管理专业大学生决策能力影响因素的实证研究

论文以某高校管理专业大学四年级7个班的240名学生为研究对象,通过自我调整学习、学习过程、周围环境和社会资本四个构面建立结构方程模型,对大学生决策能力形成过程中的影响因素进行了探讨。对收集到的203份有效问卷,通过SPSS15.0进行信度分析,并利用AMOS7.0软件对结构方程模型进行了检验。研究结果表明,自我调整学习、学习过程、社会资本对管理类大学生决策能力的形成影响显著,周围环境对其直接影响不显著,但会通过学习过程对管理类大学生决策能力的形成产生间接影响。     

技术整合机制、整合能力和技术合作效果关系研究：以我国某重点汽车零配件公司为例

技术合作是发展中国家企业提升技术能力一个重要途径.而有效的技术合作和技术转移却是一个相当复杂的动态过程.技术接受方所采取的整合机制以及其自身的整合能力是影响技术合作效果的重要因素.本文以我国某重点汽车零配件企业与国外公司之间的技术合作为例,借助LISREL8.7软件进行结构方程建模,研究发现技术接受方组织所采取的整合机制以及整合能力是技术合作效果的重要影响因素.并且发现,整合能力是整合机制与技术合作效果之间的关键中介变量.     

International diversification and the market value of new product introduction

Although previous studies on international diversification are plentiful, they mainly focus on the effect of international diversification on overall firm performance, and the results are mixed. This study extends this line of research and explores the impact of international diversification on new product performance. Specifically, we ask if international diversification explains the stock market reactions to new product introduction (NPI) announcements. We find an inverted-U-shaped relationship between international diversification and the announcement returns of NPIs, revealing that the market value of NPIs initially improves and then declines with increasing international diversification. The results also show that intangible assets, such as technological and marketing capabilities, positively moderate the relationship between international diversification and the market value of NPIs. Our study not only highlights the importance of considering both sides of international diversification in affecting investors' assessments of corporate new product strategies, but also shows the possibility of internal capabilities in changing the fixed relationship between international diversification and the market value of new products.     

广东中小企业竞争力评价研究

将计量经济学的分析方法引入企业竞争力评价中,从区域影响力、经营运作能力、发展能力、经营安全能力、对外开放度和技术实力六个方面建立了中小企业竞争力评价指标体系;采用主成分法和因子分析法,建立企业竞争力评价模型,将广东中小企业竞争力与中小企业发展水平较高的北京、上海、浙江、江苏、山东进行比较。结果表明,广东中小企业具有一定竞争力,但其经营效益偏低,抗风险能力不足,其相对产出能力还没有达到有效竞争力水平。     

企业技术能力与技术创新模式分析

企业技术创新的演化具有路径依赖性,是由企业先前知识积累与技术能力发展路径决定的,企业拥有的技术能力的不同会影响技术创新模式的选择。发展中国家企业的技术创新过程是基于技术追赶的,企业应该在分析自身技术能力和应用的技术类型前提下,选择与技术能力相匹配的技术创新模式。     

我国外语学习影响因素的研究现状及发展趋势

自二语习得理论进入我国以来,研究者及外语教师们对影响外语学习的因素的研究从来没有停止过。研究的重心有时在教学方法上,有时在学习者身上,有时又在教学模式上。这些研究对我国的外语学习产生了积极的作用,修正、补充和丰富了二语习得的理论和实践,有力推动了二语习得研究的发展,并越来越引起国际学术界的关注。但同时,我们更应该清醒地认识到研究中存在的差距与不足。     

培养体操基本教学能力的方法

教学能力与知识、技术、技能是密切联系的。在体操技术教学中,基本教学能力的培养可从以下方面入手:调整教学进度;有计划地进行身体素质训练;合理安排技术动作的教学顺序和教学时数;灵活运用不同的教法;激发学生的学习积极性。     

市级农业技术创新能力研究——基于安徽省的定量分析

文章以农业技术创新理论为基础,通过选取安徽省各市的14个原始指标构建出农业技术创新能力评价体系,采用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对安徽省17市的农业技术创新能力进行评析和分类,并提出了提升安徽省各市农业技术创新能力的相关对策.并在市级农业技术创新能力的定量分析领域提供了相关理论依据和研究方法,为全面建设国家农业技术创新体系夯实了基础.     

改革前景与中国梦的审美维度——论审美在治理体系与治理能力现代化中的作用

世俗时代需要精神支撑,而中国梦在当代社会发挥了这一重要作用。就中国梦内核而言,其具有一种文化上的审美维度。党的十八届三中全会提出的深化改革总目标,为改革勾画了具体前景,也是中国梦在政治层面的具体化。从中国梦的审美维度出发,治理体系呈现三个层次的美感构架,治理能力突显出美学的力量。这为治理体系与治理能力的现代化提供一些有益的思考。     

An improved sampling plan by variables inspection with consideration of process yield and quality loss

Repetitive group sampling (RGS) plan, a modified version of single sampling (SS) plan, has been shown to be more efficient than the SS plan for lot sentencing. However, because it does not consider the valuable sample information from preceding lots, that could reduce its sampling efficiency and discriminatory power. Therefore, this study proposes a modified-RGS plan by considering the quality history of preceding lots based on the C_pmk index. Additionally, the mathematical model for the plan parameters is formulated such that the objective function is to minimize the average sample number (ASN), and the required quality levels and risks as specified by producer and consumer are satisfied. The performance of the proposed plan is examined and compared with traditional sampling plans. Finally, an example is presented to illustrate its applicability.
