“以病人为中心”理念适应了医患关系和谐发展的需要。针对当前对“以病人为中心”存在的一些误读,探讨了“以病人为中心”的服务理念与科学的制度设计紧密结合,注重从制度层面践行“以病人为中心”的理念。旨在唤醒医务人员的耻感意识,加强制度的约束效应,反思医疗体制的改革,完善医疗改革的配套制度,加强社会诚信文化的建设。     

"稻草人化"与"去稻草人化"——中国地方环保部门角色式微及其矫正策略

当前,本应发挥重要环保功能的地方环保部门却扮演着"稻草人"的式微角色,遭遇"稻草人化"的社会困境.体制缺陷只是这一社会现象的表层原因,深层原因则是"生产的跑步机"机制使然."去稻草人化"机制的完善需要环保从紧策略和相应的制度与政策安排、生态现代化战略的实施、环境非政府组织的发展等外部机制条件以及环保部门自身的内部机制建设,而根本路径取决于能否走出"生产的跑步机"困境.     

制度理论视角下企业可持续发展的组织场域与制度的共同演化——以电信运营业为例

从制度理论的视角来研究组织场域的问题,是国际上社会科学界研究的热点。文章围绕企业可持续发展这一主题,从制度合法性的视角出发,分析了电信运营业组织场域相关者的变化,并将这些变化同电信企业的制度情境和采用的可持续发展战略联系起来分析。从而,以电信行业为研究对象,围绕企业可持续发展这一中心问题,揭示了组织场域和制度因素怎样共同演化,并提出了一个整合模型。     

乡村旅游可持续发展的新出路——社会学的分析思路及解决方案

乡村旅游可持续发展虽然已经是各方达成的共识,但在实践中却面临重重困难。其主要障碍包括不平等的权力关系、话语权缺失、定位与导向有问题以及技术和管理落后等。因此,解决乡村旅游可持续发展的根本出路就在于政治变革、经济重构、社区参与及政府的重新定位。     

浅谈医疗纠纷中医方赔偿责任及其法律适用

本文从医方赔偿责任及其概括性法律适用上分析,认为应该首先从侵权行为法体系中来认定赔偿责任;其次在医方证据缺陷的情况下,医方应该承担医疗事故损害赔偿责任;最后医方承担赔偿责任在特殊案件中可适用定期金和精神损害赔偿制度。     

基于手段-目的链的服务失误自检体系研究

服务业在国民经济中的地位日益增强,如何让服务补救的体系更加完善、服务补救的工作更有效果已经成为学术界和企业界共同关注的问题。运用"手段—目的链"的分析方法得出的结果与顾客抱怨的分析结果作为主要依据,提出服务失误自检体系的概念,并建立起快餐店的服务失误自检体系。     

The Production of Written Knowledge Under the Rubric of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Jiyi</Emphasis>

This paper is designed to place technical knowledge within a context of less technical ideas. Shen Gua (1031–1095), a literatus and statesman who lived under the Northern Song (960–1127), possessed a strong interest in technical knowledge. In examining the category “Particular Skills” (jiyi) Shen Gua coined in his famed work Brush Talks by Dream Brook, my aim is to demonstrate that Shen Gua’s interest in technical knowledge was an integral part of his intellectual enterprise. His perspective and methods in acquiring the skills of particular kinds reveal his intellectual predilections as a literatus, whose livelihood and social status depended on his production of knowledge in written form.     

The Wiener index of Sierpiński-like graphs

Sierpiński-like graphs constitute an extensively studied family of graphs of fractal nature applicable in topology, mathematics of the Tower of Hanoi, computer science, and elsewhere. In this paper, we focus on the Wiener polarity index, Wiener index and Harary index of Sierpiński-like graphs. By Sierpiński-like graphs’ special structure and correlation, their Wiener polarity index and some Sierpiński-like graph’s Wiener index and Harary index are obtained.     

Rethinking Family Patriarchy and Women's Positions in Presocialist China

Grounded in the patrilineal family system in presocialist China, this study explores the intersection between generation and gender dimensions of family patriarchy in influencing marital power relations. Data come from the life stories of 80 elderly married individuals, collected during the 2000–2001 period in the city of Beijing. Patterns of male dominance in marital relations were found to be incomplete, inconsistent, and even countervailing in the presence of generation patriarchy. Consequently, women's experience with family patriarchy was mixed over the life course. They were particularly disadvantaged as daughters‐in‐law, but their lives were improved as they became fully integrated into the patrilineal system through reproduction and their husband's growing reliance on their contributions to family continuity.
