大同市旅游业竞争力研究

依据旅游业竞争力的评价指标体系中各项指标的数据,分析并计算山西省地级市旅游业竞争力的综合得分及排名,结果显示,大同目前旅游业竞争力在全省处于中等偏上的位置。只有通过多方筹集资金、加大宣传力度、加强旅游基础设施建设、实现旅游产品多元化、打造精品旅游产品、改善环境等措施,才能确保大同市旅游业再上一个台阶。     

吉林省木本植物多样性及其在园林中的应用

本文对吉林省分布的木本植物进行了系统的分析和研究.发现吉林省木本植物物种丰富,适宜在城市园林中栽植的各类观赏植物39科73属214种4变种,从而为吉林省及其邻近地区城市园林及各类风景园林的绿化在树种的选择上提供了科学依据.     

文化多样化与民间艺术自觉

全球化语境中,文化多样性的政治意识和战略意义得到凸显,它同时也突出地显现于国家的文化战略和世界文化理论中。文化多样化和生物多样性一样,应该是人类的未来。民间艺术在全球化、现代化以及后现代主义的激荡中开始走向自觉,同时具有丰沛文化多样性的独特优势。拓展民间艺术的文化空间、养护以民间艺术为代表的非物质文化是全新文化多样化景观实现的一个重要途径。     

对安德森知识划分理论的解构与再划分

安德森（J.R.Andersen）将多种划分标准混淆在一起对知识进行划分,使人无法辨别陈述性知识和程序性知识这两个概念的能指（符号的音形）和所指（符号的意义）。从音形上看,这两个概念似乎是有区分的,但从意义上看,这两个概念的区分度非常低。几乎没有不能被陈述的知识,也没有不具备程序的知识。所谓不能用语言表达的程序性知识不是一种知识,而是个体内部的自我监控能力。     

基因表达式编程种群多样性自适应调控算法

为了解决基因表达式编程GEP种群多样性控制问题,提出了一种新的带权种群多样性的自适应调控方法。设计了带权的种群多样性测度方法,详细分析了选择、交叉及变异算子对种群多样性的影响。提出了初始种群的多样化算法DAIP,以保证初始种群多样性的最大化。设计了自适应的交叉和变异算子,提出了种群多样性自适应调控算法APDTA,使种群在进化过程中维持合适的种群多样性,进而提高进化效率。实验验证了APDTA的有效性。     

Demography or respect?: work group demography versus organizational dynamics as determinants of meaning and satisfaction at work*

This article tests two competing models of meaning and satisfaction at work. First, meaning and satisfaction at work can be influenced by the demographic composition of work groups, especially their racial and gender compositions. Second, meaning and satisfaction can be influenced by management behaviour, especially by leadership in maintaining a productive environment and by respect for workers' rights. We evaluate these determinants, along with more traditional determinants that focus on socio-technical characteristics, using a unique data set derived from content analysing the reports provided by book-length organizational ethnographies (N = 108). Work group composition is found to have only a minor and selective influence on meaning at work. In contrast, management leadership and respect for workers' rights are found to have much stronger and more widespread effects. The well established role of socio-technical factors such as job autonomy as foundations for meaning and satisfaction in work is also replicated in the analysis. When contrasted with both work group demography and traditional job and organizational characteristics, a well run organization is found to be the single most important underpinning for a meaningful and satisfying work life. In the concluding section we develop the implication of these findings for organizational analysis.

作为人类生存的基本方式,"科学-技术系统"标志了人类文明的文化性存在,它也因此成为隐急匿于文化批评话语背后的价值标准,并在更深层的意义上造成了理性的破缺.生态社会的本质特征要求文化批评的唯一平台必须是"多样性",而全球化背景下的文化进化亦可在趋同中走向整合.     

Simultaneous inference on diversity of biological communities

In environmental statistics, surveys on the structure of biological communities are generally carried out by focusing on diversity indexes. A more complete analysis may be performed by means of an appropriate function giving a spectrum of different measures of diversity: diversity profiles. They can be expressed as a function of the unknown abundance vector of the ecological population. In this paper we develop a non parametric approach based on bootstrap in order to make inference on diversity profiles. The proposed procedure is applied on biological data of four parks in Milan, Italy.
