加强人口与性别研究 推进小康社会建设

本文根据彭佩云同志在由中国人民大学妇女研究中心和全国妇联妇女研究所于2009年11月28日在中国人民大学举办的人口性别发展学术论坛上的发言形成。强调了人口与性别问题在发展中的重要地位、产生根源的复杂性、以及社会后果的滞后性,希望加强各学科的密切合作,发扬学术民主,深化人口与性别问题的研究。     

国家统计机构比较研究

 内容提要：本研究报告在广泛收集和研究国外相关资料的基础上,介绍了国家统计机构的一般组织结构、官方统计基本原则在各国的实施和经验。在此基础上,剖析了官方统计10项基本原则在我国统计工作中的实施情况,通过对照、检查,指出我国统计工作在很多方面已经达到国际通行的官方统计基本原则要求,在一些方面甚至处于国际领先水平。但是,在某些方面与国际标准相比,仍有一定的差距,需要进一步改进、提高。为此,提出了完善我国统计工作的初步建议。

Report of the ASA Technical Panel on the Census Undercount

"This report contains recommendations reflecting the views of the ASA Technical Panel on the Census Undercount concerning [U.S.] Census Bureau procedures and plans in the fall of 1982." The report consists of technical statistical advice on measurement and estimation problems. A response by Barbara A. Bailar, reflecting the views of the U.S. Census Bureau, is also included (pp. 257-60).

The Change and Trend of Population Momentum in China since 60 Years

This paper calculates total population momentum,urban and rural population momentum and agespecific population momentum in China since 60 years.The main findings and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the power of population momentum of the positive growth is disappearing rapidly;Secondly,the cities are in the turning point of population momentum from positive to the negative growth while China’ s population growth was wholly attributable to momentum in the rural areas;Thirdly,China’ s population momentum of positive growth mainly is due to substantial growth of the old.

本文对毛细管电泳用于单个细胞分析的方法及应用进行综述。较系统地论述了毛细管电泳分析时单个细胞取样、溶膜、衍生和检测的方法,以及应用新进展。     

辽宁“十二五”国民经济和社会发展规划总体思路设计

国民经济和社会发展规划总体思路在区域发展规划中处于指导地位,具有战略意义。在分析辽宁“十一五”时期国民经济和社会发展取得成绩和显现问题的基础上,与其他沿海发达省份进行对比,找出辽宁存在的差距。通过对辽宁资源分布特点及产业发展支撑能力、工业化发展进程和新型工业化水平、省内自身发展优势与劣势和省外机遇与挑战的分析,提出辽宁“十二五”时期经济社会发展定位、指导思想和基本原则,明确经济社会发展的重大战略任务和主要目标,确定主要攻坚任务,并提出相应对策建议。
