新形势下高校教师思想政治工作困境及对策研究

师德师风建设是高校教师思想政治工作的核心内容。当前高校教师思想政治工作还面临一些现实困境：工作重心转移, 方法手段单一且落后,教师人格养成的后现代嬗变,市场本位导向下的思想政治工作主体地位嬗变。创新思想政治工作,就必 须进行观念创新,以高校青年教师为主要对象,以师德师风建设为主要内容,充分占领网络制高点,注重实效,以机制构建和路 径创新为核心,增强高校教师思想政治工作实效。     

食品检测咀嚼机器人工作空间研究

为了提高食品检测效率,改善食品检测精度,增加食品检测的客观性,文章介绍了一种基于6-UPS机构的咀嚼机器人,介绍了咀嚼机器人的结构原理,求解了机构的运动学逆解,分析了机构的工作空间影响因素,利用MATLAB编程求得机构在定姿态下的工作空间。空间轮廓图表明,该机构在定姿态下能到达人类全部真实咀嚼空间,机构设计可靠,能够模拟人类咀嚼行为对食品进行检测。     

能力建设与关系建构:社会工作的基本目标

社会工作是什么的问题已成为社会工作界的百年历史难题与学科基本问题,该问题可以通过社会工作的目标进行解答.具体而言,社会工作的基本目标在于服务对象的能力建设和社会关系建构.能力建设是指通过充分挖掘受助者的潜力与能动性,使其获得独立面对生活困境的各项能力,实现受助者“自助”;关系建构则是通过扮演“资源链接者”的角色,帮助受助者建构足够的关系资源来助其渡过生活难关,实现受助者“他助”.能力建设与关系建构相互依赖、不可分割,受助者的能力是其社会关系运作的基础,而社会关系则是能力得以发挥的手段.只有兼顾二者,社会工作“助人自助”的总目标才能得以实现.

在我国大陆地区迄今缺乏心理健康学校社会工作的专门研究,但港台地区关于学校社会工作体系及其研究却包含着心理健康的部分内容,并且初步形成了各自的特色;通过对港台地区学校社会工作体系现状、趋势和特点的系统梳理与探讨,可以为大陆构建大中学生心理健康学校社会工作保障系统及其研究提供借鉴和启示.     

Designing out vulnerability, building in respect: violence, safety and sex work policy

One recent finding about the prostitution market is the differences in the extent and nature of violence experienced between women who work on the street and those who work from indoor sex work venues. This paper brings together extensive qualitative fieldwork from two cities in the UK to unpack the intricacies in relation to violence and safety for indoor workers. Firstly, we document the types of violence women experience in indoor venues noting how the vulnerabilities surrounding work-based hazards are dependent on the environment in which sex is sold. Secondly, we highlight the protection strategies that indoor workers and management develop to maintain safety and order in the establishment. Thirdly, we use these empirical findings to suggest that violence should be a high priority on the policy agenda. Here we contend that the organizational and cultural conditions that seem to offer some protection from violence in indoor settings could be useful for informing the management of street sex work. Finally, drawing on the crime prevention literature, we argue that it is possible to go a considerable way to designing out vulnerability in sex work, but not only through physical and organizational change but building in respect for sex workers rights by developing policies that promote the employment/human rights and citizenship for sex workers. This argument is made in light of the Coordinated Prostitution Strategy.     

Camera-Related Behaviors during Video Recorded Medical Interactions

Video recording provides an objective record of the content of medical interactions. However, there is concern that cameras may be reactive measurement devices that alter what normally transpires during interactions. This study addressed potential reactivity of cameras in medical interactions. Interactions between 45 patients and 14 medical oncologists were video recorded and coded for camera-related behaviors. Eleven of 45 patients performed none of the behaviors. Among the other patients, camera-related behaviors were infrequent and, on average, constituted about 0.1% (one-tenth of one percent) of total interaction time. Behaviors occurred most often in very early stages of interactions, and when physicians were absent from the room. Seven physicians showed camera-related behaviors, comprising less than 0.1% of the time they were in the interaction. Results suggest video recording can provide nonreactive means of studying medical interactions.

Job loss and family adjustments in work and schooling during the Mexican peso crisis

We use individual data from a panel of families during the depth of the peso crisis in Mexico to investigate whether the transition of the male household head from employment into unemployment affects the labor force participation of his spouse and children. We find that significant added-worker effects are in operation especially for adult females (wives), but no evidence that the labor force participation, the school attendance, and the likelihood of advancing to the next school grade of teenage males are influenced by the event of unemployment of the household head. The head's unemployment is significantly associated with a higher probability that teenage females do not attend school. However, lower attendance does not appear to impede their advancement to the next grade.

社会工作两极化趋势及专业定位的反思

社会工作专业从产生之初就产生了两极化的趋势,即萌生于慈善组织会社的注重提供个人服务的取向和产生于睦邻组织的注重环境的改造及建立共同利益的取向。Spetch和Courtney在《背叛的天使》一书中批判了社会工作者心理治疗化的现象,认为社会工作者是背叛的天使,远离了自己的服务对象,背叛了社会工作的使命。本文通过回顾社会工作两极化产生的历史,分析社会工作心理治疗化的原因及限制,同时通过回顾中国大陆社会工作产生的背景,反思社会工作专业化的定位。
