从跨文化视角看国际商务谈判中的文化差异

国际商贸往来日益频繁,跨文化差异常使国际商务沟通的质量大打折扣。国际商务谈判双方都以自身的文化观念来判断对方的利益和行为,这种因文化差异带来误解和曲解如不能及时解决,则容易出现失误,甚至造成谈判失败。本研究拟对国际商务谈判过程中存在的跨文化差异现象进行探讨分析,以减少乃至避免由跨文化障碍所引起的商务沟通失败。

论新疆古代屯垦文化的多元性

多元文化共同发展是历史上新疆文化发展的一个显著特征。在新疆多元文化格局发展过程中,自西汉以来的屯垦,既为新疆多元文化发展注入了丰富的内涵,也为多元文化在差异中交流、整合创造了条件。屯垦的长期实施,使内地汉、锡伯等民族向新疆迁移,各民族、各地域文化因屯垦在新疆而汇聚;促进了内地农业技术向新疆的传播,游牧民族向定居农耕或农牧兼营转变,各民族生活方式产生了交融。     

Knowledge Diversity,Turnover, and Organizational‐Unit Productivity: An Empirical Analysis in a Knowledge‐Intensive Context

We examine the role of knowledge diversity among unit members on an organizational unit's productivity. Utilizing a proprietary data set of corrective maintenance tasks from a large software‐services firm, we investigate the impact of two key within‐unit diversity metrics: interpersonal diversity and intrapersonal diversity. We analyze the independent influence of interpersonal diversity and the interactive influence of interpersonal diversity and intrapersonal diversity on organizational unit's productivity. Finally, we examine how diversity moderates productivity of an organizational unit when employee turnover occurs. Our analysis reveals the following key insights: (a) interpersonal diversity has an inverted U‐shaped effect on organizational unit's productivity; (b) intrapersonal diversity moderates the influence of interpersonal diversity on organizational‐unit productivity; (c) at higher levels of interpersonal diversity, rate of decrease in productivity of the organizational unit due to turnover is higher. We discuss the resulting theoretical and managerial insights associated with these findings.     

求解复杂旅行商问题的混合粒子群算法

针对粒子群算法在解决组合优化时存在早熟和易陷入局部最优的问题,提出一种求解旅行商问题( TSP)的混合 粒子群算法。将粒子群算法与遗传算法结合,引入遗传算法中的交叉和变异操作,通过个体极值和群体极值的交叉以及 粒子自身变异的方式增加种群的多样性,避免粒子陷入局部最优,提高算法的局部搜索能力。仿真结果表明,新的混合 粒子群算法在解决TSP问题时具有较好的收敛性及优化效果。     

Ethnic Diversity Policy: Perceptions within the NHS

Ethnic diversity has become an important policy objective for the Labour government, particularly since the publication of the Macpherson Report (1999) . It is projected as a potential means of improving service provision in various policy areas from policing to the business sector. The contention of this article, based on research conducted in the NHS, is that much more thought needs to be given to the shape of ethnic diversity and its operationalization if services are to improve for society as a whole. The current shape of the concept, as perceived by the majority of the interview respondents who participated in the research (all of whom had responsibility for employment decisions within their organizations), promises at best disappointment, and at worst a further peripheralization of minority ethnic issues, for which communities themselves may be held responsible.     

Preferential employment policies and firm performance: Evidence from Indian public sector enterprises

This article examines the impact of job reservations on the performance of public sector enterprises (PSEs) in India. Drawing on data for all central government-owned manufacturing PSEs from 2014 to 2017 and employing instrumental variable techniques, the authors test the hypothesis that reservations benefit firm performance if implemented across all levels of the employment hierarchy. While the findings validate this hypothesis, they also indicate that the reserved categories are disproportionately represented in the lower end of the organizational hierarchy. This imbalance is primarily driven by systematic limitations in vacancy notifications and discriminatory practices within organizations.     

“限娱令”前后省级卫视节目多样眭测度

节目多样性是衡量媒体表现的重要指标。依据“限娱令”前（2011年）和“限娱令”后（2012年）省级卫视黄金时段的节目抽样数据,对省级卫视黄金时段节目的垂直多样性与水平多样性进行测度表明：“限娱令”在改变荧屏节目类型上起到了一定的效果,但节目创新能力不足导致对娱乐类节目的过度依赖依然是省级卫视目前存在的最主要问题。     

毛泽东邓小平关于中外文化关系思想比较研究

中外文化关系思想是毛泽东、邓小平文化思想的重要组成部分,不仅对指导当时的革命与建设具有重要的意义,而且为中国能够在当今世界相互激荡的洪流中保持民族特色与优势,为当代中国正确处理中外文化关系提供正确指针。本文试图通过比较毛泽东、邓小平关于中外文化关系的思想,探究他们之间继承、纠正与发展的关系,通过对毛泽东、邓小平关于中外文化关系思想的主要内容、异同点、相异的主客观原因以及当代价值这几方面的考察,以期加深对毛泽东和邓小平文化思想的认识,为当代中国正确处理中外文化关系及促进中国特色社会主义文化建设与和谐发展提供借鉴。
