分组教学在《社区工作》课程中的应用研究

《社区工作》课程是社会工作专业的十大主干课程之一，如何上好本门课程，笔者进行了很多探索，本文在实验的基础上，主要分析了分组教学在《社区工作》课程教学中的意义，希望对其他课程的教学改革有所启发。     

On selection with restriction

In this paper, we .consider the problem of prediction of an unobserved variable and then selecting a group of individuals which are superior with respect to this variable. It is desired at the same time that for this group, mean values of other unobserved variables or some other function of some variable are above certain prespecified levels. We provide the methods of computing the decision rules for these problems. These problems may be termed as the problems of restricted prediction.     

农村留守儿童的心理弹性与社会支持——基于湘西民族地区406份问卷调查

通过对湘西地区406名留守儿童的问卷调查,考察了少数民族农村留守儿童的心理弹性影响因素及其与社会支持的关系。认为留守儿童在逆境中的适应情况因其内部心理弹性、外部保护因素的不同而呈现差异,其中心理弹性与社会支持之间存在着显著的正相关。应在积极儿童发展观指导下,建立和完善家庭、学校、社区、政府相结合的具有民族区域性的社会支持体系。     

Learning social work law: An enquiry-based approach to developing knowledge and skills

This paper, written jointly by tutors and students, discusses an enquiry-based approach to learning and assessing law as part of social work qualifying training in England. It is argued that social work law is an area of learning particularly suited to an approach in which enquiry and analysis skills are promoted through practical problem solving. The paper considers the theoretical rationale for this approach and identifies how this conceptual frame informs the learning and assessment structure. It identifies how students present evidence for assessment of their skill and knowledge development, through both written and verbal submission, and considers the learning outcomes achieved. The paper concludes with an evaluation of the approach as an example of knowledge and skill development through problem solving and reflection.     

Risk tolerance and a retailer's pricing and ordering policies within a newsvendor framework

This paper evaluates the pricing and ordering policies of a retailer, facing a price-dependent stochastic demand, within a newsvendor framework, under different degrees of risk tolerance and under a variety of optimizing objectives. These are (i) maximizing expected profit, for a retailer who may be risk-seeker, risk-averse or risk neutral; (ii) deriving a maximin strategy of maximizing a minimum guaranteed profit and (iii) modeling the probability of exceeding a target profit, as a constraint or as an objective. Some analytical properties and numerical examples illustrate the main features of the models and provide some comparative policy analysis across the model.     

我国公共安全管理体制的问题与对策研究

经过多年的努力,我国已建成分类管理、分级负责、条块结合、属地为主的公共安全管理体制。但是在实际运行过程中依然存在着公共安全管理机构设置不健全、权力分散、职能交叉等问题,根除上述问题必须采取完善机构设置,加大监管覆盖面;科学整合权力,形成管理合力;理顺部门职责,提高管理效率等措施,以期健全公共安全管理体制,提高政府公共安全管理能力。     

藏族大学生情绪调节策略与问题行为的关系

通过问卷调查分析了藏族大学生的情绪调节策略与问题行为的关系。结果表明,藏族大学生情绪调节的重新评价维度对问题行为的学业适应不良、攻击行为、违纪、退缩和问题行为总分存在显著的影响,表达抑制维度对问题行为的各维度不存在显著影响。     

农村基层党组织执政能力建设研究——以山西省灵丘县为例

农村基层党组织是党在农村的执政基础,是党和国家联系农民的桥梁和纽带,是我国社会主义新农村建设的第一线。党的执政能力建设的包括决策能力建设、发展能力建设、控制能力建设及其依法行政能力建设。农村基层党组织执政能力建设好坏,直接关系到农村改革的推进、经济的发展和社会的稳定。本文结合灵丘县的实际情况,分析了该县农村基层党组织执政能力建设中存在的问题,针对以上问题提出了解决农村基层党组织执政能力建设的新对策。     

新建本科院校学分制下学生自主选课存在的问题与对策

学分制背景下的选课制提高了学生学习的积极性、主动性,但也存在选修课课程资源建设滞后、学生选课功利性过强、缺乏理性思考、教学管理不完善、缺乏科学的课程评价体系等问题。关注学生自主选课的问题,并探寻有效的对策,具体包括：树立整体意识,合理规划课程设置,优化课程资源;重视知识的内在价值,培养学生的学习动机;加强对学生的选课指导,提高学生选课的理性;加强教学管理;构建科学的选修课课程评价体系。     

探讨当前专门用途英语教学在我国的发展、问题与对策

简要地介绍了专门用途英语教学在我国的发展情况,并从当前社会对复合型人才的需求和大学、中学英语课程设置重复两方面阐述了在大学阶段大力开展专门用途英语教学的必要性,进一步提出了目前该教学体系中的一些问题:教学师资严重匮乏,教材建设严重滞后,课程设置相当混乱,评估体系尚未建立,并针对这些问题提出了一些对策。
