A case study of the labour market status of recent mainland Chinese immigrants,metropolitan Toronto

"This article focuses on an analysis of the labour market status of recent MCIs [mainland Chinese immigrants to Canada], taking into account such factors as gender, educational attainment, language proficiency and period of arrival (or length of residence in Canada), and uses Metropolitan Toronto as a case study. The effect of each factor on MCIs' labour market status will be analysed separately, followed by two logit models examining the simultaneous effects of the factors and their relative importance." A gold key to initiate a new situation in family planning work]

Because of the popularization of a responsible agricultural production system, the livilihood of peasants has been improving greatly, while the demands and needs of the general public are also increasing at the same time. Still under the influence of the traditional belief of carrying on one's family line and emphasis on having male children, married people prefer to have more childre, and the birth rate is now rising again. In order to solve this new problem, we need to teach the peasants national policies on population, land utilization, and food supply. In order to initiate a new situation in family planning work, we need to control this "gold key" of ideological education and propaganda. The emphasis should be placed on ideological education for cadres at all levels as well as the general public in order that they may understand the Party's strategy. Education on the national strategy should be combined with material interests of the peasants, and reward and punishment in production should also be linked up with that of family planning. Social measures are needed to reduce economic burdens of the peasants, offer better treatment for single-child households, and provide adequate care for old and retired people. Family planning projects should be consolidated and improved. Scientific management, facilities and techniques for birth control, compensation for working personnel in family planning, and other practical problems deserve immediate attention and solution.

结构化面试构思效度现场研究

面试是一种广泛使用的测评手段,面试的构思效度历来是研究者讨论的热点。本文通过结构化面试的现场研究,围绕面试构思效度问题,旨在考察结构化面试的信度、构思特征及其影响因素。分析结果表明 :(1)结构化面试要素间一致性和考官间评判一致性均较高;(2)面试要素间密切相关,探索性因素分析表明面试评价可能是一个单维构思;(3)面试成绩受到社会经历以及外向性、开放尝试和责任意识等个性因素的影响,说明面试可能测评到了人际交往和内在激励等特征。     

突发事件应急法制体系的国际比较与框架设计

应对突发灾难性事件越来越成为政府必须面对的常态管理问题,而解决这一问题除了有赖于职能部门的高效运作之外,还应该有完善的法制基础,从体制层面解决应急管理相关问题.文章通过对突发事件及其应急法制,国内外应急法制立法现状的比较与分析,针对当前应急法制建设中存在的需求和不足,提出了完善我国突发事件应急法制体系的框架设计.     

资本结构治理效应:中国上市公司的实证研究

资本结构影响公司治理的结果最终会体现在公司绩效的变化上。本文通过对1992-2004年间我国上市公司资本结构影响公司绩效的实证分析发现:资产主营业务净利润率、经营费用率和资产利用率三个指标比股票价值能更好地解释资本结构对公司绩效的影响;国家股比例对公司绩效的负向影响越来越不显著;法人股比例和负债融资比例对公司绩效有不显著的正向影响等。这些结论表明,完善资本结构是完善我国上市公司治理结构从而提高公司绩效的重要途径之一。     

纵向沟通中隐性信息获取的激励兼容机制研究

下属隐性信息的获取是确保上级决策者有效决策的一个重要基础,现有的研究未能解决隐性信息获取的效率与预算平衡的两难问题。本文通过确认决策者的作用,在分析模型中引入决策者成本,并借鉴政府征收“所得税”的思路,不仅解决了隐性信息获取的真实性,而且解决了原有方案未能同时兼顾的预算平衡、利润最大化以及向下属转移损失等问题。     

尼采的“冲动”学说

本文基于尼采的早期著作《朝霞》,对尼采的“冲动”学说进行解读。尼采引入冲动一词源于对于道德的批判,以表达他对于人的自我的全新理解。本文致力于从概念上廓清尼采使用的“冲动”一词,归根结底,“冲动”的概念可以通过诉诸价值、欲望和行动三者之间的内在统一而进行说明;考察了冲动的来源,冲动的演化过程,以期能够解释“冲动”何以被视为一系列汇聚起来的集合体;最后,对“冲动”本质上可以用目的论来说明的观点进行反驳,提出一种更为合理的谱系学的理解。
