财税补贴优惠政策与农业上市公司经营绩效——实施方式分析与政策启示

为发展和保护农业,我国政府制定、实施了一系列农业支持和保护政策,财税补贴优惠政策是这些政策的主要组成部分之一.财税补贴优惠政策对我国农业上市公司经营绩效影响重大,主要表现在:财税补贴优惠政策对农业上市公司盈利影响较深及补贴覆盖面相对较广这两个方面.基于农业弱质性理论、比较利益理论、外部性理论分析,提出"国家农业财税补贴优惠政策有效"假设.以因子分析绩效数据为基础,通过多元回归分析,对上述假设进行检验.结果表明,目前的政策扶持方式并未对农业上市公司实际经营绩效改善产生显著促进作用;相反,在许多方面产生了明显的消极影响.对于财税补贴政策实施方式,研究认为财税补贴优惠政策应当从整体上坚持市场化导向.     

Testing the Normality Assumption in the Tobit Model

This paper examines a number of statistics that have been proposed to test the normality assumption in the tobit (censored regression) model. It argues that a number of commonly proposed statistics can be interpreted as different versions of the Lagrange multiplier, or score, test for a common null hypothesis. This observation is useful in examining the Monte Carlo results presented in the paper. The Monte Carlo results suggest that the computational convenience of a number of statistics is obtained at the cost of poor finite sample performance under the null hypothesis.

环境是人类赖以生存的基本条件。在当今世界,新的环境危机使经济社会的可持续发展受到严重地制约。以我国建设和谐社会为契机,从环境问题与环境政策的关系入手,来分析我国环境政策的现状,提出,为实现人与自然之间的和谐发展人类所应该采取的3种正确态度。在综合分析的基础上, 提出了7条有助于在我国建设和谐社会的环境政策建议。     

Examining the link between program implementation and behavior outcomes in the lifestyle education for activity program (LEAP)

Lifestyle Education for Activity Program (LEAP) was a comprehensive, school-based intervention designed to promote physical activity in high school girls. The intervention focused on changes in instructional practices and the school environment to affect personal, social, and environmental factors related to physical activity. Multiple process evaluation tools and an organizational assessment tool were developed to monitor program implementation from a framework called the LEAP essential elements, which characterized complete and acceptable intervention delivery; secular trends were also monitored. Using process data, LEAP intervention schools were categorized into low- and high-implementing groups and compared with control schools on nine essential elements assessed at the organizational level. The Wilcoxon scores test revealed that low- and high-implementing intervention, and control schools differed significantly on two of nine administrator-reported organizational-level components: having a physical activity team and having a faculty-staff health promotion program. A mixed-model analysis of covariance indicated that, compared to control schools, a greater percentage of girls in high-implementing schools reported engaging in vigorous physical activity. Process evaluation can be used to understand the relationship between level of implementation and successful program outcome.

Generalized Mixtures of Gamma and Exponentials and Reliability Properties of the Maximum from Friday and Patil Bivariate Exponential Model

The minimum and maximum order statistics from many of the common bivariate exponential distributions are predominantly generalized mixtures of exponentials; however, the maximum from the Friday and Patil bivariate exponential (FPBVE) model is either a generalized mixture of three or fewer exponentials or a generalized mixture of gamma and exponentials. In this article, we obtain conditions based on the weights and parameters of the generalized mixtures of gamma and one or two exponential distributions that yield legitimate probability models. Furthermore, we analyze properties of the failure rate of the maximum from the FPBVE model. This answers a question raised in Baggs and Nagaraja (1996 Baggs , G. E. , Nagaraja , H. N. ( 1996 ). Stochastic Aging Classes for the Maximum Statistic from Friday and Patil Bivariate Exponential Distribution Family

Friday and Patil bivariate exponential (FPBVE) distribution family is one of the most flexible bivariate exponential distributions in the literature; among others, it contains the bivariate exponential models due to Freund, Marshall–Olkin, Block–Basu, and Proschan–Sullo as particular cases. In this article, we discuss the stochastic aging of the maximum statistic from FPBVE model in according to the log-concavity of its density function, i.e., in the increasing or decreasing likelihood ratio classes (ILR or DLR), and consequently in the IFR and DFR classes. Furthermore, a kind of DFR distributions which are not DLR is derived from our classification.
