从传播学角度解构对外汉语教学

对外汉语教学过程是语言和文化的双重传播,从提升国家软实力的角度分析,其目的更加偏向于后者,此文化传播过程也正好符合拉斯韦尔的5w经典传播模式。以传播五要素来分析教学过程中的两次传播过程,重视传播过、程中的文化差异,进而在教学手段、方式、课程设置和反馈环节几方面探讨怎样才能实现教学效果的最大化,更好地传播中华文化。     

浅谈高校体育课程体系改革创新之路

在分析高校体育课程体系改革现状的基础上,从生理、心理与社会的三维空间把握高校体育教学的特性与整体效益,提出并构建以学生为主体、以健康为主线、以情感教学理论为基础的高校体育课程创新体系。本研究旨在为我国高校体育课程改革与发展提供新的思路。     

桂萼的经世思想与政治实践

桂萼是嘉靖初期的重要政治人物,由于“大礼议”事件的影响,历史上对桂萼的评价与其事功并不相称。桂萼一生事功以“为学为政,为德为民”为核心,其思想精华重在“经世致用”,他在君德、吏治、民生、财政、科举、教育等方面的一些重要思想,都是对儒家传统的仁政、德治、民本等经世思想的继承与发展。更可贵的是桂萼还针对这些思想进行积极的政治实践,对嘉靖朝革新及明后期改革皆产生了深远影响,因此桂萼可以说是明中后期经世致用思想的重要代表人物。     

西方传播学视野中的网络社区社会属性研究

西方有关网络社区社会属性研究的争论焦点主要有:网络社区是"胜境"还是"迷思",有利于民主的网上公共领域是否正在形成,网上社区与网下社区之间呈现为一种什么样的互动关系;尽管西方学者在这些问题上尚未达成共识和形成定论,但大体业已形成清晰的学术脉络,反观我国网络社区研究,适当借鉴西方网络社区研究方面的研究主题与路径显得尤为必要。     

How Do Policies Affect the Exit Rate out of Unemployment? Disentangling Job Creation from Labour Market Frictions

This paper assesses the effects of labour market policies on the unemployment outflow rate while disentangling two channels, namely labour market tightness and employer–employee matching efficiency. Using a sample of 11 OECD countries over the period 1985–2007, we treat the endogeneity of market tightness with business cycle shocks and the tax wedge as instruments. We find that the replacement rate of unemployment benefits, Active Labour Market Policies as well as the tax wedge in countries with poorly representative unions, have a significant, robust, and large impact on market tightness. Employment protection has a negative but small impact on matching efficiency. Overall, policy effects appear to be mostly channeled through market tightness and job creation.     

Social security policy with public debt in an aging economy

This paper analyzes a social security policy with public debt in an overlapping generations growth model. In particular, the paper considers a situation in which population aging causes a heavy burden of social security payments where public debt is issued by the government to finance the payment. In the model presented below, an economy with an aging population may achieve two dynamically inefficient equilibria. Under certain conditions, the effects of pension reform and population aging on capital accumulation are entirely different between the two equilibria. Overlapping generations models with realistic demography

This paper revisits the literature on overlapping generations models in the demographic context of a continuous age distribution and a general age schedule of mortality. We show that most of the static results known for the 3 or N age-group models can be extended to the continuous model. Some results, previously established for economies without capital, are extended to productive economies. We also make some progress on the existence of some steady states as well as on the dynamic properties. Received: 27 March 2000/Accepted: 25 April 2001     

W.E.B. Du Bois and the ideology or anthropological discourse of modernity: the African Union reconsidered

Pan-Africanism is usually considered a progressive movement for black socio-political and economic advancement. This focus on activism alone sometimes occludes the profound philosophical issues that inform Pan-Africanist discourse. The last decade has witnessed tremendous changes in the ideological posture of the African Union (AU) as reflected in the change of name from the Organization of African Unity (OAU). This paper explores the historical and philosophical contexts for understanding the agenda of the African Union and highlights the consequences of such an agenda. The paper argues that the establishment of the African Union conforms to certain aspects of W.E.B. Du Bois's philosophy of Pan-Africanism that focuses on economic self reliance, at the same time that it uses Du Bois as a template for critiquing the neoliberal economic dispensation of the African Union implemented through its program, the New Partnership for Africa's Development. This it accomplishes with its emphasis on Du Bois's critique and skepticism of modernism and Western philanthropy.     

高校开展软式排球的可行性研究

通过对无排球技术基础学生在教学中试用软、硬两种排球的对比教学分析,探讨软式排球在我国高校开展的可行性。研究结果表明:软式排球较硬式排球技术更容易学习掌握,在我国高校开展是可行的。
