利用动态计量经济学的状态空间方程和卡尔曼滤波研究经济增长水平、市场化水平、城市化水平对行政管理费影响的动态变化,从而更加准确地刻画3个变量对行政管理费影响的变动轨迹。研究结果表明:经济增长、城市化水平与行政管理费正相关,市场化水平与行政管理费负相关,弹性系数的大小取决于政府政策因素的影响。在2000年以前弹性系数波动较大,2000年以后3个变量对行政管理费的弹性逐渐趋于平稳,但市场化因素对行政管理费的抑制作用在下降,城市化对行政管理费的弹性具有上升的趋势。这说明如果中国按照当前的发展状态,行政管理费将继续保持较高的上升趋势。 相似文献

采用结构方程模型的分析方法来研究和探索群体性劳资冲突事件的演化路径和演化规律,旨在为预防和化解群体性劳资冲突事件提供理论和实证基础,结果表明:劳动关系紧张程度是演化路径的始端,导火线是重要的演化影响因素,资方策略是演化的中介变量,群体性劳资冲突的四个等级间可以相互转化。要建立劳资平衡、共赢的高路径劳动关系系统来避免群体性劳资冲突事件的发生和演变,倡导企业建立寻求效率、公平与员工话语权平衡的劳动关系目标,通过宏观层面的充分就业、法律监察以及微观层面的人性化的劳动关系管理、群体性劳资冲突事件预防机制、集体谈判制度构建五条路径实现企业和谐劳动关系的构建。 相似文献

an artificially cultured population is released into an area, the initial population size and the initial population distribution
are usually known. If artificially cultured individuals are released with marks or distinguished from wild individuals or
if no wild individual exists in the study area, we can estimate both the mortality and dispersal rates of the artificial population.
The numbers of dispersed and dead individuals are estimated from the dispersal rate from the diffusion model and the total
decreasing rate estimated from a mark-recapture data. We can estimate both the time-dependent and time-independent dispersal
rates from the data. We choose the best fit model that has the smallest value of Akaike's Information Criteria. We also consider
‘concentric circles approximation” of spatial distribution, in which the cumulative and frequency distributions are analytically

推进数字经济与实体经济深度融合、协同发展是建设数字中国、实现数字强国的重要着力点。既往研究囿于模型构建的局限,忽略数字经济与实体经济的空间交互关系以及潜在的内生性问题,这可能会使参数估计结果出现严重偏误。文章基于中国100个大中城市的面板数据,构建了空间联立方程模型,考察了数字经济与实体经济的内生交互影响以及空间溢出效应。研究发现:区域内数字经济与实体经济间存在显著的正面交互作用,即数字经济与实体经济可双向促进;而在区域间数字经济与实体经济均存在显著的负面空间溢出效应,即本地数字经济抑制了邻近地区的实体经济增长,并且邻近地区实体经济规模的扩大也会给本地数字经济发展造成不利影响。面板分位数和面板门槛模型分别识别了数字经济影响实体经济的条件性特征与阶段性特征。最后,基于实证结论给出了相应政策建议。 相似文献

The zero-inflated regression models such as zero-inflated Poisson (ZIP), zero-inflated negative binomial (ZINB) or zero-inflated generalized Poisson (ZIGP) regression models can model the count data with excess zeros. The ZINB model can handle over-dispersed and the ZIGP model can handle the over or under-dispersed count data with excess zeros as well. Moreover, the count data may be correlated because of data collection procedure or special study design. The clustered sampling approach is one of the examples in which the correlation among subjects could be defined. In such situations, a marginal model using generalized estimating equation (GEE) approach can incorporate these correlations and lead up to the relationships at the population level. In this study, the GEE-based zero-inflated generalized Poisson regression model was proposed to fit over and under-dispersed clustered count data with excess zeros. 相似文献

Building on social-exchange and self-determination theory, this study aimed to contribute to the scholarly literature on leadership and knowledge sharing by simultaneously testing how shared and transformational leadership and their interrelatedness may foster employees' perceptions of knowledge sharing behaviour among peers. Additionally, we investigated the mediating role of employees' basic psychological needs satisfaction (in terms of autonomy, competence and relatedness, respectively) as an additional explanatory mechanism to reveal how shared and transformational leadership may foster individuals' perceptions of knowledge sharing behaviour among peers. We employed PLS structural equation modelling to analyse survey data obtained from professionals in an R&D unit of a knowledge-intensive firm. We found shared leadership to be the most important factor enhancing employees' perceptions of knowledge sharing among peers, both directly and indirectly through employees' satisfaction of the need for autonomy. Transformational leadership was found to foster employees' knowledge sharing ultimately, through shared leadership and the need for autonomy satisfaction. We concluded that shared forms of leadership supplemented with transformational leadership on the part of formal leaders are important in contemporary work environments as they can foster employees' perceptions of knowledge sharing among peers and contribute towards employees' self-determination, which ultimately enhances perceptions of knowledge sharing among peers. 相似文献

The Astor Transitions Program (ATP) was developed to assist youth with emotional and behavioral disorders moving into a new educational environment where the services would often be less integrated. A research/evaluation consultant was hired to conduct a program evaluation of the ATP. The study sample consists of the charts of 150 consecutive students admitted to ATP between April 2010 and March 2013. The following hypothesis was tested: the ATP service in terms of caseworkers’ contacts will be associated with better clinical and educational outcomes. The major findings were the impact of caseworker contacts on clinical outcomes was indirect and greatest on type of placement; caseworker contacts had no effect on school attendance, yet ATP students were present about 85% of the time; and casework activity increased for chronic cases in placement but decreased after hospitalization. Recommendations were made to program staff on how to improve ATP services. 相似文献

AbstractInbound open innovation (IOI) has become a potentially valuable means of gaining competitive advantage and enhancing organizational performance. This article explores how knowledge infrastructure capability (KIC) affects IOI through the moderating role of absorptive capacity. This research conceptualizes and develops three dimensions of KIC (technological, structural and cultural), and tests the relationships between KIC, absorptive capacity and IOI. Data for the study were collected from 125 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) based in France, and the relationships proposed in the framework were tested using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results indicate that higher levels of KIC can lead to enhanced absorptive capacity and improved IOI. That is, KIC can have a direct, positive impact on absorptive capacity and IOI. Moreover, absorptive capacity partially mediates the linkage between KIC and IOI. The article contributes to the conceptualization of the impact of KIC on IOI, by emphasizing a firm’s absorptive capacity. It offers a validated instrument to measure KIC, and provides an empirical evidence of the impact of KIC on absorptive capacity and IOI. This article also extends the extant literature by focusing on KIC and absorptive capacity simultaneously in a model to understand the notion of IOI in the SMEs based in France. This study offers useful guidance for measuring and implementing KIC in a SME context and encourages further research in this area. 相似文献
