商鞅变法得失新析

商鞅变法是战国时期最为彻底的一次封建化改革活动。这次变法既有值得后来改革者认真总结和借鉴的一系列成功的宝贵经验,也有不少极为沉重的历史教训。     

《新编大学英语》合作教学法实验研究

我校2000级新生全部使用了《新编大学英语》。在教材使用过程中，我们发现了 以下两个问题：⑴教师缺乏一般的外语教学理论指导；⑵集中体现新教材特点的课堂分组活 动松散、无序。针对上述问题，我部对全体英语教师进行了外语教学理论与实践的培训，同 时对教学方法进行了深入研究和探索，采用了国外先进教学法——合作学习法，进行了相关 的教学实验研究，并取得了阶段性成果。     

一种802.11DCF性能分析的简单方法

为了简化全互连环境饱和情况下IEEE802.11DCF的性能分析方法,采用了一种简单的盒子-球模型。研究了将活跃结点发送报文时的碰撞转换成对相同数目的球独立随机放入多个盒子问题,盒子数目与活跃节点的平均竞争窗口相关。当有多个球恰巧落入同一个盒子中时,表明相应时刻会有碰撞发生。针对结点重发次数有限的实际情况,将发送结点的状态变化看作一个一维有限状态的马尔可夫过程,提出了一种基于虚发送周期和平均竞争窗口的计算802.11DCF容量的简单方法。仿真结果验证了该方法的合理性。     

Benefit Analysis for Natural Hazards

The objective of this paper is to develop the ex ante perspective for benefit analysis with natural hazards. It defines an ex ante evaluation of the economic benefits that arise from policies designed to reduce either the risk of or the detrimental effects associated with a natural hazard. In the process the paper compares the ex ante and ex post perspectives and discusses the prospects for implementing the framework by measuring the valuation concepts that are developed.     

The Dynamic Pivot Mechanism

We consider truthful implementation of the socially efficient allocation in an independent private‐value environment in which agents receive private information over time. We propose a suitable generalization of the pivot mechanism, based on the marginal contribution of each agent. In the dynamic pivot mechanism, the ex post incentive and ex post participation constraints are satisfied for all agents after all histories. In an environment with diverse preferences it is the unique mechanism satisfying ex post incentive, ex post participation, and efficient exit conditions. We develop the dynamic pivot mechanism in detail for a repeated auction of a single object in which each bidder learns over time her true valuation of the object. The dynamic pivot mechanism here is equivalent to a modified second price auction.     

应用型本科水力学课程建设与改革实践

论述了应用型本科水力学类课程建设与改革的必要性,提出了课程建设、改革的工作重点;总结了教学团队几年来在水力学课堂教学与实验教学改革的基本内容与成效。提出了将水力学课堂教学内容划分为专业基础性理论与应用和学科体系性理论两部分的思想,水力学课程采用"面对面交流"式批改作业的方法,基础性实验和综合性、设计性实验的水力学实验课程教学体系。为应用型本科水力学类课程建设与改革提供了可以借鉴的经验与示范。     

Living up to the father: The national identity prescriptions of remembering Atatürk; his homes,his grave,his temple

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's commemoration in Turkey often reminds Western observers of a personality cult. Looking at national identity-narratives emerging from the stage-management of his homes and final resting place, this article argues that ‘Atatürk’ has become shorthand for Turkish national identity and his commemoration represents, as a result, much more than a personality cult. Moreover, I show that although the sites in question provide the state with an excellent tool for national socialisation, they also reflect shared national assumptions and cherished symbols. Commemoration entails a sense of safety and protection, but also a warning against straying from Atatürk's path and legacy that have, after all, stood the test of time.     

技术合同中的非对称信息问题研究

非对称信息问题在经济活动中无处不在.基于委托代理理论,对技术合同这一特殊经济形式中的非对称信息问题进行比较系统的考察和剖析,从而把握技术交易中非对称信息的内容和特征,为分析技术交易的市场组织行为提供必要的理论基础,并为有效实现技术交易活动提供决策依据.     

珍稀树种迁地保存的研究

本文报道了来舟林业试验场迁地保存99种珍稀树种的成败情况,以迁存种原产地与迁存地植物区系亲疏关系为主,并结合原产地生境,分析了成败结果,认为成功的关键是,迁存与迁存地相同或相似植物区系中的珍稀树种,并选择适合的栽植地小环境。     

Generalized Utilitarianism and Harsanyi's Impartial Observer Theorem

Harsanyi's impartial observer must consider two types of lotteries: imaginary identity lotteries (“accidents of birth”) that she faces as herself and the real outcome lotteries (“life chances”) to be faced by the individuals she imagines becoming. If we maintain a distinction between identity and outcome lotteries, then Harsanyi‐like axioms yield generalized utilitarianism, and allow us to accommodate concerns about different individuals' risk attitudes and concerns about fairness. Requiring an impartial observer to be indifferent as to which individual should face similar risks restricts her social welfare function, but still allows her to accommodate fairness. Requiring an impartial observer to be indifferent between identity and outcome lotteries, however, forces her to ignore both fairness and different risk attitudes, and yields a new axiomatization of Harsanyi's utilitarianism.
