我受院党组的委托,将我院首批学部委员、荣誉学部委员产生过程做有关说明。一、首批学部委员、荣誉学部委员的推选工作是在院党组直接领导下进行的为落实“5·19”中央政治局常委会议精神和院党组关于“组建学部”的决定,早在去年院工作会议后,根据院党组决定,院里就成立了组建     

COST-VOLUME-PROFIT ANALYSIS IN STOCHASTIC PROGRAMMING MODELS

This paper applies mathematical programming to cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis under contribution margin uncertainty. Three CVP probabilistic chance-constraint models based on various safety-first criteria for decisions under uncertainty are presented and compared. It is shown that a break-even segment of the mean-standard deviation frontier is a set of optimal solutions for the proposed models. An operational parametric quadratic programming (QP) model is constructed, and the efficiency frontier is generated. The procedures for locating an optimal solution on the efficiency frontier are then presented. The recommended QP procedure offers both technical relief from the computational difficulties posed by the probabilistic constraints and a desired flexibility in generating and presenting the relevant information for decisions under uncertainty.     

家族企业企业家精神的传承与创新研究

家族企业的传承不仅是财富和权力的传承,更重要的企业家精神的传承。企业家精神往往随着规模增加、企业日渐成熟等因素影响,呈现递减和衰退的趋势。因此,家族企业传承需要企业家精神的传承和创新。本研究构建了企业家精神的多层次概念框架,从多理论视角对企业家精神衰减的根源进行了分析,提出了企业家精神在家族企业传承和创新的不同路径。     

社会服务项目化运作对基层社区社会工作发展的意义探究——以上海市Z区为例

"社区公益创投大赛"和"社区公益项目招投标"是上海市民政局推出的两项社会服务项目化运作的典型工程,文章以上海市Z区为例,探讨了社会服务项目化运作对基层社区社会工作发展的意义。包括居民需求的真正满足、社会组织的破土新生、社会工作的专业推广和民政工作的专业化发展。     

日本电信价格规制评析

日本政府在电信民营化和电信规制改革的推进过程中,充分吸收了欧美等国电信价格规制经验。经过多次法律调整和制度完善,逐渐形成了现行的以基础电信服务、指定电信服务和特定电信服务等公共电信服务为规制对象的价格规制体系。在实行价格上限规制的基础上,日本电信市场逐渐形成了全方位竞争的市场格局。     

An Examination of the Dual Model of Perfectionism and Adolescent Athlete Burnout: A Short-Term Longitudinal Research

The dual model of perfectionism (Slade and Owens, Behav Modificat 22(3):372–390, 1998) is adopted to examine the influence of adaptive and maladaptive perfectionism on adolescent athlete burnout in Taiwan. Participants were 188 high school adolescent student-athletes (M = 16.48, SD = .59). They were administered the Multidimensional Inventory of Perfectionism in Sport (Stoeber et al., Pers Individ Dif 43(1):131–141, 2007) and the Chinese Athlete Burnout Questionnaire (ABQ) (Lu et al., Phys Educ J 39(3):83–94, 2006). A field longitudinal design was used. In cross-sectional analyses, hierarchical multiple regressions indicated that adaptive perfectionism negatively predicted athlete burnout while maladaptive perfectionism had an inverse relationship with burnout. However, after controlling for the initial scores of burnout, neither adaptive nor maladaptive perfectionism significantly predicted athlete burnout after a three month interval. Possible mechanisms of this relation, limitations, and practical implications are discussed.     

Subjective Quality of Life in Zhuhai City,South China: A Public Survey Using the International Wellbeing Index

The study of subjective quality of life and its connotations in the People’s Republic of China is at a preliminary stage. Although there is an emerging body of literature on this topic, there are few datasets representative of the general public, particularly in Mainland China. This paper reports the findings of a public survey (N = 449) conducted in Zhuhai City, South China using the International Wellbeing Index (IWI). There were four main aims: (1) to judge whether residents were satisfied with their lives; (2) to compare the data with recent findings from Hong Kong and Macau; (3) to investigate the equivalence of the IWI in terms of its psychometric properties; and (4) to determine the applicability of the ‘Theory of Homeostasis Wellbeing’. The data indicated a moderate level of personal (PWI score = 64.4.) and national (NWI score = 57.4) wellbeing, consistent with recent findings from Hong Kong and Macau. The PWI score was within the normative range for non-Western countries, which indicates that the residents were, on the whole, satisfied with their lives. Although previously reported objective measures of quality of life in Zhuhai are lower than in Hong Kong and Macau, this is not reflected in this study’s subjective measures. This finding was interpreted in terms of the ‘Theory of Subjective Wellbeing Homeostasis’, and the specific situation in Zhuhai, as there seems to be an absence of factors (i.e., no harsh economic or social situation) which could drive subjective wellbeing below normal. Last, that the IWI demonstrated good psychometric performance in terms of its reliability, validity, and sensitivity, and concurred with previous published reports, it seems that the scale’s robustness generalises to Chinese samples.     

新疆民汉语互学现象的由来和发展

本文从民族迁徙、通婚、经商、入侍、屯田诸方面入手,通过大量民汉接触的史料,对新疆民汉语互学现象产生的基础和条件,对民汉语互学现象的发展过程以及民汉语互学现象对新疆社会经济产生的影响,进行了较为系统的论述,客观地反映出两千多年来汉族与当地民族密切交往的历史以及共同为新疆社会经济发展所做的努力.     

对Cosmopolitanism的理解与汉语翻译

在一般汉文字典里,Cosmopolitanism被译为世界主义或世界性.这个词语是西方思想和社会研究的一个重要概念,也是近年来西方社会学重新重视的概念.要讨论适当的翻译,就必须先明白其意思和用法.虽然人类学的理论较少谈到cosmopolitanism,但是人类学对cosmopolitanism的世界观已经作出良多的贡献.     

当代民间信仰研究的现状和走向思考

当代中国思想文化一个无可回避的事实,就是如何看待现实社会中广泛存在的民间信仰.近几年,学界对什么是民间信仰,展开热烈的讨论,有关"民间信仰"的定义也众说纷纭,但是,大多论者对民间信仰往往只注意其信仰的层面,并以宗教学的知识、理论进行解说,缺乏该信仰与现实社会关系的研究.新的研究走向,拟从当代社会流行的民间信仰和民众生活的关系,从一种不脱离信仰的生活切入,以点带面,实践调查,理性分析,科学界定,并在此基础上提出相应的对策,为国家对民间信仰的管理提供政策的依据,为中国现当代思想文化建设做出应有的贡献.
