艺术风格与心理因素

本文解释了艺术风格的概念,进而探讨了艺术风格与心理因素的关系。艺术家的艺术风格的类型倾向与他本人的个性心理密不可分,因生理遗传将影响生理特征及个性气质,从而影响着艺术家的艺术喜好、艺术风格。同时,艺术家的艺术风格与心理体验的关系密切,心理体验是经历过后能够让人回味的收获和感受,不同的心理体验会导致不同的艺术风格。艺术风格也与色彩心理有关,色彩对于人的知觉造成各种刺激而产生各种不同的心理状态,不同色彩形成不同的心理感受。同样,艺术家会因心理感受、情绪不同而选择不同的色彩。总之,艺术风格受个性心理、心理体验、色彩心理的影响。

奥特的位格“上帝”与老子的自然之“道”均展示的是世界的本原和奥秘,老子“自然”之本体论涵义与奥特的“位格化”的世界观位之本意是完全契合的;面对不可言说的“上帝”与“道”,奥特、老子均采取了“非连续的具象性”的象征性方法,从而展开其不可言说的言说;奥特指出了人与上帝相遇的根本方法是“象征言说”,其实,老子同样如此。对于老子在《道德经》中的语言的诠释的方式,我们以前忽视的正是老子的语言的象征性。在奥特和老子看来,我们通过象征言说就可以与“上帝”或“道”相遇,就会达到至真、至善、至美的存在。

滑动分块自助法(moving-block bootstrap)是一种适合相依时间序列的再抽样方法,与传统的非对称性检验法相比,它能有效地拟合统计量的抽样分布,这是因为传统的非对称性检验均假设收益序列独立同分布,与大多数金融资产收益的统计特征不符;利用滑动分块自助法对中国股市指数进行实证分析可以知道,在“熊市”期间,收益显著右偏,而在“牛市”期间,非对称性不明显。由于金融资产收益的非对称性是影响投资组合、资产定价的重要因素,因此在金融理论与实践中具有重要意义。     

Caring for profit: Alienation and work stress in nursing assistants in Canada

Personal care work in proprietary nursing homes was contrasted with similar work in non-profit long-term care facilities. One quarter of Manitoba long-stay beds are operated by proprietary (profit-making) institutions. In both types of home, the nursing assistants were younger women with children; essential wage earners for their families. Wages were low, but nursing assistants said they worked because they liked taking care of elderly people. Nursing home residents have cognitive and mobility impairments and need help with activities of daily living. The proportion of cognitively-impaired residents is higher in profit-making homes, and probably contributed to job pressure and workload, which were taken as markers of potential alienation experienced by these workers.     

Hierarchical Financial Needs Reflected by Household Financial Asset Shares

This study explores the relationship between family financial needs and household financial asset shares. A conceptual framework based on the needs hierarchy theory, new consumer demand theory, and prospect theory guides the investigation. Results from the bivariate and tobit analyses suggest that family financial needs are hierarchical that are reflected by patterns of financial asset shares. Specifically, checking and savings accounts represent the lowest-level survival needs, and bonds and stocks represent the highest-level growth needs. The rest of the financial assets examined, except for trusts, represent the middle-level security needs.     

Family comes first: Men's and women's personal networks in Tehran

This paper examines the characteristics of middle class Tehranis’ networks, based upon a survey of 318 individuals from the 159 households. The results show that women and men have similar-size networks. However, their networks differ substantially in gender composition, with each having almost two-thirds of network members of their own gender. Men's and women's networks contain a large proportion of kin overall. Most ties tend to be with immediate kin: children, parents and siblings. An immediate kin is usually the socially closest member of a network. Apart from voluntary factors, the importance of kinship ties in men's and women's networks may be the result of the macro-structural conditions under which patterns of social relationships take place.

存款保险制度的引入时机可以分为在危机中引入或在常态下引入。但是比较这两种引入时机我们可以看出,在常态下引入存款保险制度比在危机中引入具有无法比拟的优势。我国现在存在对存款保险制度的需求,政府部门也表露了引入存款保险制度的意愿,随着金融体制的不断完善,在常态下引入存款保险制度的条件已经具备,因而应尽快引入存款保险制度。
