高校联盟辅导员工作模式创新研究——以安徽高校（部分）联盟为例

高校联盟的创建对联盟高校的办学产生重大影响,辅导员作为教师和管理人员的一部分,进行工作模式的创新,对高校联盟的深入发展具有重要意义。高校联盟辅导员工作模式创新,首先要研究辅导员工作模式的涵义;其次分析高校联盟对高校办学的影响;最后,在新的条件下创新辅导员工作模式主要体现在模式要素构成创新和要素具体内容创新。     

基于互联网交易的虚拟企业构建

在分析基于互联网交易的虚拟企业成因与类型的基础上,通过与实体虚拟企业的对比实证研究,提出一套基于互联网交易的虚拟企业组建模型,通过运用多种体系模型,对虚拟企业组建因子的系统分析,发掘虚拟企业组建的本质所在,并为后续研究提供研究思路与方法,以期对基于互联网交易的虚拟企业进一步研究做拓展性铺垫。     

Therapeutic alliance between youth and staff in residential group care: Psychometrics of the therapeutic alliance quality scale

Therapeutic alliance has been frequently studied in individual counseling sessions; however, research on therapeutic alliance in residential settings for youth with mental health diagnoses has been limited. This may be due, in part, to the presence of multiple service providers often in caregiving roles. The purpose of this study was to examine the psychometric quality of a widely utilized measure of therapeutic alliance used in psychotherapy with youth in residential care where the treatment is provided by a trained married couple. We also compared the relationship between youth ratings of their male and female service providers, as well as examined correlations in ratings between youth and staff on therapeutic alliance. Finally, we investigated the direction, magnitude, and trajectory of change in therapeutic alliance over a 12-month period following admission into residential care. The method was a longitudinal assessment of 135 youth and 124 staff regarding therapeutic alliance over the course of 12 months or discharge from services. Results indicated strong psychometric properties and high correlations for youth ratings of both their male and female service providers. However, the correlation was low between youth and service provider ratings of alliance. Longitudinal analyses indicated that rates of therapeutic alliance changed over time.     

Adversarial Allies: Care,Harm, and Resistance in the Helping Professions

Professional encounters bestow moral esteem upon professional helpers while denigrating those who access services. Yet society is arranged in such a way that professional services are indispensable for many to survive, and service users can experience them as simultaneously helpful and oppressive. We explore the ambivalent figure of the professional “adversarial ally” working within these systems through accounts from two research studies that straddle or resist the common-sense line that separates care from harm. Professionals need to acknowledge how we are experienced as adversaries in order to better forge relationships of solidarity or “alliance” with those using social and medical services.     

Defining Coparenting for Social Work Practice: A Critical Interpretive Synthesis

Coparenting, referred to as “an enterprise undertaken by two or more adults working together to raise a child for whom they share responsibility,” is responsive to intervention, associated with multiple indicators of individual and family well-being, and applicable to diverse family structures. Because of a lack of conceptual clarity, however, and absence from social work publications, coparenting has not yet entered the purview of social work. In this review, the authors attempt to synthesize existing coparenting definitions into one that is conceptually clear and clinically useful for social work practice with families. Implications for social work practice and research are discussed.     

The Intersubjective Action of Case Advocacy and Engagement in a Working Alliance

This article presents a viewpoint for explaining the positive associations between case advocacy and the engagement in a working alliance of low‐income single mothers at‐risk for physical abuse of their children. Utilizing narrative vignettes from a qualitative study about clinical social workers’ experiences in engaging this population, the article suggests that client/worker partnerships in case advocacy enhanced opportunities for client/worker mutuality and for worker capacities to experience and communicate empathy to their clients. Theoretical constructs from Daniel J. Stern’s infant research and neuroscience are then applied to suggest an intersubjective framework for understanding what occurred.     

小农户联盟何以实现价值共创：资源编排理论的视角

引导小农户开展合作和联合是提高小农户组织化程度、促进小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接的新途径。基于资源编排理论,在深度调研的基础上,以四川JN农业科技有限公司为例进行案例分析,系统探讨小农户通过联盟实现价值共创的机制。研究发现：小农户通过联盟最终实现经济价值和情感价值的共创;实现价值共创的过程主要经历资源结构化、资源能力转化、杠杆利用三个阶段的资源编排,盘活小农户的资源和能力。在充分考虑地区农业生产经营状况、农户自身特性等情况下,引导小农户开展合作和联合有利于实现小农户与现代农业发展有机衔接。     

基于监管、学习和声誉的联盟稳定性:实验研究

借鉴实验经济学的研究方法,研究了监管、学习和声誉机制对联盟成员机会主义行为的影响。实验用囚徒困境模型表示联盟成员间的合作竞争关系,通过控制监管力度,逐步引入学习机制和声誉机制来比较分析各机制的作用及关系。结果表明,监管越完善,越有利于控制机会主义行为,但其成本也越高;学习机制的引入,可以进一步减少机会主义行为,但联盟中的学习者也可借助信息优势,在监管严格时回避风险,在监管放松时采取机会主义行为获取短期超额收益;声誉机制的加入使得机会主义行为进一步减少,联盟企业借助信息优势获取超额收益的副作用也被消除。     

基于GRA的R&D联盟知识整合影响因素研究

知识是R&D联盟创新的核心资源,是提升联盟竞争优势的关键要素。R&D联盟知识整合包括知识契合以及个人与组织、显性与隐性、新知识与原有知识、内部与外部的知识融合。其中,整合动机、技能水平、整合平台、网络关系、产权意识是影响联盟知识整合效果的主要因素。从联盟发展演化的视角,运用灰色关联分析(GRA)方法研究联盟知识整合影响因素的作用效果及其内在关系,明确联盟知识整合的重点环节,对优化R&D联盟知识体系,推动联盟发展中知识整合功能的全程嵌入,提高联盟创新绩效具有重要现实意义。     

林农合作组织的合作联盟博弈分析

运用博弈论研究林业经济合作组织主体之间的合作问题,通过建立一个合作联盟的博弈模型,分析了林农和合作组织的纳什均衡策略及均衡结果。在此基础上,进一步分析了合作组织达到稳定的规模情况,最后使用案例对博弈模型进行了验证。研究结果表明:如果加入该组织后获得的收益不少于保留收益,林农就会有加入组织的意愿;如果新的林农加入合作组织后能够为原合作组织带来收益增长的空间,合作组织就会制定合理的分配份额激励林农加入。一个地区是否出现林农加入合作组织的行为以及合作组织达到稳定的最大规模与该地区的规模效益函数、组织成本函数、外部性函数和组织的分配规则情况有关。
