论链式排序(英文)

本文提出一种新的排序算法,作为对排序算法的突破性尝试。与QUICKSORT排序算法相比,无论关键字值是整数、实数、字符串、单个和多个关键字值的排序,也无论关键字值的分布方式和分布范围如何,速度全面大幅度提高。在空间代价方面,从纯理论上讲,它比QUICKSORT多付出少量内存(但无论排序数量多大,它多付出的少量内存保持定值不变)。在绝大多数实际应用中,它的内存占用量少于快速排序。更理想的是,它是稳定的排序。文章给出了新算法的时间复杂性是O(N)的理论证明和关键字分别是二字节整数、四字节单精度实数、最大长度为20的字符串三个演示程序。     

Estimation of a standard measuring error by repeated measurements and sortings

A sorting-and-measuring machine (SMM) measures and sorts (classifies) on-line produced items into several groups according to their size. The measuring devices of the SMM perceive the actual item size with a random error ε and classify the item as being smaller than b iff z+ε<b. Here ε is a normal zero-mean r.v. with unknown standard deviation σ which is the main parameter characterizing the precision and technical condition of an SMM. The paper gives the following method of estimating σ. N₀ items are measured and N₁ of them are recognized by the SMM as belonging to the group a<z≤b. These N₁ items are sorted again and N₂ of them return to this group, these are sorted again, and so on. The estimation of σ is based on the statistics N_m/N_n. Moments of the ratio statistics N_m/N_n and their distributional properties are investigated. It turns out that the expected value of N_m/N_n depends almost linearly on σ which allows us to construct ‘almost’ unbiased estimators of type $\text{σ}\text{?}{}_{\mathrm{mn}}\text{=A}\textcolor{red}{}\text{N}{}_{\mathrm{m}}\text{/N}{}_{\mathrm{n}}\text{+B}$ with good propert including robustness with respect to the distribution of item size. Convex combinations of $\text{σ}\text{?}{}_{\mathrm{mn}}$ statistics are considered to obtain an estimator with minimal variance.

Computing the Point-biserial Correlation under Any Underlying Continuous Distribution

The connection between the point-biserial and biserial correlations is well-established when the underlying distribution is bivariate normal. For many other bivariate distributions, the formula that links these two quantities is not straightforward to derive or does not have a closed form. We propose a simple technique that enables researchers to compute one of these correlations when the other is specified. For this, we take advantage of the constancy of their ratio, which can be easily approximated for any distribution. We illustrate the proposed method using several examples and discuss its extension to the ordinal case. We believe that this approach is potentially useful in stochastic simulation..     

Assigning machines to incomparable maintenance strategies with ELECTRE-SORT

The increasing demand on productivity and quality requires machines to be constantly available for production. It is therefore crucial to develop an adequate maintenance programme. To facilitate this, several criteria need to be considered, such as: downtime, maintenance frequency, spare parts costs, bottleneck impacts, etc. In the literature, a strategy is selected for each machine with a multi-criteria decision choice method. However, before making an informed decision, each strategy needs to be tested on each machine and then their performances evaluated with a multicriteria decision method. This is time-consuming, inefficient and often unfeasible. As machines׳ performances are usually systematically collected by industries, a much more practical approach is to assign machines to a maintenance strategy. This is referred to as a sorting problem. However, this problem cannot be solved by existing multi-criteria sorting methods because maintenance strategies cannot always be completely ordered: incomparable strategies exist. Recently, a Decision Making Grid was proposed to allocate machines to incomparable strategies. However, this technique can only be applied to problems with two criteria. In this paper, we have developed ELECTRE-SORT, a new sorting method that is able to consider an unlimited number of criteria in order to assign machines to incomparable strategies. A case study illustrates that ELECTRE-SORT provides more precise and flexible maintenance strategies than the Decision Making Grid.     

国家语委"通用语料库·核心库"的词表提取及词汇构成分析

在真实语料中提取词表面临着许多技术与理论上的难点与困难,但它又有着特殊的价值."通用语料库"是国家语委组织研制的大型语料库,基本反映了现代汉语的语言面貌,完成对它的词表提取,其过程、做法及词表结果,都有着重要意义.机器分词时会遇到分词的正确性、加工精度的可容性、机器分词的强制性、机器分词的局限性等问题.源于真实语料的词表清楚反映出断代词汇由语言词和言语词两个层面构成,两个层面的词语之间有着互渗作用.源于真实语料的词表存在着书面语与口语的差异,不规范现象也较普遍存在,在词语的普遍性上与断代词汇有着相当的距离.     

论儒家思想对刘勰《文心雕龙》创作的影响——以《序志》篇为主

刘勰生活于儒、释、道三教合流的齐梁时代,因此他的文论思想深受三教的影响,而其中尤以儒家思想影响最甚。以《文心雕龙.序志》篇为切入点,可从人生志向、创作动机及论文方法三个方面深入探讨儒家思想对刘勰《文心雕龙》创作的影响以及刘勰对儒家经典文学化的创造性阐发。     

CO-tucker: a new method for the simultaneous analysis of a sequence of paired tables

Relationships between species and their environment are a key component to understand ecological communities. Usually, this kind of data are repeated over time or space for communities and their environment, which leads to a sequence of pairs of ecological tables, i.e. multi-way matrices. This work proposes a new method which is a combined approach of STATICO and Tucker3 techniques and deals to the problem of describing not only the stable part of the dynamics of structure–function relationships between communities and their environment (in different locations and/or at different times), but also the interactions and changes associated with the ecosystems’ dynamics. At the same time, emphasis is given to the comparison with the STATICO method on the same (real) data set, where advantages and drawbacks are explored and discussed. Thus, this study produces a general methodological framework and develops a new technique to facilitate the use of these practices by researchers. Furthermore, from this first approach with estuarine environmental data one of the major advantages of modeling ecological data sets with the CO-TUCKER model is the gain in interpretability.
