《太平广记》对元人宗教信仰的影响

《太平广记》是一部笔记小说总集，包含有大量的佛、道、民间神祗的内容，具有很高的宗教文化价值，历经两宋的传播，进入元代社会。元代是一个多元的社会，宗教平等，信仰自由，宗教文化繁荣，《广记》中的宗教信仰元素与这一时期包容性的社会特点相契合，影响grz-~的思想、行为，使得元朝时期的宗教民俗文化愈加丰富、灿烂。     

A semidefinite programming study of the Elfving theorem

The theorem of Elfving is one of the most important and earliest results which have led to the theory of optimal design of experiments. This paper presents a fresh study of it from the viewpoint of modern semidefinite programming. There is one-to-one correspondence between solutions of the derived semidefinite programming problem (SDP) and c-optimal designs. We also derive a uniqueness theorem which ensures a unique optimal design without assuming the linear independence property over the largest set of supporting points. The SDP can also be cast as an ?₁‐convex program which has recently been extensively studied and often yields sparse solutions. Our numerical experiments on the trigonometric regression model confirm that the SDP does produce a sparse optimal design.     

Return Migration of Foreign Students

Using administrative panel data, this paper presents a comprehensive empirical analysis of the return of recent foreign students in the Netherlands. We focus on how individual labour market changes and marriage formation influence their decision to leave. Our model allows for correlated unobserved heterogeneity across the migration, the labour market and the marriage formation processes. The large size of the data permits us to stratify the analysis by five groups based on the country of birth. The empirical analyses reveal that when students become unemployed they leave faster. The effect of finding a job on return is more ambiguous. For students from developed (including EU) countries it hardly affects their return, while students from less developed countries and Antilles/Surinam are more prone to leave after finding a job. Marriage in the Netherlands makes the students more prone to stay.

基于文献回顾与讨论的农民政治参与特征、因素与影响

政治参与是民主政治的组成部分,提高民众的政治参与水平是推动民主政治发展的重要途径。改革开放以来,中国将发展基层民主作为推动民主政治建设的重要举措,广大农民的政治参与获得了前所未有的发展。农民的政治参与呈现出制度化和非制度化并存的特征。在农民政治参与的政治活动中,经济的发展、社会的变迁和政治体系的结构等因素都对于农民的政治参与产生了重要的影响,展现了这些因素与农民政治参与之间的复杂性关系。农民的政治参与对推动国家的民主政治发展,改善农村的基层治理水平具有推动作用。     

关于高职物流管理专业建设工作的总结与思考--以陕西青年职业学院物流管理专业为例

陕西青年职业学院物流管理专业多年来在专业建设工作中进行了持续不断的创新研究和改革实践，总结形成了包括人才培养模式、课程教学改革、实践教学体系、师资队伍建设、实训条件建设等专业内涵核心内容的诸多具体成果和有益经验。本文对此成果经验在人才培养工作中发挥的作用进行了梳理归纳，同时对当前专业建设中存在的相关问题提出了思考建议。     

Nutrigenomics Hypothesis: Examining the Association Between Food Stamp Program Participation and Bodyweight Among Low-Income Women

This paper examines the association between food stamp program participation and bodyweight among 1,723 eligible women who were respondents of the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth 1979 Cohort. The study sample was stratified by race/ethnicity and two time periods, i.e., 1987–1996, 1998–2002, to allow for genetic and cultural differences and a potential structural break due to the 1996 welfare reform. We test a hypothesis based on the nutrigenomic literature suggesting that genetic heterogeneities result in varying effects of nutrition or food-borne components on metabolism. Differences in socioeconomic characteristics between participants and eligible non-participants were identified. We find a positive association between food stamp program participation and bodyweight among Hispanic women, particularly those of foreign-born.     

论特许人产品侵权责任——以世博、奥运为例

从世博、奥运特许产品对消费者权益保护不足以及特许人权利义务不对等来看,有必要将特许人承担特许产品侵权民事责任引入现有法律制度。应对《消费者权益保护法》增设第35条第4款以及《产品质量法》增设43条之一,其责任的法律基础不是合同责任而是侵权责任,责任形态是连带责任,且以过错推定为归责原则。     

土地整治项目PPP模式及其资产证券化问题探讨

土地整治是国家保障发展、保护耕地、统筹城乡土地配置的重大战略,但其所需资金数额巨大,仅靠财政资金难以为继,土地整治项目PPP运作资产证券化或许将成为解决融资这一关键问题的新途径.目前土地整治项目PPP运作有四种可能的模式,包括全域整治PPP模式、农用地整治+现代化农业产业经营PPP模式、农村建设用地整治PPP模式以及整村整治PPP模式,但都存在着一些局限性和不足.基于此,文章提出具有实现各方多赢可能性的新途径——土地整治项目PPP运作资产证券化,其具体运作过程中应注意谨慎使用于适当项目,理顺政府和社会资本的关系,健全利益分配机制,识别与分配风险,引入中长期投资群体.     

刘铭传的对日防御思想与实践

淮军名将、首任台湾省巡抚刘铭传的加强海防和积极对日防御思想,以及在台湾殚精竭虑的实践活动,是值得研究和肯定的.甲午中日战争中,刘铭传虽因年老病重未能再次出山御侮,但众多铭军将士在甲午战争中积极参战、奋勇抗日,则体现了刘铭传此一思想的影响.
