17-18世纪中西文化交流中的“中学西传“

17-18世纪,中国的灿烂文化,曾使西方国家在政治、哲学、艺术等方面受到很大影响.本文着重论述17-18世纪中国文化对欧洲的影响,这种影响在欧洲文化以后的发展过程中留下不可磨灭的痕迹.在建筑领域里,最典型的变化是欧洲在18世纪出现了"洛可可"艺术和自由布局的"自然风致园"英中式"园林.     

Civil Society and the Northern Irish Peace Process

Alternative accounts of the Northern Irish peace process are analyzed. It is noted that neither Unionist nor Republican accounts accord a significant or positive role to civil society in the reaching of a political settlement. It is only in what might be called the metropolitan liberal perspective that influence is attributed to the role of civil society in achieving a settlement. Two junctures at which civil society, centered on the third sector, played a prominent role in the peace process are analyzed: the Opsahl Commission before the launch of the peace process in 1993 and the nonparty Yes campaign during the referendum on the Belfast Agreement in May 1998. The paper then goes on to discuss why the influence of civil society has declined since the referendum, and draws attention to the conflict between the top-down implications of the consociational nature of the Belfast Agreement and the bottom-up promotion of political accommodation through civil society.     

20世纪70年代中欧建交原因探析

20世纪 70年代 ,中国与欧共体分别属于社会主义阵营与资本主义阵营 ,分别属于“第三世界”和“第二世界” ,然而 ,对于中欧建交存在的有利条件有 :1 国际形势十分有利 ;2 中欧共同反对苏联霸权主义 ;3 由毛泽东提出的“三个世界”划分的战略思想提供了理论依据 ;4 欧共体成员国分别与中国建交奠定了基础。基于以上原因 ,中欧在 1975年建立了外交关系 ,从而揭开了双边关系中新的一页。     

华洋义赈会与二十世纪二三十年代的农村信用合作社

20世纪二三十年代,中国农村陷入空前危机,华洋义赈会在合作思潮的影响下应运而生。他们通过与银行联合提供贷款,部分满足了小农对资金的渴求,一定程度上抑制了农村高利贷的盘剥。但是,从这些农村合作社借贷资金的来源和构成状况上,我们可以看到合作社的社内资金极其微小,转而不得不依赖于社外资金,而社外资金对于农村合作社的支撑又极不稳定,从而限制了合作社对农村社会变革所发挥的作用。     

国有资产管理机构的法律地位研究

从1988年的国有资产管理局到2003年的国有资产监督管理委员会，国有资产管理机构模式在不断创新。尽管我国目前将国资委定位为“出资人”的角色，将管资产、管人和管事相结合，但在法律上却没有一个明确的定位，其自身的性质、工作目标及运作模式等诸多方面还存在不少问题。围绕国有资产管理机构的主体定位，研究国有资产管理机构的设置、法律性质及其权利。

国内支持是欧盟共同农业政策的重要组成部分 ,也是新一轮农业谈判的主要内容之一。深入分析欧盟农业国内支持政策及其谈判立场的形成原因 ,并运用经济计量模型对欧盟农业支持的约束条件和变化趋势进行定量研究。同时 ,结合欧盟最新的共同农业政策改革 ,进一步探讨了欧盟农业国内支持政策未来的发展方向。     

欧洲内河水运可持续发展历程解析——多式联运时代

在以发展绿色经济为主旋律的21世纪,内河水运的低碳和环保优势得到高度重视。欧洲因为在内河水运可持续发展方面所取得的成就而备受关注,本文的研究主题是欧洲内河水运的多式联运。围绕欧洲内河水运多式联运进程的六个方面,即内河水运交通流量的管理、内河港口管理、内河水运废气排放管理、内河水运废弃物管理、内河水环境管理和内河水运信息服务系统建设,对欧洲不同国家、不同组织在内河水运发展方面所面临的问题、采取的举措、制定的政策和所取得的成效等进行了深入且细致的分析,并对欧洲内河水运多式联运发展的成功经验进行了概括总结。研究成果对指导我国内河水运的发展、促进内河水运与其他运输模式的有效衔接、完善内河水运相关政策和管理规则的制定等有直接借鉴价值。     

The influence of the economic crisis on quality of care for older people: system readiness for innovation in Europe

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of the recent economic crisis on the quality of long-term care for older people in Belgium and the Netherlands. A mixed-method approach was applied, primarily focused on conducting semi-structured qualitative interviews with health professionals working in a management role in organizations providing long-term care for older people. The results show that Dutch organizations seem to be prepared for the influences of the economic crisis on the quality of its care provision primarily in terms of a sound system readiness. At the same time, Belgian organizations seem to be prepared for the influences of the economic crisis on the quality of its care provision primarily in terms of a favorable sociopolitical context. Comparing two countries allows for reciprocal lesson-drawing. The conclusion drawn in this study is that a sustainable long-term care system requires above all stability and structure.     

政党民主建设:西欧共产党的探索及其启示

西欧各国共产党结合自己对发达国家如何走向社会主义的思考,在战后不同的历史时期,对政党民主建设即如何发展党内民主、如何发展国内和国际党际民主进行了有益的探索。这些探索具有一定的借鉴和启示意义。
