国际贸易中心指标体系构建及对上海国际贸易竞争力的评估和建议

随着长三角区域、亚洲区域市场一体化加快推进,上海国际贸易中心建设可充分利用长三角区域枢纽区位优势,从提升总部功能发力,从点上政策突破到面上统筹,对外汇、人才、贸易便利化、数据跨境流动进行系统安排,集聚跨国公司总部;从结算、采购、营销、物流、分拨等功能层面进行分类施策,推动贸易主体营运功能衍生;发挥金融、保险、咨询等专业服务优势,使上海成为长三角区域、国内企业国际营销网络的开拓通道.     

试析我国公民政治文化的建构

建构与民主政治相适应的公民政治文化,达到政治理念的一元化,是我国社会主义市场经济发展、民主法制建设以及精神文明建设的客观必然。改变原有的臣民心理,构建与民主政治相适应的公民政治文化是一个艰难的长期的过程,需要社会经济制度、政治制度、民主实践、民众的心理结构等各个层面为之提供条件。     

Outlier detection and robust variable selection via the penalized weighted LAD-LASSO method

This paper studies the outlier detection and robust variable selection problem in the linear regression model. The penalized weighted least absolute deviation (PWLAD) regression estimation method and the adaptive least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) are combined to simultaneously achieve outlier detection, and robust variable selection. An iterative algorithm is proposed to solve the proposed optimization problem. Monte Carlo studies are evaluated the finite-sample performance of the proposed methods. The results indicate that the finite sample performance of the proposed methods performs better than that of the existing methods when there are leverage points or outliers in the response variable or explanatory variables. Finally, we apply the proposed methodology to analyze two real datasets.     

建立和完善工业反哺农业财政机制

当前,我国总体上已进入工业反哺农业阶段,财政机制在其中扮演着极其重要的角色。但就目前而言,工业反哺农业财政机制的建立与完善仍然受到经济发展水平与国民经济分配格局、现行财政体制、基层政府执政能力、宏观经济政策等条件的约束。对此,应以城乡协调发展、科学规范、事权与财权相统一、公开透明、循序渐进、市场调研与财税调控相结合等为原则,建立财政反哺农业增长的长效机制,调整财政支农结构,转换农村反哺供求连接机制,建立和完善财政农业资金绩效评估与监管机制,以及制定相关配套措施。     

教育研习:一种新的教师职前教育课程形态

China’s Economic Development and Development Economics Innovation

会计信息质量的制度经济学分析

会计信息质量的失真直接影响到一个单位会计数据的真实性和准确性。会计信息失真、企业诚信缺失已经成为社会进步的一个障碍。运用制度经济学的交易费用、产权理论以及委托-代理关系来分析由于会计制度的不完善所带来的会计信息失真,提出相应的治理对策。     

社会研究范式的三次转变

社会科学经历了三次重要转折:一是从朴素的社会学到自然主义社会科学的转折;二是从单一社会学学科到并列、多分支学科的社会科学的转折;三是目前正在发生的从分立的社会学科群到系统的社会科学体系的转折。系统的社会科学体系的建立,是社会科学的未来走向,将最终确立社会科学的科学地位。     

企业家从政经历、参政身份与高壁垒行业的进入

企业家政治关系能帮助企业获取资源,对企业的发展具有重要意义。基于全国私营企业问卷调查数据检验不同来源政治关系对企业进入高壁垒行业的作用,实证结果发现,源于从政经历的政治关系更具"嵌入性",有助于企业进入高壁垒行业,其正面效应随着市场化的推进而增强;源于政治身份的政治关系更具"市场性",无助于企业进入高壁垒行业,其负面影响也并未随着市场化的推进而减弱。
