阿克萨清真寺宗教和政治功能解读

作为伊斯兰世界的第三大圣寺，阿克萨清真寺有着重要的宗教和政治功能，是伊斯兰宗教建筑和伊斯兰教的象征。对巴勒斯坦来说，它是国家的象征、主权的象征，也是其民族团结的象征；对以色列来说，阿克萨清真寺旁的“西墙”遗址是犹太民族信仰和民族精神的集中体现。正是由于阿克萨具有如此重要的社会功能，导致阿以之间围绕耶路撒冷老城的争夺异常激烈，并使之成为阿以和平进程中的一个“死结”。     

Contingency,conflict, crisis: Strategy selection of religious public relations professionals

A national survey among religious public relations practitioners working for mainstream Protestant Christian churches was undertaken to examine strategic options in a conflict or crisis. Religious public relations professionals tend to employ collaborating, contending or compromising in a conflict with a given public, while they are likely to use concession or corrective action in a crisis. Internal contingent factors are mostly associated with accommodating, avoiding, concession or corrective action strategies, while contending is most often correlated with external contingent factors.

研究指出，农村艾滋病患者的夫妻冲突存在着明显的性别差异。男性患者的夫妻冲突更易外显，女性患者的夫妻冲突则更趋隐蔽。女性艾滋病患者因患病而扩大了的夫妻不平等使她们生存更艰难。自律与他律是促进患者夫妻关系新平衡达成的机制。     

Disclosing Conflicts of Interest to Research Subjects: An Ethical and Legal Analysis

In this article, I examine the ethical and legal issues related to disclosure of conflicts of interest to research subjects, and discuss some empirical studies related to the topic. I argue that researchers have an ethical obligation to disclose conflicts of interest to research subjects, provided that they take steps to help subjects understand information about conflicts of interest and how to interpret it. Researchers also may have a legal duty to disclose conflicts of interests to subjects, depending on the facts of the case and the court's interpretation of the law. To reinforce and clarify the legal obligation to disclose conflicts of interest, the federal regulations should be amended to include disclosure of conflicts of interest as one of the informed consent requirements. Institutional review boards play a key role in helping researchers to disclose conflicts of interests to subjects in an appropriate manner. Institutional review boards should approve the disclosure language in informed consent documents, and they should require researchers to disclose financial interests to research subjects, if they have any, as a condition of approval.     

王实味与延安文艺的复杂关系

历史总是有足够耐性和时间让人们去反省,王实味被杀害已经半个多世纪,平反也近二十年了,然而,有关王实味与延安文艺的复杂关系学术界没有人进行过认真的研究,今天能够看到的文章多是对历史事实的追忆叙述,而缺乏学理性的分析。将王实味放在1937-1947年延安文艺运动中进行考察,深入剖析王实味与延安文艺的复杂关系,挖掘在延安文艺建构过程中知识分子意识与追求同政党意识的博弈及知识分子最终对政治的服膺之因,就可以多向度、多层面证明王实味是坚定的马克思主义信仰者和革命的追随者,只因他年轻气盛、天真理想、性格执拗、率性而为的行为在批判揭露文学新潮中引人注目,成为政治强力介入干涉文艺的一个借口和突破口,成为政治家和文艺家建构延安文艺过程中互相博弈的牺牲品。在延安文艺建构中,中共大力宣传阐释鲁迅,实质上是出于功利目的对鲁迅精神进行了功利性的置换,而丁玲、艾青、王实味真正继承延续了鲁迅精神,只是丁玲艾青迫于政治的压力,让自己的个性消失在时代政治的大潮中,个人的小我服从了时代的大我。只有王实味坚守文学的尊严、坚守文学的使命、坚守文人的个性、承继鲁迅的精神到底。这是真正的文人秉性、真正的文人骨气,但以生命做代价太沉重。     

口译中中西文化冲突的沟通和处理

由于中西文化存在很大的差异,对于口译员来说,除了掌握译出语语言表层次的信息外,更要掌握译出语语言深层次的文化内涵。在口译过程中,若不恰当处理文化冲突,就会产生误解,导致交际中止。因此,口译员应不断扩大中西方文化的知识面,在实践中提高对中西方文化冲突的沟通和处理能力。     

Information vetting as a key component in social-mediated crisis communication: An exploratory study to examine the initial conceptualization

In order to understand publics’ crisis information consumption in an increasingly competitive and conflicting media environment, this study addresses how and why individuals vet information (or not) in social-mediated crisis situations. Built upon the social-mediated crisis communication (SMCC) model as well as grounded in the elaboration likelihood model and the meta-cognition theory, this study proposes an initial conceptual framework of crisis information vetting. An exploratory study, including four focus groups and 13 in-depth interviews, was conducted to investigate: 1) indicators of information vetting behavior according to participants’ self-reported experiences; and 2) what motivate and what prohibit participants from engaging themselves emotionally and cognitively in the process of crisis information vetting. Our qualitative data provide evidences for a two-step process of crisis information vetting, namely, primary vetting and secondary vetting. The 14 sub-constructs and 48 vetting behavior indicators rendered may serve in future scale development and further conceptual model refinement of the new crisis information vetting construct. By connecting publics’ crisis information consumption with their crisis information transmission in social-mediated crisis communication, this study also extends and enriches the SMCC model.     

组织冲突的结构因素研究

本文通过问卷调查的方式对组织冲突、组织结构因素以及它们之间的关系等方面的假设进行了实证考察,指出了组织冲突水平的衡量标准、管理层次、生命周期阶段、业务流程依存性等组织结构因素与组织冲突的关系。最后,提出了在组织冲突和组织结构因素等方面的管理政策建议。     

生命权价值能否量化的思考——对德国通过《空中安全法》事件的宪法分析

生命权体现着人类的尊严和价值,是人的最基本权利。历史发展到今天,没有一个国家公然反对过生命权,当前在我们很多人热衷于讨论生命权入宪问题时,其实我们对生命权本质内涵的研究还不完善。生命权的本质内涵具有多样性和复杂性,特别是当部分人的生命权与大多数人的生命权发生冲突时,很难通过目前我们对生命权的理论予以解决。文章主要是通过对一个事件的分析来引起人们对生命权本质内涵的再认识。     

State Fragility and Governance: Conflict Mitigation and Subnational Perspectives

Many drivers of intrastate conflict concern the relationship between the state and society, and thus are influenced by the quality of governance. Efforts to restore or create good governance, however, have adopted a relatively standardised democratising template. This article argues that conflict mitigation is a useful mechanism for adapting this template to conditions in fragile states. Furthermore, subnational reforms have important potential to mitigate the drivers identified in quantitative studies of conflict, as illustrated by selected experiences with decentralisation, citizen participation and local service delivery. The analysis confirms the important contributions both of quantitative research that has identified causal factors driving conflict and of qualitative study that has explored governance reforms that can address those factors.
