物化的性别 迷失的主体——析三首流行歌曲中的女性主体意识

文章选取近年广为流传的三首大陆流行歌曲,即《香水有毒》、《女人如烟》、《找个好人就嫁了吧》,通过对歌词文本的分析指出,作为最具大众消费文化代表性的形式之一的流行歌曲,存在严重的女性主体意识缺位,表现为女性迷失自我,物化自我,遮蔽了独特的个性特征,心甘情愿地充当从属男性的“第二性”。原因是由于贬低女性社会地位的中国传统文化根深蒂固的影响,及社会转型期女性生存压力增大,也因为满足男性消费欲望的大众传媒推波助澜。女性主义解放的道路仍然漫长,当务之急是女性要重拾信心,树立起女性主体意识。     

杂交水稻受淹后产量损失程度及救灾措施研究

本文采用模拟洪水的方法,探讨杂交稻不同生育期淹水对稻谷产量损失的程度和灾后挽救措施的应用效果。分析了各时期淹水后稻谷减产的原因及淹后营养物质的变化。根据稻穗损失情况,提出相应的救灾措施。     

Restrictiveness and guidance in support systems

Restrictiveness and guidance have been proposed as methods for improving the performance of users of support systems. In many companies computerized support systems are used in demand forecasting enabling interventions based on management judgment to be applied to statistical forecasts. However, the resulting forecasts are often ‘sub-optimal’ because many judgmental adjustments are made when they are not required. An experiment was used to investigate whether restrictiveness or guidance in a support system leads to more effective use of judgment. Users received statistical forecasts of the demand for products that were subject to promotions. In the restrictiveness mode small judgmental adjustments to these forecasts were prohibited (research indicates that these waste effort and may damage accuracy). In the guidance mode users were advised to make adjustments in promotion periods, but not to adjust in non-promotion periods. A control group of users were not subject to restrictions and received no guidance. The results showed that neither restrictiveness nor guidance led to improvements in accuracy. While restrictiveness reduced unnecessary adjustments, it deterred desirable adjustments and also encouraged over-large adjustments so that accuracy was damaged. Guidance encouraged more desirable system use, but was often ignored. Surprisingly, users indicated it was less acceptable than restrictiveness.     

关于加速启动民间投资的几点思考

我国当前内需不足的形势依然不容乐观 ,充分利用民间充裕的资金 ,加速启动民间投资是解决内需不足的明智选择。我国改革开放以来的民间投资已经成为经济发展的重要力量 ,但仍存在市场准入、金融体制、制度约束、税费压力和外在环境等因素的制约 ,巨大的潜力需要通过金融、税收和投资体制改革及政策支持来加以释放。     

不同CSR分担模式下的闭环供应链销售努力与定价决策

本文研究考虑企业社会责任(CSR)闭环供应链的定价及销售努力问题,在制造商、零售商以及二者联合承担CSR三种模式下,分析了CSR行为对闭环供应链销售努力及定价策略的影响。研究表明,无论在何种CSR分担模式下,成员企业的CSR行为不仅有利于降低产品价格,提高零售商的销售努力水平、产品销量及废旧产品回收效果,还有效的增加了制造商的社会福利、第三方及系统的总利润。当制造商或零售商单独承担CSR时,第三方及闭环供应链整体的利润均相等且大于二者联合承担CSR时。当制造商和零售商联合承担CSR时,二者的社会福利均大于其单独承担CSR时,且主导零售商的社会福利较之制造商更大。     

Estimating the probability of winning (losing) in a gambler's ruin problem with applications

In a classical gambler's ruin problem, the distribution of the number of games lost till ruin is considered, which we call the lost game distribution (LGD). Some applications of LGD in the theory of queues, in the theory of epidemic and in certain clustering and branching models are mentioned. The maximum likelihood estimation of LGD in the framework of modified power series distribution (MPSD), introduced by the author (1974), is studied. The variance and bias of the MLE are given and the actual mean of the MLE is obtained by discussing the negative moments of the MPSD in general. The minimum variance unbiased estimator of θ^k (k≥1) is obtained employing the technique developed by the author (1977) for the class of MPSD.

A ‘Lost Crowd’: Reconfiguring the Harlem Renaissance as a Post-War ‘Lost Generation’

Abstract

Traditionally for black Americans, World War I did not signify the traumatic removal of traditional Victorian ideals, the end of any romantic notions of battle, or, as it would for white American literature, the disillusionment and alienation of a literary ‘Lost Generation’. Although experiencing continued racism upon their return, the recognition that black Americans had received in wartime France came to characterize a budding enthusiasm for the social prospects of the post-war era. Yet many novels of the Harlem Renaissance certainly resonate with the disillusionment of the Lost Generation and similarly grapple with notions of war trauma and traumatic post-war (re)integration into a chaotic American society. This article considers the endeavour to reconcile feelings of post-war national unity with the African-American struggle for racial equality in the early twentieth century. By evaluating the analogous themes of alienation, masculinity, and place represented by both the Lost Generation and Harlem Renaissance, this article seeks to highlight traumatic parallels between post-war literatures of two divergent ‘lost’ generations.
