小微企业抽样调查的样本追加研究

本文理论结合实际,对小微企业的多层次推断问题进行研究。根据目前政府统计的实际,选择较为灵活的样本追加方法,在实际调查中实现"按需追加"。针对小微企业特点,结合分层抽样的方法,系统研究了小微企业子总体和域内样本追加的理论及其实际应用,得到结论"在子总体或域内各层中初始抽样和样本追加两次抽样的联合,等价于在各层中进行简单随机无放回抽样",并推导了估计量及其方差。同时,进行了实证模拟研究,验证了有关结论。本文为小微企业样本追加的实践提供了科学依据,能够有效提升小微企业多层次抽样推断的效率。     

Bayesian estimation of the linear regression model with an uncertain interval constraint on coefficients

This article considers Bayesian inference in the interval constrained normal linear regression model. Whereas much of the previous literature has concentrated on the case where the prior constraint is correctly specified, our framework explicitly allows for the possibility of an invalid constraint. We adopt a non-informative prior and uncertainty concerning the interval restriction is represented by two prior odds ratios. The sampling theoretic risk of the resulting Bayesian interval pre-test estimator is derived, illustrated and explored. Combining least-squares and quantile regressions

Least-squares and quantile regressions are method of moments techniques that are typically used in isolation. A leading example where efficiency may be gained by combining least-squares and quantile regressions is one where some information on the error quantiles is available but the error distribution cannot be fully specified. This estimation problem may be cast in terms of solving an over-determined estimating equation (EE) system for which the generalized method of moments (GMM) and empirical likelihood (EL) are approaches of recognized importance. The major difficulty with implementing these techniques here is that the EEs associated with the quantiles are non-differentiable. In this paper, we develop a kernel-based smoothing technique for non-smooth EEs, and derive the asymptotic properties of the GMM and maximum smoothed EL (MSEL) estimators based on the smoothed EEs. Via a simulation study, we investigate the finite sample properties of the GMM and MSEL estimators that combine least-squares and quantile moment relationships. Applications to real datasets are also considered.     

行业间不平等:日益重要的城镇收入差距成因——基于回归方程的分解

基于回归方程的收入差距分解发现,1988年、1995年和2002年,行业间收入不平等对中国城镇居民收入差距的贡献越来越大,而且这主要是由一些收入迅速提高的垄断行业造成的。同时,区位、教育、所有制和职业类型以及是否有第二职业对收入差距的贡献也在提高,是否完全就业和年龄对收入差距的贡献有明显下降。因此,缩小中国城镇收入差距,亟需打破劳动力市场进入壁垒和产品市场行业垄断。此外,减轻地区间的劳动力流动障碍、普遍提高劳动者的受教育水平等措施,也将是未来政府缩小城镇收入差距的重要政策着力点。
