研发与品牌建设,强化对文化创意产品的知识产权保护,加快培育跨界多功能型高端人才,研究精准化的文化创意产品发展政策.     

FAIR ALLOCATION WHEN PLAYERS' PREFERENCES ARE UNKNOWN

Suppose an arbitrator needs to allocate an asset among two players, whose claims on the asset are incompatible. The allocation outcome is said to be fair if the arbitrator awards an outcome that brings the same utility payoff to the two players whenever the two players' claims are symmetric and the allocation set is symmetric. In conjunction with other natural axioms, this fairness requirement implies a unique allocation outcome for any claims problem. We propose a mechanism which can be used by the arbitrator to implement this allocation outcome, even when the players' preferences are unknown to the arbitrator. (JEL C78, D63, J52)     

The Effects of Detrending in Granger Causality Tests

Nonstationary time series are frequently detrended in empirical investigations by regressing the series on time or a function of time. The effects of the detrending on the tests for causal relationships in the sense of Granger are investigated using quarterly U.S. data. The causal relationships between nominal or real GNP and M1, inferred from the Granger–Sims tests, are shown to depend very much on, among other factors, whether or not series are detrended. Detrending tends to remove or weaken causal relationships, and conversely, failure to detrend tends to introduce or enhance causal relationships. The study suggests that we need a more robust test or a better definition of causality.     

制度环境、风险感知对供应链网络治理模式选择的影响研究

本文以新制度理论与交易成本理论进行对话,从合法性视角构建中国情境下制度环境、风险感知与供应链网络治理模式选择之间影响机理的理论模型。通过问卷调查的方式收集117份有效问卷,并采用结构方程模型方法实证检验制度环境、风险感知对供应链网络治理模式的"形塑"作用。研究结果表明,制度环境是影响供应链网络治理模式选择的重要因素,强制制度对供应链网络治理模式选择具有显著影响,规范制度的影响作用不显著。在供应链网络治理模式选择过程中关系风险感知具有完全中介作用,而绩效风险感知具有部分中介作用。

《愤怒的葡萄》是约翰·斯坦贝克的代表作。小说讲述了在20世纪30年代美国经济萧条背景下,乔德一家人向加利福尼亚逃荒,以图获得美好的生活。然而,现实的残酷造成等待他们的仍然是饥荒、贫穷和失业,美梦的破碎导致成千上万像乔德这样的家庭奋起反抗。以权力话语理论为切入点,对小说中的主要人物进行解读,有助于实现微观权力和宏观权力的结合,进一步加深对小说的理解。     

电动空调涡旋压缩机型线优化

选取我国三大经济区2001—2017年的数据,运用面板数据模型分析了政府财政、金融市场及其相互作用对区域自主创新能力提升的影响,结果表明:政府财政对自主创新能力的提升作用较金融市场更为显著,但三大经济区存在差异;就全国总体而言,金融支持效率指标在是否存在政府中介的情况下均不显著,金融市场对自主创新的支持效率还很低下;误差修正模型表明区域自主创新能力提升还受自身前期自主创新能力水平影响;人力资本的投入对区域自主创新能力的提升起到至关重要的作用。

酒文化与旅游二者之间是一种互容关系,其紧密的结合构成了较深的文化底蕴。酒文化与旅游联姻的历史由来已久,即便在当代,渗入酒文化的旅游也能展示其独有的旅游特色。     

20世纪中西文化观念的冲突与会通

中西两种文化是两种类型的文化系统,前者是实践理性精神,而后者则是理论理性精神。１８４０ 年鸦片战争后,西学东渐并与中学发生了冲撞,中国人开始向西方学习,先学其技术,后学其制度,再学 其科学方法和价值观念,直至从哲学思维的深层上试图融合中西两种文化。在此方面．现代新儒家的诸 种努力是颇有借鉴意义的。本文在评判诸种文化会通方案的基础上,指出中西文化的会通是一项艰巨和 复杂的任务,首先必须淡化和消除民族文化中心主义的立场和观念;而要真正实现中西文化会通,还需 要作长期坚韧不拔的努力。     

Noninformative priors for the between-group variance in the unbalanced one-way random effects model with heterogeneous error variances

For the unbalanced one-way random effects model with heterogeneous error variances, we propose the non-informative priors for the between-group variance and develop the first- and second-order matching priors. It turns out that the second-order matching priors do not exist and the reference prior and Jeffreys prior do not satisfy a first-order matching criterion. We also show that the first-order matching prior meets the frequentist target coverage probabilities much better than the Jeffreys prior and reference prior through simulation study, and the Bayesian credible intervals based on the matching prior and reference prior give shorter intervals than the existing confidence intervals by examples.
