习近平新时代开放发展理念的致思逻辑

党的十八大以来,面对全球经济深度融合的开放时代,以习近平同志为核心的党中央准确把握国际国内发展大势,提出了新时代开放发展理念,指明了我国开放发展的新方向,奏响了我国开放发展的新乐章。习近平新时代开放发展理念具有深厚的理论渊源,并以基本要求、布局安排、实施路径构成了其逻辑体系,彰显了继承性与发展性相统一、包容性与竞争性相统一、民族性与世界性相统一等鲜明特点。     

The empirical Bayes estimators of the parameter of the Poisson distribution with a conjugate gamma prior under Stein's loss function

For the hierarchical Poisson and gamma model, we calculate the Bayes posterior estimator of the parameter of the Poisson distribution under Stein's loss function which penalizes gross overestimation and gross underestimation equally and the corresponding Posterior Expected Stein's Loss (PESL). We also obtain the Bayes posterior estimator of the parameter under the squared error loss and the corresponding PESL. Moreover, we obtain the empirical Bayes estimators of the parameter of the Poisson distribution with a conjugate gamma prior by two methods. In numerical simulations, we have illustrated: The two inequalities of the Bayes posterior estimators and the PESLs; the moment estimators and the Maximum Likelihood Estimators (MLEs) are consistent estimators of the hyperparameters; the goodness-of-fit of the model to the simulated data. The numerical results indicate that the MLEs are better than the moment estimators when estimating the hyperparameters. Finally, we exploit the attendance data on 314 high school juniors from two urban high schools to illustrate our theoretical studies.

浅议高校非事业编制人员权益维护的内涵及途径

随着社会主义市场经济体制的进一步完善和高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入,大量非事业编制人员逐步成为后勤职工队伍的主要力量.积极维护非事业编制职工的合法权益,不仅仅是当前高校工会和后勤党政工作的重点,也是维护全校教职工整体权益的体现.维护好非事业编制职工的合法权益,更有利于调动他们工作的积极性,推动和谐劳动关系的建立.     

晚唐五代敦煌寺院与中原田庄比较研究

晚唐五代时期敦煌处于吐蕃和归义军的统治, 此时的寺院模式与中原历代形成的田庄极为相似。通过二者在阶级构成、经济生产、社会关系等方面的比较, 可得出结论: 此时之敦煌寺院为不完全之田庄。     

神话史诗《布洛陀》的世界意义

壮族摩教经诗《布洛陀》作为民间宗教摩经的经典,赞颂了主神布洛陀这一神话人物,保存了许多原始神话的成分和元素,可以视为“神话史诗”;该史诗反映了人类社会文化历史的一般情形,具有普遍的世界意义;而作为民间信仰摩教的代表,揭示了民间宗教信仰之类,也具有世界意义。《布洛陀》是非常珍贵的文化遗产,对人类学、民俗学、历史学、神话学、社会学、宗教学等学科研究有巨大的科学价值,它不仅是壮族珍贵的文化遗产,也是世界珍贵的文化遗产。     

Time,Space, Confucianism and Careers: A Contextualized Review of Careers Research in China – Current Knowledge and Future Research Agenda

Career studies attract significant attention, but most of the theories and concepts were developed and tested in Western contexts. Based on a systematic review and analysis of 95 articles published in the field of careers that focus on China in the period between 1991 and 2017, this paper identifies emerging trends and outlines a profile of the current development of careers research in the Chinese context. Using a time and space analytical framework, the review evaluates the theoretical and empirical career lenses embedded in the unique Chinese cultural, institutional and organizational contexts and confirms that research on Chinese careers is significantly underdeveloped. Through a theoretical lens of Confucianism, we propose a need to consider context‐specific factors, in particular time and space, when conducting Chinese careers research, and present implications for future research on careers in China.     

Bayesian estimation and influence diagnostics of generalized partially linear mixed-effects models for longitudinal data

This paper develops a Bayesian approach to obtain the joint estimates of unknown parameters, nonparametric functions and random effects in generalized partially linear mixed models (GPLMMs), and presents three case deletion influence measures to identify influential observations based on the φ-divergence, Cook's posterior mean distance and Cook's posterior mode distance of parameters. Fisher's iterative scoring algorithm is developed to evaluate the posterior modes of parameters in GPLMMs. The first-order approximation to Cook's posterior mode distance is presented. The computationally feasible formulae for the φ-divergence diagnostic and Cook's posterior mean distance are given. Several simulation studies and an example are presented to illustrate our proposed methodologies.
