引导小农户开展合作和联合是提高小农户组织化程度、促进小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接的新途径。基于资源编排理论,在深度调研的基础上,以四川JN农业科技有限公司为例进行案例分析,系统探讨小农户通过联盟实现价值共创的机制。研究发现：小农户通过联盟最终实现经济价值和情感价值的共创;实现价值共创的过程主要经历资源结构化、资源能力转化、杠杆利用三个阶段的资源编排,盘活小农户的资源和能力。在充分考虑地区农业生产经营状况、农户自身特性等情况下,引导小农户开展合作和联合有利于实现小农户与现代农业发展有机衔接。 相似文献

The terms ‘Single-Session Therapy’ (SST) and ‘One-At-A-Time’ (OAAT) therapy are both used to indicate a situation where the therapist and client set out with the expressed intention of helping the client in one session while acknowledging that additional sessions are available to the client. Both terms have their advantages and disadvantages and thus the author uses the blended term ‘Single-Session One-At-A-Time’ (SST/OAAT) therapy to highlight the advantages of both. It is a core feature of SST/OAAT therapy that it is client-centred especially where the session’s focus and goal are concerned. However, in an attempt to avoid SST/OAAT therapy being highjacked by therapists who operate from the ‘expert’ source of influence, the field has downplayed the contribution of the therapist’s expertise. In this paper, I make clear that the expertise of the therapist when allied to the expertise of the client can be a potent force for good in SST/OAAT therapy. My main task, however, is to outline my own approach to SST/OAAT therapy which is a blend of general principles that are likely to be held by the majority of SST/OAAT therapist and specific ideas that are derived from working alliance theory, pluralism and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. 相似文献

Sessions with couples are often peppered with periods of high intensity as they bring conflicts and distress out in the open. These times are emotionally and psychologically challenging for the couple and the therapist potentially triggering defensiveness for all three in the room. The therapist's level of maturity plays a key role, along with clinical knowledge and technique in being able to manage these periods effectively in service of the couple. This paper explores what is required of the therapist in terms of reliability and attunement at times of intensity, and suggests that systemic practitioners have much to gain by leaning more in to the analytic skills of holding and containment to balance the cognitive strengths of systemic practice. 相似文献

Derrida's concept of hospitality has been proposed by some authors working from a collaborative perspective as an interesting tool to reflect on the therapeutic relationship as an ethical relationship in which the therapist develops a welcoming openness to the client. In this paper, we engage with this recent emphasis on the therapist's ethical position of welcoming the client's otherness and turn to Jacques Derrida's original texts with the aim of developing an in‐depth understanding of what exactly is at stake in this therapeutic position of hospitality. This reading evolves into an understanding of how Derrida's notion of hospitality invites clinicians to identify how the therapeutic position intricately intertwines healing and violence. The concept of hospitality calls on therapists to accept the complexity of therapeutic responsibility as a form of supportive presence that necessarily and simultaneously involves the violence of appropriation and power difference. 相似文献
