加入世贸组织将使中国经济生活的不确定性以及国民经济系统和非系统风险上升,因此,风险管理将被提升到战略高度来考虑。而期货市场无疑是将风险管理战略落到实处的有效手段和市场基础。在我国加入WTO,融入国际经济大家庭之际,中国经济的发展将更需要期货市场功能的有效发挥。因此,客观分析WTO对中国期货市场的机遇和影响,并在此基础上制定我国期货业的应对措施与发展策略,具有重大的理论意义和实际意义。

中文期刊0-标识块相关字段著录问题研究

由于期刊开本、刊期、刊名以及版本的改变,期刊的刊号、发行代号等特征发生了异化,使得中文连续出版物机读目录CNMARC中0-标识块部分的著录面临着许多新的问题。文章通过实例分析,就0-标识块部分四个相关字段的一些主要问题进行了研究,提出了有效的解决方法,并给出了具体的著录格式。     

FAMILY VALUES AND THE REGULATION OF LABOR

To be efficient, flexible labor markets require geographically mobile workers. Otherwise firms can take advantage of workers' immobility and extract rents at their expense. In cultures with strong family ties, moving away from home is costly. Thus, to limit the rents of firms and to avoid moving, individuals with strong family ties rationally choose regulated labor markets, even though regulation generates higher unemployment and lower incomes. Empirically, we find that individuals who inherit stronger family ties are less mobile, have lower wages and higher unemployment, and support more stringent labor market regulations. We find a positive association between labor market rigidities at the beginning of the 21st century and family values prevailing before World War II, and between family structures in the Middle Ages and current desire for labor market regulation. Both results suggest that labor market regulations have deep cultural roots.     

ϵ-Admissible Estimators for Normal and Poisson Means

The criterion of admissibility has been considered as one of the most important criterion in decision theory and many important results have been contributed in this direction. In this article, we propose a more flexible criterion, so-called ?-admissibility (which can be considered as weak admissibility), which generates a monotone sequence of classes of estimators. The limit of this sequence, class of 0⁺-admissible estimators, is the smallest class including the class of usual admissible estimators, which also belongs to the monotone sequence. Some sufficient and necessary conditions are proposed for ?-admissibility and 0⁺-admissibility. Under some weighted square loss, it can be shown that the usual MLE is 0⁺-admissible for the multivariate normal distribution and the multivariate Poisson distribution.

提出了一个由ARM系列微处理器S3C44B0X与MC35 GPRS模块构成的家庭病床远程医疗系统.介绍了S3C44B0X及MC35的性能特点、系统的组成原理,以及主要外围接口电路的设计和软件设计架构,给出了GPRS模块的软件配置方法.经过实验测试表明,系统在实际中取得了良好的效果.

Partitioned kronecker products of matrices and applications

Some generalized commutation matrices are defined and used to establish relationships between π-products and Kronecker products. These are applied to obtain expectations of π-products of random vectors and matrices.
