社会网络对民间金融风险的作用——基于社会网络结构的理论与实证分析

社会网络对民间金融风险的影响已被广泛认可,但是,究竟什么样的网络结构有抑制风险的作用,什么样的网络结构有扩增风险的作用？以资金互助会为例,将互助会涉及的社会网络按结构特征分为单个会的会内网络和多个会的会间网络,研究可知：（1）越紧密的会内网络结构以及越大的网络规模越有利于民间金融风险的控制。（2）跨会网络具有抑制和扩增风险两种作用,它是协同监督和惩罚机制生效的基础,因而对风险具有控制作用,但这种作用只在中介成员为会首时才显著;同时,它也构成了风险传播的通道,导致资金被分散到多个会中,因而提升了系统性风险。     

从现象学到生活艺术哲学

“作为生活艺术的哲学”已成为当代欧洲思想界的一个热点,对哲学的这种理解和实践与20世纪的现象学运动密不可分。无论是胡塞尔的生活世界,还是海德格尔的此在分析,都是以关怀人类生存、合理安顿人与世界的关系为根本动机的。现象学对理论和实践关系的倒置、对在场和缺席关系的倒置、对确定性和可能性的倒置、对必然性和偶然性的倒置,为生活艺术哲学做了充分的理论奠基,由此出发,生活艺术哲学在哲学实践、审美泛化等向度上得到了发展。现象学的“小零钱”精神、“前科学”立场、关注意义构建、重回古典哲学的精神和实践,都成为生活艺术哲学的基本立场。

“深度翻译”通过添加阐释性文本如译者序、评注、术语注解、注释等手段,有助于译入语读者了解异质的语言与文化。第四届“傅雷杯”大学生翻译赛所选的英语源文本中出现了诸多文化内涵丰富的语言点和知识点,可灵活采用“深度翻译法”。结合参赛译文,针对性地探讨了“文化背景、专有名词、专业术语”三种注释类型在英译汉中的使用,实证分析了深度翻译法在文学作品翻译中的运用及意义。     

从“嗑瓜子事件”看教师教育惩戒权规制

我国法律明确规定班主任有权采取适当方式批评教育学生，但对何谓适度并未作出清晰界定。因此，班主任批评教育学生时容易将惩戒越界为体罚，同时，因为缺乏评价标准，涉及惩罚学生的事件往往成为舆论热点。2014年底，湖南省娄底卫校某班主任因惩罚学生而引发的“嗑瓜子事件”，迅速成为网络热点，再次证明了规制教师教育惩戒权的必要性。应在坚持反对体罚的前提下，厘定“教育惩戒”与“变相体罚”两个概念的关系，并对教育惩戒权行使作详细规定。     

基于自组网技术的燃气无线抄表系统研究

为解决现阶段燃气无线抄表系统数据采集中无线网络不稳定、路由协议复杂、自修复能力薄弱等问题，提出并设计了一种基于cc1101无线传送模块的树形拓扑结构无线自组网系统。系统中主要对数据采集层路由协议和硬件实现进行了研究和设计，分析了该燃气无线抄表系统与传统燃气无线抄表系统的不同之处，设计了该系统数据采集层网络传输协议和总体结构。无线节点建在穿透力强的433 MHz的频率下进行通信，保证了系统自组网的稳定快速。     

Three‐Stage Decision‐Making Model under Restricted Conditions for Emergency Response to Ships Not under Control

A ship that is not under control (NUC) is a typical incident that poses serious problems when in confined waters close to shore. The emergency response to NUC ships is to select the best risk control options, which is a challenge in restricted conditions (e.g., time limitation, resource constraint, and information asymmetry), particularly in inland waterway transportation. To enable a quick and effective response, this article develops a three‐stage decision‐making framework for NUC ship handling. The core of this method is (1) to propose feasible options for each involved entity (e.g., maritime safety administration, NUC ship, and ships passing by) under resource constraint in the first stage, (2) to select the most feasible options by comparing the similarity of the new case and existing cases in the second stage, and (3) to make decisions considering the cooperation between the involved organizations by using a developed Bayesian network in the third stage. Consequently, this work provides a useful tool to achieve well‐organized management of NUC ships.     

The Chinese Road in the Light of Historical Continuity

The Chinese road has deep historical roots. Its most striking feature is that it is marked by historical continuity rather than rupture, and the main force behind this continuity is its intrinsic dynamism and vitality. Unlike the paradigm of Eurocentrism or “Discovering History in China,” the comparative analytical paradigm discovers China through long-term comparisons with corresponding countries in the same time and space in an effort to find positive elements in the history of the Chinese road and to refute the long prevalent theory of Chinese stagnation. Seen over the course of world history, the impetus for the creation of the world’s most brilliant agrarian civilization was endogenous. This impetus was not a momentary “explosive force” but a sustainable institutional drive whose main constituents were the independent farming household, endogenous government capacity and adaptive national governance. In addition to the main theme of “permanent change,” Chinese development had a secondary theme of “cyclical change” which cannot be ignored. The roots of Chinese development are buried deep in the genes of this agrarian nation in the form of sticky institutions, bureaucratic inertia, arbitrary power, etc. Historical continuity provided a foundation for China’s creative revolution and development in modern times, ultimately laying down a socialist development road with Chinese characteristics, although this remains an unfinished relay process.     

双线自闭区段客货列车速度比对扣除系数的影响分析

目前扣除系数的计算方法主要为分析法与模拟法，扣除系数的常见影响因素有客货列车速度比、区段均衡度、追踪间隔时分等。通过模拟法进行不同客货列车速度比下的运行图铺画，得出客货列车速度比对扣除系数的影响规律分析。实验表明：随着客货速度比的增加，扣除系数将逐渐变大，据此建议在相关双线客货混跑区段，选取合适的客货速度比，以减小对运行图通过能力的影响     

Ambidextrous Organizational Culture,Contextual Ambidexterity and New Product Innovation: A Comparative Study of UK and Chinese High‐tech Firms

Contextual ambidexterity is of paramount importance for new product innovation and organizational success, particularly in high‐tech firms operating in a dynamic environment. Whilst it is recognized that contextual ambidexterity is grounded in organizational culture, existing research has not crystallized what kind of organizational culture enables contextual ambidexterity and consequently new product innovation. In this paper, drawing on data from 150 UK and 242 Chinese high‐tech firms, we conceptualize ambidextrous organizational culture as a higher‐order construct consisting of organizational diversity and shared vision, and examine its impacts on contextual ambidexterity and consequently on new product innovation outcomes. Using structural equation modelling, we find significant relationships between ambidextrous organizational culture, contextual ambidexterity and new product innovation outcomes; contextual ambidexterity mediates the relationship between ambidextrous organizational culture and new product innovation outcomes. Our findings also suggest that the above relationships are robust in the UK–China comparative research context, and that contextual ambidexterity and new product innovation outcomes are dependent on business unit level heterogeneity (i.e. ambidextrous organizational culture and research and development strength) rather than industry or cross‐cultural differences.     

Construction of Fuzzy Control Charts Based on Weighted Possibilistic Mean

The problem of constructing control charts for fuzzy data has been considered in literature. The proposed transformation approaches and direct fuzzy approaches have their advantages and disadvantages. The representative values charts based on transformation methods are often recommended in practical application. For representing a fuzzy set by a crisp value, the weight of importance of the members assigned with some membership levels in a fuzzy set should be considered, and the possibility theory can be employed to deal with such problem. In this article, we propose to employ the weighted possibilistic mean (WPM), weighted interval valued possibilistic mean (WIVPM) of fuzzy number as a sort of representative values for the fuzzy attribute data, and establish new fuzzy control charts with WPM and WIVPM. The performance of the charts is compared to the existing fuzzy charts with a fuzzy c-chart example via newly defined average number of inspection for variation of control state.
