钢管混凝土单圆管肋拱非线性分析

考虑拱肋初始挠度等缺陷的影响,采用钢管混凝土组合材料的本构关系,建立钢管混凝土单圆管肋拱计算模型。利用大型通用软件对一肋拱模型试验进行模拟计算,采用混合法,分别进行了线弹性、几何非线性及材料与几何双重非线性受力分析。通过计算结果与试验结果的比较,说明本文计算方法具有一定的优点,可为类似计算借鉴。     

Relationship of Dyadic Closeness With Work‐Related Stress: A Daily Diary Study

We examined the association between work‐related stress of both spouses and daily fluctuations in their affective states and dyadic closeness. Daily diary data from 169 Israeli dual‐earner couples were analyzed using multilevel modeling. The findings indicate that work stress has no direct effect on dyadic closeness but rather is mediated by the spouses’ negative mood. Evidence was found for spillover of stress from work to mood at home, as well as negative crossover among couples with higher marital quality, resulting in greater distance on stressful days. Such increased distance may reflect either a deleterious effect of work stress on marital relationships or a protective mechanism used by couples in times of stress.     

Child,Parent, and Situational Correlates of Familial Ethnic/Race Socialization

This study examines child, parent, and situational correlates of familial ethnic/race socialization using nationally representative data gathered as part of the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study, Kindergarten Class of 1998 – 1999 (ECLS‐K). The ECLS‐K sample (N = 18,950) includes White, Black, Hispanic, Asian, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, American Indian, and multiracial kindergarteners, with survey data available at the child, parent/guardian, teacher, and school level. We find that child correlates such as race and gender, parent correlates such as education and warmth of parent‐child relationship, and situational correlates such as percent of minorities at the child’s school and cultural event participation influence how often family members discuss children’s ethnic/racial heritage with them. We advocate for continued research of contextualized family dynamics.     

“Every Place Has a Ghetto…”: The Significance of Whites' Social and Residential Segregation

The residential and social segregation of whites from blacks creates a socialization process we refer to as “white habitus.” This white habitus limits whites' chances for developing meaningful relationships with blacks and other minorities spatially and psychologically. Using data from the 1997 Survey of College Students' Social Attitudes and the 1998 Detroit Area Study, we show that the spatial segregation experienced by whites from blacks fosters segregated lifestyles and leads them to develop positive views about themselves and negative views about blacks. First, we document the high levels of whites' residential and social segregation. Next, we examine how whites interpret their own self‐segregation. Finally, we examine how whites' segregation shapes their racial expressions, attitudes, cognitions, and even their sense of aesthetics as illustrated by their views on the subject of interracial marriage.

20世纪 90年代以来 ,国际资本流动呈现出许多新的特征和趋势。在推动经济全方位发展的同时 ,也埋下了金融危机的隐患。分析了国际资本流动冲击金融市场和金融体系带来的风险 ,探讨了我国利用和管理国际资本流动中存在的问题 ,并提出我国防范风险和管理国际资本流动的对策选择     

第二大股东持股的治理效应——基于上市公司的实证分析

本文以763家上市公司2003年的横截面数据为样本,通过考察公司绩效与第二大股东持股之间的经验关系,考察了第二大股东持股的治理功能。通过结合上市公司数据建立一个多元模型,来说明第二大股东是如何监督第一大股东,影响公司价值的。研究发现,我国并不存在有效的股权制衡机制,第二大股东的存在没有显示出积极的治理激励功能,没有反映出第二大股东对第一大股东的监督激励作用。在我国目前的制度背景下,相对控股是一种最佳的平衡状态。     

合作：信息时代高校图书馆员与教师关系的发展方向

针对网络信息环境下高校图书馆员作用与职责的变化，提出馆员与教师发展合作关系可以实现双赢价值。从教学／教育、信息服务、科研和文献资源建设四个方面对我校教师与馆员的互动交流的程度，馆员对教师的影响和作用进行了调查分析。结果表明，虽然教师和馆员互动合作的比率较低，但馆员对教师的积极影响和作用却是显著的。据此建议，在发展与教师的合作关系中，馆员应有更大的作为。

Changes in conjugal life in Canada: Is cohabitation progressively replacing marriage?

This article aims first to contrast the trends of marriage and cohabitation across different regions in Canada, and second, to assess whether cohabitation constitutes a new stage in the progression to marriage, or an alternative to marriage altogether. Based on various empirical demographic indicators, the analysis shows profound differences across the country. In Quebec, cohabiting unions are now widely accepted as forming the basis for family life, whereas they still largely constitute a childless prelude to marriage elsewhere in Canada. The authors discuss the role of different religious and cultural backgrounds, and of recent changes in the relationships between men and women, in accounting for the divergent evolution observed.
