柔性化:构筑高校教学管理框架的新模式

人类管理活动正在从刚性管理向柔性管理转移 ,柔性化的管理理念对高等学校教学管理同样具有深刻的意义。本文尝试性地阐述柔性化管理对高等学校教学管理框架构筑的适用性 ,以期对高等教育管理者提供一个考虑问题的新方法     

Working Time,Gender and Family: An East‐West European Comparison

This article provides a comparison of three West European countries with five Central East European countries in respect of working time and the integration of work and family life. The countries are the Netherlands, Sweden and the UK in West Europe and Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovenia in Central East Europe. As well as providing an East–West comparison, the article also takes into account the differing institutional and policy contexts in the selected countries and the different routes to flexibility. A further aim of the article is to extend our understanding of the culture and values which underpin the organization of family and work in each country. Whilst there is a clear East–West divide, all eight countries demonstrate diverse routes to flexibility and different mixes of social policies and gender cultures which have lead to considerable differences in the integration of work and family life.

Informal Caregiving at Working Age: Effects of Job Characteristics and Family Configuration

This article addresses the relationship between employment and providing informal care for sick, disabled, or elderly people in Great Britain. Hazard rate models for taking up caring and leaving work when caring are estimated using retrospective family, employment, and caring data from the British Family and Working Lives Survey 1994 – 1995 for 9,139 British men and women. Family roles but not employment characteristics were relevant for men and women taking up caring. Being in a lower social class was, however, an important predictor of female carers leaving the labor market. Starting caring and quitting the labor market were not affected by women working part time, nor by most aspects of job flexibility that were considered.

进城农民工的弱势地位分析

随着构建社会主义和谐社会目标的提出,城市弱势群体问题开始得到人们越来越多的关注。在这个群体中,进城农民工的弱势状况引起了人们更多的思考,因为,无论是在数量上,还是在弱势化的程度上,他们都已经成为城市弱势群体的主体。这个群体是怎样产生的;其弱势化的程度如何;造成其弱势的原因是什么;针对这种程度和原因,我们对其弱势状况又应做出怎样的判断,这是本文所要回答的问题。     

基于时空约束的大规模农产品时间柔性生产计划网络优化研究

随着农村土地有偿流转, 农民专业合作社、农业企业等各农村经济实体拥有大规模的土地, 为实现农产品规模化生产和集约化经营, 各农村经济实体需要根据土地资源、农业信息、生产技术制定农产品生产计划。鉴于此, 本文主要针对农产品生产计划决策问题先后建立网络、线性和非线性模型。首先根据农产品生产的时空特性和农产品生产时间柔性引入网络流规划构建网络模型;通过网络流量平衡分析, 推导网络模型应满足的约束条件, 结合各农产品的定量化控制, 对大规模农产品生产网络模型进行线性优化;再进一步考虑农产品生产率的影响因素, 构建非线性约束和目标函数对线性模型进行扩展;最后通过具体实例诠释大规模农产品生产计划拟订过程。结果表明, 土地满负荷生产农产品将打破市场的供需平衡, 容易造成"丰产不丰收"现象;利用本文模型制定农产品生产计划, 虽土地有闲置, 但在土地闲置期间, 土地肥力能得到恢复, 各种有机质能得到再生, 有利于为农产品持续生产提供良好的生产条件和环境, 有利于提高农产品的质量和产量, 增加经济效益。

采用Makadok理性期望模型分析了战略柔性在提供信息、降低运营成本等方面对竞争优势的作用机理,及其与组织资源在创造竞争优势过程中的关系;在此基础上,以不确定性环境下市场需求作为随机变量,构建了企业略柔性水平决策模型.
