早期政治发展理论流脉及其价值探讨

20世纪西方早期政治发展理论,是其时特定政治实践及欧美学术背景下兴起的一个理论流脉：其研究路径,体系功能、社会进程、比较历史、政治文化等;其内在主题,为低度发展国家建构现代民族国家论证方向与条件;其理论阶段,强调发展普适主义阶段及偏倚政治权威理性化阶段。其理论缺失的根源是价值偏执。其理论现实意义：为政治、社会转型背景下中国政治学研究提供理论与方法借鉴。     

一党体制衰落的制度探源——文献述评与框架建构

20世纪后期以来,一党体制衰落的三波浪潮为比较政治学提出了难题:为什么那些长期执政的政党最终走向分化、衰落乃至垮台?既有研究注重从政党内部因素、外部环境、结构主义以及精英主义的视角加以解释。这些理论无法澄清一党体制的兴起与衰落的不同原因,也无法解释面临相似挑战的一党体制的命运差异。实践证明,政党制度建设及政党适应性是决定政党生命力的关键所在。     

Institutionalizing government public relations in Romania after 1989

Public relations are a new profession in Romania, an Eastern European former communist country which changed to a democratic regime in December 1989. It is generally considered to have emerged after 1990, although publicity and political propaganda preceded it (Rogojinaru in Sriramesh and Ver?i?, 2009, p. 553). Although the Romanian practice of public relations evolved and developed quickly aligning with the international practice, several campaigns and programs receiving awards during the last editions of IPRA Golden World Awards, SABRE Awards, Cannes Lions Awards or European Excellence Awards, there is still very little focus on research and theory. Thus, there is no major study on the history of public relations in Romania prior to 1989 to either confirm or challenge the conclusion of Grunig, Grunig and Ver?i? (2004) that there was no public relations in Eastern Europe before 1989 because the concept was not acceptable for socialism (p. 137). Even after 1989 while there is a growing body of literature on public relations in general published in Romanian, few studies addressed Romanian public relations which are more frequently described in practice than researched from the viewpoint of public relations theory. This exploratory research aims at identifying the characteristics of government public relations in Romania in 2011, the main stages in institutionalizing government public relations after 1989 and correlates them with the general evolution of public relations in Romania between 1989 and 2011.     

Informal Caregivers of Institutionalized Dementia Residents

When older adults are placed in nursing homes, care- giving responsibility continues, despite long held beliefs to the con- trary. Although the American family is in transition, bonds of care- giving and of filial responsibility are strong and persist into old age. Knowledge about characteristics of caregivers who have actually placed their relative in a nursing home is limited. The purpose of this study is to examine whether demographic and facility-related char- acteristics as well as knowledge about dementia and participation in support groups and workshops are signif~cant predictors of burden in caregivers of institutionalized dementia residents. Sixty-seven per- cent of caregivers of residents in a dementia unit in a nursing home participated in the study. Overall, the regression explained 68% of the variance in burden and was highly simcant statistically. In- formation gained from this study will assist social workers in mak- ing referrals to nursing homes or in direct practice with cognitively impaired nursing home residents and their families.     

私力救济的法价值实现路径——兼论我国未来《民法典》私力救济的制度对策

正当的私力救济符合法的秩序、自由、正义和效率等价值基本理念,泛化与异化的私力救济则与法的基本价值相违背。借助法律技术创设确定的、可操作的行为规范是私力救济的法价值实现路径。我国未来《民法典》私力救济的制度化可以避免私力救济对社会秩序造成的负面影响;通过对私力救济进行准确的制度定位可以彰显权利主体的自由意志;制度控制是防止私力救济偏离正义轨道的有效措施;规范化是私力救济实现效率的最优博弈策略。     

欧盟共同安全与防务政策--基于制度化安全合作框架的分析

冷战结束后,欧洲联盟开始将共同安全与防务合作提上了议事日程.作为欧盟共同外交与安全制度框架的具体机制和相对独立的组成部分,欧盟共同安全与防务政策成为实现欧洲和平与稳定的前提条件.由于欧盟共同安全与防务还处于探索和发展的进程中,不同学派之间在认知和阐释上依然存在着较大的争论和分歧.在综合借鉴相关理论的基础上,可以构建一个具有较强解释力和针对性的欧盟共同安全与防务的理论分析框架--制度化安全合作.     

Informal Institutions and Internet-based Equity Crowdfunding

Equity-based crowdfunding is emerging as an increasingly important source of entrepreneurial financing. This paper examines the effects of informal institutions on entrepreneurs' ability and willingness to engage in efforts to raise equity crowdfunding. It also investigates how informal institutions are linked to investors' response to ECF. Also reviewed are the differences in the effects of informal institutions on equity crowdfunding vis-à-vis other forms of crowdfunding. The paper also delves into factors that are likely to lead to the development of favorable informal institutions from the standpoint of equity crowdfunding. It utilizes inductive theory-building approach.     

转型中的人民调解:三个悖论——兼评《人民调解法》

尽管已有种种努力,但人民调解并没有真正走出低谷。《人民调解法》正是在这种背景下,带着振兴的使命而不完全是经验和成果出台。人民调解现代转型的根本在于破解三大症结以实现其相互平衡:国家化与非国家化、制度化与非制度化、专业化与非专业化。《人民调解法》在这几个方面有得有失。     

Governance of open source software: state of the art

In this overview of governance mechanisms developed within open source software (OSS) circles, three types of governance are studied: ‘spontaneous’ governance, internal governance, and governance towards outside parties. Moreover, two main ways in which lessons from OSS can be applied elsewhere are explored: peer production of products other than software, and embedding ‘peer-produced’ products and peer processes into existing institutions (‘coupling’).
