灾后儿童心理重建路径探析——基于“人在情境中”的视角分析

地震属于重大灾难事件的一种，由于其突发性、不可预测性和巨大的破坏性，易使得心智发展水平尚不完善的儿童产生一系列生理、心理和行为上的不良反应，甚至引发较为严重的心理病症。本文通过对国内目前灾后儿童心理重建的31篇文献综述，结合笔者在汶川地震灾区服务的亲身经验，以社会工作“人在情境中”（Person-in-envimnment）为理论视角，尝试构建灾后儿童心理重建的本土性分析框架和实务方向。     

公共品需求曲线"虚假"性的理论阐释

运用税收自愿论、功利主义伦理学和心理契约理论分析"搭便车"造成的虚假的需求曲线问题。指出经济学和公共财政学,一个研究市场中的私人行为,主要关乎私人决策,一个是政治程序中的公共选择,属于公共决策,人的行为和动机应有一定区分。与经济学的经济人假设有所不同,公共财政学的初始假设不应是单纯的经济人,而应该是与政府有着成熟稳定的心理契约,有一定社会责任感,且拥有较多理性成分的理性人。只有这样,才能有效地消除搭便车行为及其所引发的需求曲线的虚假性质,并彻底解决公共财政学理论基础的不稳定问题。     

汉语汉字文本词式书写的心理障碍分析

对汉语汉字文本实行词式书写遇到的心理障碍主要包括浪费纸张、阅读不连贯、词无法确定等.这些误会和消极因素不利于汉语文本改进研究和实践,必须消除.     

信任与组织公民行为:心理授权的调节作用实证研究

信任是组织中强有效的管理工具,组织中的管理者也认识到信任在组织中的重要作用.然而,在由于现实中各种因素的影响和不确定性的存在,组织中的信任往往不能促使员工绩效和组织产出达到期望值.心理授权不仅能够提高组织中的信任水平,同时还能够加强信任与组织公民行为的正相关关系(即心理授权对信任与组织公民行为有正的调节作用),从而进一步提高员工绩效和组织产出.本文采用层次线性回归的方法对此进行验证,数据分析结果部分支持了提出的假设.     

An Experiment on Rational Insurance Decisions

We describe the results of an experiment on decision making in an insurance context. The experiment was designed to test for the underlying rationality of insurance consumers, where rationality is understood in usual economic terms. In particular, using expected utility as the preference function, we test for positive marginal utility, risk aversion, and decreasing absolute risk aversion, all of which are normal postulates for any microeconomic decision context under uncertainty or risk. We find that there the discrepancy from rational decision making increases with the sophistication of the rationality criteria, that irrationality concerning fair premium contracts is uncharacteristically high, and that the slope of absolute risk aversion seems to depend on the format of the insurance contract. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

关于赠与合同任意撤销权的探讨

《合同法》的诞生堪称我国法治建设进程中迈出的又一坚实步伐,可谓是民法界的一件喜事。但是,我们仍应清醒地看到,《合同法》无论在理论上还是在立法技术上仍存在一些欠缺之处,需要改进之处甚多。笔者在学习的过程中,通过比较发现,我国《合同法》关于赠与合同的一些规定颇具特色,值得深入研究和探讨。     

体制转型时期农村生产资料分配方法研究———以山东淄博沈家村为个案

20 世纪 80 年代初,中国农村社会正处在由集体化制度向承包责任制转型的历史阶段,对集体生产资料的下分到户,成为广大农村实现体制过渡的关键一环。 位于山东省淄博市的沈家村在中央的政策肯定、上级的行政指导下,以生产队为单位,因地制宜地对全大队的生产资料进行了统筹分配,其对耕地、股金、生产工具类固定资产的分配过程和方法,揭示了国家权力与农村社会相互碰撞的具体场景,也呈现出农村基层在实践中的地方色彩与灵活性,而村民对于分配的不同态度,则是体制迅猛变迁下国家与地方社会复杂矛盾的生动体现。     

On the Value Reconstruction and System Innovation of the Labor Contract Law

Since its very release in March 2006, the opinion-soliciting draft of the Labor Contract Law has sparked considerable controversy. Indeed, the whole process of its consideration, promulgation, implementation and amendment has been accompanied by complex questioning and a diversity of views. This has to some extent reduced appreciation of the value of the Labor Contract Law itself. In the economy and society, rational legal construction can minimize the damage done by the failure of private negotiations. The Labor Contract Law is dedicated to changing the action space of workers and enterprises in order to promote efficiency in production and equity in distribution. With the aim of constructing and developing harmonious and stable labor relations, the law seeks to encourage workers and enterprises to forge communities of shared interests, shared undertakings, a common destiny and a joint mission; it is here that the true value of the law lies. In terms of institutional design, in building a system that categorizes workplace employment, the Labor Contract Law makes a breakthrough in workplace labor relations management and sets up an innovative labor relations management system with Chinese characteristics. Faced with the new normal in labor relations, we should make further progress in strengthening democratic enterprise management, optimizing the developmental environment of business, etc.     

“谣盐”背景下居民的行为反应及其心理分析

2011年初,＂日本核泄漏＂引发的＂食用碘盐可以防辐射＂谣言短时期内在内地蔓延,出现了不少地区的＂食盐抢购风＂。本研究通过问卷调查的方法,运用心理学质性研究方法中常用的＂扎根理论＂,对300名居民进行了实证调查,以了解＂谣盐＂背景下民众的行为反应及其心理成因。研究结果表明：面对谣言,少部分的人因恐慌或从众心理而出现了抢购行为,大部分居民对谣言具有较好的鉴别力;个人经验对谣言的判断起调节作用。     

《劳动合同法》对劳务派遣企业的影响与对策

《劳动合同法》的颁布弥补了我国劳务派遣的法律空白,初步确立了我国劳务派遣制度。文章在阐述《劳动合同法》对劳务派遣的特别规定的基础上,分析其对于劳务派遣企业的影响,并提出了在新的法律环境下,劳务派遣企业的发展策略,希望对劳务派遣企业的发展具有一定的指导意义。
