哈军工与哈工大之关系及其他(1952-1954)——以哈尔滨军事工程学院档案为主

1952—1954年,苏联援助新中国创办的第一所高等军事技术学府哈尔滨军事工程学院与20世纪20年代以苏联为主创建的哈尔滨工业大学之间,有着许多鲜为人知的关系。哈尔滨军事工程学院在选择校址、学科建设、师资培养以及学员实习等教学环节,大都是在充分考虑哈尔滨工业大学这一因素的前提下确定的、尤其是陈康白担任哈尔滨工业大学校长期间,在自身师资缺乏的情况下,积极支援哈尔滨军事工程学院的教学和师资队伍建设,为国防科技人才的培养做出了积极的贡献。两校之间这种非同寻常的关系,在很大程度上是由于苏联全面介入新中国高等教育,尤其是国防科技工业领域所致,继而对各自产生十分不同的影响,耐人寻味。     

“工科电工电子基础课程教学基地”建设的实践与思考

本文介绍了电子科技大学在国家“工科电工电子基础课程教学基地”建设中的改革思路、建设内容和实施方案。提出了“基地建设”要以转变教育思想、更新教育观念为先导,以深化教学体系和课程内容改革为核心,适应现代电子信息技术发展和经济社会对人才需求的建设指导思想;总结了在构建教学体系、更新教学内容、建设精品课程、建设师资队伍、创建一流实验教学环境等方面的成功经验。     

浅谈工科类高校大学英语语音教学

工科类高校大学英语语音教学主要包括：语调与传意,语音知识和单词拼写,语音、构词法和语法,语音、阅读和文化。针对工科类高校大学英语语音教学所面临的问题,可以在课时设置、教学方法及手段、考核办法等方面进行改革,并改进语音教学的跨域性问题,使之与听力、阅读、文学等内容结合。     

Concurrent consideration of product design,process planning and production planning activities

In manufacturing engineering, product design, process planning and production planning activities are often considered independently. However, in order to effectively respond to changes in business situations, such as changes in demand forecast, product mix and technology, it is desirable to consider them concurrently. For this purpose, a large-scale linear programming model has been developed. The model considers minimization of the sum of processing cost, late shipment cost and inventory holding cost as the objective, and concurrently selects product designs, and generates process plans and production plans. The number of columns in the formulation can be large and, hence, an efficient column generation scheme is developed to solve the model. The model and solution procedure are illustrated with examples.     

工程项目全过程风险管理模式探讨

本文在分析工程项目风险管理研究现状的基础上,从全过程管理角度,提出工程项目全过程风险管理模式:全过程风险管理机构的设置、全过程风险管理计划的制定、工程项目定义与决策阶段、设计与计划阶段、实施与控制阶段、竣工验收阶段四个阶段的风险管理。为项目业主和承包商更好的进行风险管理提供参考。     

Assessing Engineering Resilience for Systems with Multiple Performance Measures

Recently, efforts to model and assess a system's resilience to disruptions due to environmental and adversarial threats have increased substantially. Researchers have investigated resilience in many disciplines, including sociology, psychology, computer networks, and engineering systems, to name a few. When assessing engineering system resilience, the resilience assessment typically considers a single performance measure, a disruption, a loss of performance, the time required to recover, or a combination of these elements. We define and use a resilient engineered system definition that separates system resilience into platform and mission resilience. Most complex systems have multiple performance measures; this research proposes using multiple objective decision analysis to assess system resilience for systems with multiple performance measures using two distinct methods. The first method quantifies platform resilience and includes resilience and other “ilities” directly in the value hierarchy, while the second method quantifies mission resilience and uses the “ilities” in the calculation of the expected mission performance for every performance measure in the value hierarchy. We illustrate the mission resilience method using a transportation systems‐of‐systems network with varying levels of resilience due to the level of connectivity and autonomy of the vehicles and platform resilience by using a notional military example. Our analysis found that it is necessary to quantify performance in context with specific mission(s) and scenario(s) under specific threat(s) and then use modeling and simulation to help determine the resilience of a system for a given set of conditions. The example demonstrates how incorporating system mission resilience can improve performance for some performance measures while negatively affecting others.     

以设计为主线、三维为核心的工程图学教学改革--现代工程设计图形学(MEDG)教学研究与实践

工程设计现在已发展到全数字化阶段,能使设计、制造一体化过程得以实现的核心是三维几何模型,二维投影图已不是这一过程所必需的文件.因此,在总结和继承原教改成功经验的基础上,我们对传统的工程图学课程进行改革,突出"三维"和"设计"两个重点,形成了现代工程设计图形学(MEDG)课程体系.

工程与社会：一种工程社会学的初步分析——以中国西部地区生态移民工程为例

在阐述"工程"和"工程社会学"的基础上,认为就像任何工程活动都是嵌入在社会结构和社会关系之中的一样,在西部地区实施的生态移民工程也是嵌入在中国社会尤其是西部社会的结构之中的,西部地区在追求经济发展过程中所造成的对生态环境的破坏,促使了生态移民工程的实施。将生态移民工程与农民的身份转换结合起来,是中国西部地区农民市民化一条可行的途径。把生态移民工程和城市化建设科学地结合起来,是西部地区经济社会发展和实现现代化一种重要途径。
