儒学的现代建构与反思——兼论全球化视野下中国传统文化的境遇与发展

"儒学的现代价值何以可能"是新世纪儒学研究中的核心命题,目前的相关研究大致可归纳为"内在超越说"、"生命意识说"和"面向生活说"三种学说形态,它们分别从宗教性精神、类现代性批判精神和日常生活批判精神这三个方面阐发了传统儒学之于现代社会的功能性涵义,这既体现了现代人的价值评判与选择的自由,同时又反映出儒学自身所具有的巨大文化张力,在这一过程中产生的"儒学救世论"、"多元理论模式"和"儒学现代化与马克思主义中国化的关系"等问题也呈现出全球化语境下中国传统文化的境遇及发展所面临的机遇与挑战。     

严羽风格论的历史地位

先秦时代人们对诗歌的社会作用的认识 ,已经比较全面 ,但对诗歌风格方面的认识 ,还很肤泛。到了汉代的《毛诗序》,指出了诗歌的风格与其产生的时代密切相关。汉、魏时曹丕《典论·论文》进一步指出了风格与作品体裁的关系 ,陆机《文赋》又加以发展 ,他们同时还注意到了风格与作家个人气质之间的关系。刘勰《文心雕龙》中有多篇涉及到风格问题 ,并以“八体”概括作品的风格 ,表明这时人们对风格的认识已经比较深入了。同时的钟嵘在《诗品》中 ,则以“溯源流”的方法 ,指出前后代诗人在风格上的联系。唐代对诗歌风格的分析 ,更加细致 ,以致有“十九体”、“二十四品”之多 ,但完全意义的风格论还没有出现。严羽在总结前人理论的基础上 ,在反对宋诗的不良倾向中 ,深入分析了唐、宋诗风格的不同 ,对诗歌风格进行了全面地、深入地论述 ,在风格的辨析上 ,已经力求做到没有“毫厘之差”,从而建立了比较系统的风格论 ,表明古典诗学的风格论 ,在严羽《沧浪诗话》中 ,已经完全成熟了。     

STRUCTURE,ENVIRONMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONAL GOVERNANCE IN MANUFACTURING*

The paper compares theories of organizational governance that explain delegation in decision making in terms of administrative rationality on the parts of top corporate officials with theories that emphasize lower-level actors mobilizing resources to gain control over organizational outcomes. These two alternative theories are developed and extended to apply to the relationship between manufacturing plants and parent companies. A general model is introduced to compare these theories which includes characteristics of parent companies and site environments, site resources, and delegation. The model is then tested on a sample of manufacturing plants.     

AN EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS OF THE TAX COURT'S DETERMINATION OF REASONABLE COMPENSATION

The determination of reasonable compensation is one of the most frequently contested issues between the taxpayer and the IRS. The major purpose of this study is to develop a multiple regression model to predict accurately the amount of compensation allowed by the Tax Court as a percent of the amount in dispute between the taxpayer and the IRS. In general, the taxpayer receives favorable treatment in Tax Court when contesting unreasonable compensation payments. The multiple regression model, developed using a stepwise procedure, is a good predictor of the compensation allowed by the court. The overall results have important implications for developing taxpayers' appeal strategies.     

提升高校思想政治理论课的亲和力与针对性研究

高校思想政治理论课（以下简称“思政课”）是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道。为了提高思政理论课的实效性,增 强学生的获得感,从思想政治理论课的亲和力和针对性入手,列举了课程亲和力不够,针对性不强的四种主要表现形式：学生 对课程的兴趣不高、教学形式单一、课程之间缺乏融会贯通、学生获得感不强,分析了造成这种结果背后的原因：市场经济改革 和互联网经济时代对价值观的冲击、思政教师缺乏理论联系实际的能力、师生交流不够、教学语言没有感染力和说服力、考核 方式比较单一。从六个方面提出了对策与建议：时代化的设计,人本化的定位,情景化的实践,信息化的沟通,项目化的考核, 实用化功效。     

REPLY TO: “ON THE SENSITIVITY OF BRAND-CHOICE SIMULATIONS TO ATTRIBUTE IMPORTANCE WEIGHTS”

Our reply to Curry, Louviere, and Augustine's critique of our earlier paper focuses on differences in motivation between our research and theirs. Our interest in the problem relates to the possible incorporation of self-explicated evaluations in conjoint data collection methods; subsequent to the appearance of our original paper, we have developed hybrid models that combine elements of self-explicated (compositional) and conjoint (decompositional) data collection procedures. As far as we can surmise from their critique, Curry, Louviere, and Augustine are concerned with much broader strategic issues relating share of choices in the consumer population to changes in the shape of attribute weight distributions, shape of the Pareto tradeoff boundary, and so on.
