This study focuses on how the effects from investments in Active Labour Market Policy programmes (ALMPs) may be differently distributed due to the age and educational level of participants. Outcomes were measured as the chance of labour market inclusion, labour market stability and post‐unemployment incomes. This longitudinal study captures long‐term effects among 50,000 Swedes who entered unemployment in 1993. While the youngest gained most from ALMP‐training, the oldest were best helped by ALMP‐ employment in reducing the risk of labour market exit. The lowest educated gained much from ALMP participation, although the effects were weaker than expected: those with a higher education gained more in terms of labour market stability from ALMP‐training compared with the less educated persons. This result was interpreted in terms of a springboard effect, meaning that ALMP‐training pushes higher educated people into further education in the regular educational arena.

Exploitation Strategy and Performance of Contract Manufacturing Exporters: The Mediating Roles of Exploration Strategy and Marketing Capability

Contract manufacturing exporters (CMEs) receive a meagre share of global value chain returns, primarily because of the mundane and exploitative nature of the activities they perform in their dependency relationships with lead firms. We posit that CMEs can enhance their performance by capitalizing on their exploitation strategy. Exploitation strategy triggers exploration strategy which requires building marketing capabilities for enhanced performance. Based on data from 154 Vietnamese CMEs, we find significant indirect only mediation effects of: 1) exploration strategy between exploitation strategy and export performance; and 2) marketing capability between exploration strategy and export performance. Further, we find significant indirect only serial mediation of exploration strategy and marketing capability between exploitation strategy and export performance. The findings are also supported and contextualized based on illustrative quotes from face to face semi-structured interviews with senior managers of 10 Vietnamese CMEs. The findings suggest that CMEs' that consciously capitalize on the exploitation strategy by seeking exploration opportunities while building their marketing capability exhibit enhanced performance.     

我国外语学习影响因素的研究现状及发展趋势

自二语习得理论进入我国以来,研究者及外语教师们对影响外语学习的因素的研究从来没有停止过。研究的重心有时在教学方法上,有时在学习者身上,有时又在教学模式上。这些研究对我国的外语学习产生了积极的作用,修正、补充和丰富了二语习得的理论和实践,有力推动了二语习得研究的发展,并越来越引起国际学术界的关注。但同时,我们更应该清醒地认识到研究中存在的差距与不足。     

A Bayesian procedure for assessing process performance based on the third-generation capability index

Capability indices that qualify process potential and process performance are practical tools for successful quality improvement activities and quality program implementation. Most existing methods to assess process capability were derived on the basis of the traditional frequentist point of view. This paper considers the problem of estimating and testing process capability based on the third-generation capability index C _pmk from the Bayesian point of view. We first derive the posterior probability p for the process under investigation is capable. The one-sided credible interval, a Bayesian analog of the classical lower confidence interval, can be obtained to assess process performance. To investigate the effectiveness of the derived results, a series of simulation was undertaken. The results indicate that the performance of the proposed Bayesian approach depends strongly on the value of ξ=(μ?T)/σ. It performs very well with the accurate coverage rate when μ is sufficiently far from T. In those cases, they have the same acceptable performance even though the sample size n is as small as 25.     

非自愿移民、搬迁方式与能力损失

本文关注的是搬迁过程中非自愿移民可持续发展能力的损失。文章基于2007年8-9月对湖北省丹江口市、郧县和河南省淅川县24个乡镇3145户库区居民的抽样调查,实证分析发现．库区居民的可持续发展能力对于他们的经济水平和经济地位的提高有着显著的作用,这一作用对于非自愿移民群体也同样适用,不过非自愿移民群体在搬迁过程中其可持续发展能力发生了损失,能力损失的多少与移民搬迁的距离和安置的分散程度成正比。对于财富积累的影响,多次搬迁的移民能力损失最为严重：就阶层认同来说,分散外迁的移民能力损失则最多。     

民营企业技术创新能力的影响因素及其差异分析——以浙江省为例

长期以来,过分依靠低成本赢得市场的竞争策略导向制约了民营企业的素质提升,为新一轮国际分工地位的确立带来极为不利的负面影响。通过对浙江民营企业的实证研究发现,产品创新、工艺流程创新、技术人才资源、创新促进政策、机构融资环境是影响民营企业技术创新能力的主要因素,它们应该成为培育民营企业技术创新能力的着力点。     

中国企业管理者个人、团队和组织三层面学习能力间关系的实证研究

基于我国的235个企业样本数据进行实证分析,研究了管理者个人、团队和组织三层面学习能力之间的关系,发现:①这3个层面的学习能力之间存在显著的正相关关系,其中个人学习能力与组织学习能力、团队学习能力与组织学习能力之间的关系还受到管理者职位的显著调节作用,而个人学习能力与团队学习能力之间的关系则不受职位的调节作用;②个人学习能力通过团队学习能力的中介作用对组织学习能力产生影响,这对高层管理者而言,只是部分的中介作用;而对中层管理者,则是完全的中介作用.     

知识聚合调节作用下双元联盟对企业能力重构的影响研究

基于316家制造企业的调研数据,分析双元联盟(探索式联盟和利用式联盟)对企业能力重构的影响,并探索知识聚合对上述关系的调节作用。研究发现:探索式联盟对能力替代有倒U形作用,却负向影响能力进化;利用式联盟对能力替代有负向影响,却对能力进化有倒U形作用;知识耦合既增强了探索式联盟与企业能力重构的关系,也缓解了利用式联盟与企业能力重构的关系;知识内聚在缓解探索式联盟与企业能力重构关系的同时,也增强了利用式联盟与企业能力重构的关系。
