股东至上论质疑

企业的不完全契约理论不是根据企业性质的变迁来解释真实的企业世界,只是充当了一个论证“股东至上”的工具。以新制度经济学为基础、物质所有权至上的主流企业理论,由于其逻辑上的内在缺陷,其理论假设和实际应用等方面,越来越遭受到了多方面的挑战、质疑和批判。本文从理论和实践两个方面进行分析和论证,认为随着上市公司中所有权和控制权的分离,在绝大多数情形下,股东并不负责管理公司,也不提供资本或接受负债,没有理由保有对企业所创造的大部分财富的所有权。将劳动者们劳动创造的绝大部分分给投机者们,这其实是违反了市场原则。只有把财富和利润分到它的创造者手中的时候,效率才能得到最大化的满足。     

A simulation-based dynamic operator assignment strategy considering machine interference - a case study on integrated circuit chip moulding operations

A simulation-based dynamic operator assignment strategy is proposed considering machine interference in solving an integrated circuit moulding operation problem. The strategy iteratively solves a floating manpower operator-assignment problem between simulation-based diagnostic study and operator assignment decision. Given current-state information, it provides a means for system performance evaluation. It searches a satisfactory solution for both cycle time and service level performances by using floating manpower method. A structured experimental design is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. Empirical results show promise for the proposed methodology in solving a practical application. Finally, the system implementation constraints from both hardware and management problems are addressed.

TSP in spreadsheets—A fast and flexible tool

The traveling salesman problem (TSP) is well-known and many specially developed solution procedures have been constructed to solve particular variants of it. This paper considers several different variants of TSP. However, developing tailored solution procedures for each is impractical. These problems are non-deterministic polynomial-time hard (NP hard). Solving them using standard linear programming/mixed integer programming (LP/MIP) solvers has therefore only been regarded to be feasible for very small problems. A careful consideration of the problem formulation may facilitate efficient software utilization, and for real-world problems this can have a considerable impact. Problems that were previously regarded as large and unwieldy are now easily solvable using spreadsheets, thanks to the recent advancement in general optimization software.     

高校工资制度执行现状与岗位分配不公研究

高校教职员工正常的收入为国家政策性工资和校内津贴。从一九九三年工资改革至今,现行工资分配制度执行已经十年了。因此,总结和研究高校工资制度执行后的利弊具有现实意义。本文介绍了现行的工资制度,简略总结了九三工改的成效,分析了利弊,提出了对策,并对岗位分配不公问题提出了见解,以期达到进一步改革现有工资制度的目的。     

The Conference Paper-Reviewer Assignment Problem*

Conference organizers often face the following problem: Given a collection of submitted papers, select a subset to be presented at the conference. The bulk of the work often amounts to assembling a pool of reviewers and then sending each submitted paper to several reviewers. We present in this paper a technique for finding a good assignment of papers to reviewers. An important feature of the solution we find is that each paper is sent to at least one reviewer who is “as expert as possible” for that paper. A major component of the problem is modeled as a bottleneck version of a capacitated transshipment problem.     

Flow shop scheduling by transportation model

This paper describes the classical problem of scheduling n jobs on m machines in a flow shop. A schedule evaluation algorithm is presented, which for job-pairs, generates a schedule evaluation matrix. The matrix is the input data to a transportation problem, the solution of which gives near-optimal jobsequence and makespan. The performance of the algorithm is discussed.

Flight gate scheduling: State-of-the-art and recent developments

This paper surveys a large variety of mathematical models and up-to-date solution techniques developed for solving a general flight gate scheduling problem that deals with assigning different aircraft activities (arrival, departure and intermediate parking) to distinct aircraft stands or gates. The aim of the work is both to present various models and solution techniques which are available in nowadays literature and to give a general idea about new open problems that arise in practise. We restrict the scope of the paper to flight gate management without touching scheduling of ground handling operations.
