语言是领导者发挥干部职能的重要工具,是领导者紧密联系群众的交际工具。语言运用是一门艺术,它能增强领导者自身魅力,并能体现领导者的能力和水平,因此,领导者应加强自我修养,注重知识积累,博闻强记,以提高语言表达能力。     

A Conversation With Virus X: Outing a Malevolent and Subversive Force in Parents' Lives

The following conversation describes a narrative means of uncovering (or ‘deconstructing’) some of the invisible forces that undermine parents' capacities in caring for their children in preferred ways. In the authors' experience, parents can be hugely resourceful and provide a clear account of what they ‘should’ be doing, yet seem unable to act upon their own good advice — it is as though an external agent, named below as ‘Virus X’, prevents them from being the parents they would like to be. Through naming this external agent, identifying its influences and noticing parents' acts of resistance in the face of these influences, antidotes to Virus X can be developed. This paper describes the development of such an approach within a child behaviour management group. In keeping with the playful approach encouraged by narrative therapy, the authors of this paper join forces to act as investigative journalists in exposing Virus X to the readers.

中英合作办学中学生学习行为方式的转变

中外合作办学项目是中外合作办学的一种形式,为广大学子出国深造提供了便利。然而,在国内外双校园合作培养模式下,已习惯了国内高等教育环境的学生能否适应国外高等教育体系是合作办学项目中需要关注的重要问题。以“3+1”中英合作办学项目为例,对英国高等教育管理手段、教学方法以及本科毕业设计(Final Year Project)进行分析,有助于中国学生在英国尽快转变学习方式以顺利完成学业,有助于国内教育阶段对教学改革进行更多有益的思考。     

自由意志的意向性与行为性——《法哲学原理》中的自由意志分析

《法哲学原理》是关于权利的哲学。黑格尔通过抽象的法、道德、国家三篇的论述阐明了自由意志或者说自由从客观、主观到主客观相统一的过程。在其客观精神阶段实现了国家这一伦理实体的绝对精神内涵，而这其中法哲学从其理论原点自由精神出发完成了自身的运动过程。通过法哲学中对作为人之为主体的“自由意志”的分析，来透视对法哲学的基本理念的理解。

王士禛是清初神韵派的领袖，被奉为“一代正宗”，扬　州五载是其辉煌艺术人生的起点。他“在广陵，昼了公事，夜接词人”，结交遗民隐逸，举　行大型酬唱活动，创作了大量的含蓄深婉、富有言外之意的神韵诗，为诗学开辟了新境界，　受到钱谦益、吴伟业等诗坛大老的赏识援引。扬州的文学活动与成绩在其一生中具有决定性　的意义。     

Multisystemic therapy project in Sweden: what factors affect the tendency of social workers to refer subjects to the research project?

This article examines some of the factors that may have affected the tendency for social workers to refer adolescents to a randomised controlled study of multisystemic therapy (MST). If we are to improve integration between researchers and the clinical setting in the future, it is important to consider those factors that affect implementation of research projects and evidence-based treatment methods. Evidence-based methods that lack the support of clinicians will have problems surviving in clinical practice. In the present study, we found that social workers' treatment ideology was associated with referral rate. Social workers who sympathised with the ideology on which MST is based referred patients to the project to a greater extent. Moreover, we found that the perception of a good work climate and good social support correlated positively with the referral rate from the unit. The results suggest that when implementing evidence-based methods, or research projects on treatment methods, researchers should consider whether the method is consistent with the current treatment ideology within the unit. Working conditions in the unit should also be considered.     

Consequentialist foundations for expected utility

Behaviour norms are considered for decision trees which allow both objective probabilities and uncertain states of the world with unknown probabilities. Terminal nodes have consequences in a given domain. Behaviour is required to be consistent in subtrees. Consequentialist behaviour, by definition, reveals a consequence choice function independent of the structure of the decision tree. It implies that behaviour reveals a revealed preference ordering satisfying both the independence axiom and a novel form of sure-thing principle. Continuous consequentialist behaviour must be expected utility maximizing. Other plausible assumptions then imply additive utilities, subjective probabilities, and Bayes' rule.     

Everybody needs good neighbours: an evaluation of an intensive project for families facing eviction

This paper presents details of a largely qualitative evaluation of an intensive multi‐method Project, with a residential component, which aims to help families facing eviction to overcome their housing‐related difficulties. The families served by the Project had a host of other problems related to parenting, with child care and protection issues, addictions and mental health difficulties figuring prominently. Just over half the referrals came from the local authority housing services, with nearly all the remainder coming from the social work department. The majority of families made good progress, but in some cases it proved harder to have an impact on parenting than on tenancy‐related matters. Nevertheless, the Project was deemed to have helped some families stay together or be reunited, resulting in substantial financial savings for social work services. Crucial ingredients were good management, stable staff, shared ‘ownership’ by other agencies, a repertoire of challenging methods, and a holistic approach.     

The physical restraint of young people

Children and young people who are in residential care sometimes behave aggressively towards themselves and others, and they may need to be physically restrained by staff. This paper describes a small-scale study which examines the use of physical restraint in one Scottish region. It explores the circumstances surrounding the restraint and the feelings of staff about the use of the restraint. The study shows that many of the factors that have been shown to be associated with violence and aggression were present in the incidents described.
