Testing parallelism of regression lines against ordered alternatives

For the problem of testing the equality of slopes of several regression lines against the alternative that the slopes are in increasing (decreasing) order of magnitude, two types of tests are proposed. These are the likelihood ratio test and a test that depends on suitable linear combination of one group statistics. Rank analogues of the two tests are also examined.     

An application of the integrated AHP-PGP model for performance measurement of supply chain management

The performance measurement problem has gained great attention in business and operations management literature. The first objective of this study is to determine the required performance measures and to develop a model for performance evaluation, based on these selected measures using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) methodology. The second objective is to explain how an integrated AHP-PGP (pre-emptive goal programming) model can be used in performance measurement while optimising the overall performance. An integration of AHP and multi-objective PGP is used to consider both quantitative and qualitative performance measures in optimising the overall performance of the system. The integrated model is presented with a real-world application using source data provided by a survey conducted in India. Findings demonstrate that the integrated AHP-PGP model can be useful to all supply chain industries in their day-to-day performance measurement decisions.

用直流电位差计对电动势(或电压)进行测量时,测量结果是经过两次比较一“校准工作电流”和“测量”才能得到的,因此装置的灵敏度是影响测量结果精度的重要因素,而电位差计工作电源与其灵敏度有复杂的关系.从校准和测量两方面研究电位差计灵敏度与其工作电源电压的关系,对正确使用电位差计,减少实验误差具有重要的指导作用.

On a life testing problem involving the two parameter exponential distribution

For a hypothesis testing problem involving the location and scale parameters of an exponential distribution, Perng (1977) proposed a test procedure based on the first r out of n observed failure times. In this paper the likelihood ratio test is determined, critical values are provided and the asymptotic null distribution is determined. An alternate test based on an F statistic is also proposed and the critical regions and power functions of the procedures are compared.     

书评中“I”和“we”用法的对比研究

本文以30篇书评为语料,结合定性和定量的方法对比书评中＂I＂和＂we＂体现的作者权力。研究结果表明,书评中的＂I＂多用于发表评价性言论,而＂we＂则多用于对书的客观性介绍,＂I＂比＂we＂体现的作者权力更大。

A Model for Setting Performance Objectives for Salmonella in the Broiler Supply Chain

A stochastic model for setting performance objectives for Salmonella in the broiler supply chain was developed. The goal of this study was to develop a model by which performance objectives for Salmonella prevalence at various points in the production chain can be determined, based on a preset final performance objective at the end of the processing line. The transmission of Salmonella through the broiler production chain was modeled. The prevalence at flock level was calculated from the measured prevalence at sample level. The transmission model is based on data on the occurrence of Salmonella collected in the Dutch broiler production chain during several years. The developed model can be used by policymakers and industry to determine economically and politically acceptable performance objectives for various points of the production chain and to draw conclusions about which interventions are most appropriate.     

企业并购中劳动者劳动权的国家权力保护

要在企业并购中使劳动者的劳动权得到实质保护，在企业并购过程中对劳动者劳动权的全而综合保护体系。权保护的程度和范围，规制并购中用人单位的基本行为，必须强化国家权力，从立法、行政、司法三个层面构建翻家通过法律法规的制定，确定在企业并购过程中劳动对留用劳动者与并购后的新企业之间的权利义务作出相应规定。发挥政府在企业并购过程中保护劳动莆劳动权的行政职能，加大对企业并购过程中违规企业的处罚力度，健全和完善在食业并购过程中以保障劳动者劳动权为核心的市场规则和公共政策。劳动者在企业并购过程进行权利救济的司法实践中面临程序复杂、维权成奉高、案件执行难等问题，需要通过建立劳动法庭或劳动法院等途径予以解决，同时赋予法院监督审查权。     

军权立宪:《中华民国约法》的历史反思

由军阀权力控制出台的《中华民国约法》一直是后人批评的对象。军阀立宪反映了中国自有法统以来,传统一元权力思维模式自上而下传递的实质没有发生改变。反思以军权政治为特征的《中华民国约法》,可以为当今宪政建设提供相当的借鉴作用。
