大学物理多媒体教学的研究

结合近年来实施多媒体教学的实践,指出了提高多媒体教学效果应处理好的几个问题,并就进一步推进多媒体教学模式和教学方法改革提出了一些探索性的思路。     

世界眼光与中国特色

中国史学如何走向21世纪?21世纪的中国史学的内涵及特征又是怎样的?在中国史学与西方史学的学术交流日渐增多的现阶段,要不要坚持民族特色?何谓民族特色?民族特色和21世纪中国史学的发展究竟是怎样的关系?这一系列问题,在当下的中国史学界引起了热烈的讨论。为充分和集中地表达意见,本刊特组织4篇笔谈,以期对“走向世界的中国史学”的研讨有所推动。著名学者瞿林东、张广智认为中国史学走向世界必须坚持民族特色,并各自对此问题作了不同的阐述。来自台湾的学者戴晋新则对此问题进行了全方位的考察,提出了自己的思考,极大地拓展了问题的空间。周一平等对21世纪中国史学的基本发展作了具体的诠释,周一平认为比较研究是中国史学参与国际学术交流的必由之路和良好方法。     

土地征用的理论分析及我国征地制度改革

土地征用是政府引导土地利用的重要权利。由于公共利益的需要,土地产权从绝对性向社会性转化,产生了政府的土地征用权。作者认为公共利益是一个动态的概念,并划分了公共利益的层次。通过对土地征用补偿的各种理论依据与原则的分析,认为补偿理论与原则的选择随经济发展动态变化。在理论分析的基础上,作者认为我国土地征用存在问题的根本原因在于公共利益的内容、补偿理论与原则的选择与当前的社会经济背景不适应,文章提出了与当前社会经济背景相适应的征地制度改革思路。

本文对现行易卦二进制解释及其流变依其内在发展逻辑作了一个概要的历史回顾 ,并重点揭示现行易卦二进制解释与传统易学理论的矛盾 ,从而寻求更接近史实、更贴近易理的阴阳爻配应方案 ,根据传统的“阳一阴二”法则 ,就易卦与现行二进制的内在关联性给出数学上的说明 ,指出“先天易”系统是自在的、完备的自然数序的计数系统。     

唐君毅“心本体”论美学思想论析

“心本体”论是唐君毅美学思想最重要的哲学基础,这种观点以人类的心灵活动为“体”,而以各种文化意识为心灵活动之“用”。在唐君毅看来,生命的意义就在于心灵和精神的求美活动。人们要真正表现美、欣赏美,不仅需要进行各种文学艺术活动,还要以“天下为一家、中国为一人”之仁心来要求自己,以不断提升自己的人格境界,养成至真、至善、至美的人格精神。     

基于Moldflow的带金属嵌件打印机板浇口优化设计

针对带金属嵌件打印机板使用传统注塑模具设计方法时,存在开发周期长、成本高且质量不易保证等缺点,采用 计算机辅助设计软件Pro/E和有限元分析软件Moldflow相结合的方法对制品进行不同浇口位置方案下的“填充+保压 +翘曲”模拟分析,从充填时间、流动前沿温度、气穴、熔接痕和翘曲变形等方面进行了综合比较和评测,确定了最佳浇口 设计方案。结果表明,应用Moldflow软件进行模拟仿真,找出了制件在不同浇口设置环境下缺陷产生的原因,从而为避 免或消除制件上的缺陷,进一步优化模具设计、降低生产成本,为指导实际生产提供合理的依据。     

大理花中黄色素的提取及其性质研究

本文对大理花黄色素的提取工艺条件及其对光、热、氧化剂、还原剂等的稳定性进行了研究，结果表明从大理花中提取黄色素方法简单，产率高、色素性质稳定，使用方便。     

Analysis of hypoglycemic events using negative binomial models

Negative binomial regression is a standard model to analyze hypoglycemic events in diabetes clinical trials. Adjusting for baseline covariates could potentially increase the estimation efficiency of negative binomial regression. However, adjusting for covariates raises concerns about model misspecification, in which the negative binomial regression is not robust because of its requirement for strong model assumptions. In some literature, it was suggested to correct the standard error of the maximum likelihood estimator through introducing overdispersion, which can be estimated by the Deviance or Pearson Chi‐square. We proposed to conduct the negative binomial regression using Sandwich estimation to calculate the covariance matrix of the parameter estimates together with Pearson overdispersion correction (denoted by NBSP). In this research, we compared several commonly used negative binomial model options with our proposed NBSP. Simulations and real data analyses showed that NBSP is the most robust to model misspecification, and the estimation efficiency will be improved by adjusting for baseline hypoglycemia. Model diagnostics for marginal regression analysis of correlated binary data

We propose several diagnostic methods for checking the adequacy of marginal regression models for analyzing correlated binary data. We use a parametric marginal model based on latent variables and derive the projection (hat) matrix, Cook's distance, various residuals and Mahalanobis distance between the observed binary responses and the estimated probabilities for a cluster. Emphasized are several graphical methods including the simulated Q-Q plot, the half-normal probability plot with a simulated envelope, and the partial residual plot. The methods are illustrated with a real life example.
