民族儿童文学:民族精神的独特呈现和体现——2010、2011少数民族儿童文学略论

在全球化语境中,承扬民族文化、张扬民族精神,是民族儿童文学创作面临的大问题。民族儿童文学作家常以一种世所罕有的审美敏感去表现边地的自然万物,或以魔幻性叙事来构筑民族儿童审美的形象体系,或以发展的、理想的视角展示当下民族儿童的现实,都表达出生命的另一种绚丽和辉煌、生活的另一种奇异和深邃、生性的另一种善良和刚强,使民族精神在民族儿童文学中得到独特的呈现和体现。     

南京国民政府前期县知事兼理司法浅析

县知事兼理司法是在民国时期新式法院设立不足的情况下,所推行的一种由县级行政长官兼理审判检察权的一种临时性司法救济措施。在实践过程中,该制度并没有得到很好的执行,一定程度上造成了司法上的黑暗。它是现代司法制度对当时中国社会的屈从．中国转型社会的表现。

中共七大通过的党章,是中共党史上具有划时代意义的党章之一,是我党独立自主制定的第一部党章,是党在民主革命时期制定的最完备、最详尽的一部党章,具有鲜明的历史特点,有着重要的历史意义和深远的影响。     

Changing symbolic and geographical boundaries between penal zones and rural communities in the Russian Federation

The article examines the processes involved in the integration of the USSR's secret places into mainstream rural society in the Russian Federation. Taking the example of one rural district in the Volga-Ural region that has been the site of a large prison complex over a period of ninety years, the article examines how economic changes and local government and penal reforms have eroded the boundary that marked off the penal region from the rural district in which it was located. Using interviews and social surveys conducted among the local population, the article examines the extent to which the opening of the penal sub-region has led to changes in the symbolic boundary between the communities in the rural raion. The article concludes that although new spaces of active government are being produced in rural Russia, these are not necessarily the basis for the emergence of new common identities among the people living in them.     

中国地方政府债务问题探讨

中国地方政府债务问题形成的主要原因,一是政府过多地、直接地参与经济活动,二是城市化加速导致地方政府举债。对于中国地方政府债务问题,总体判断仍为风险可控。一是地方政府加上中央政府的债务占GDP的比例在40%以内,远低于60%的债务率标准。二是中央政府有非常强的控制能力,在各级政府间平衡债权债务,使得中国加总的净债务率较低。三是中国整体的资产负债表仍然健康,尤其是中央政府保持相当健康的资产负债表。对地方政府债务问题,体制性的解决办法是治本之道。要从根本上解决中国地方政府不规范借债问题,须建立规范化的地方政府举债融资机制。     

主流政治大片的政治审美与国家形象的构建

近年来,以《建国大业》、《建党伟业》等为主导的影片迅速形成了主流政治大片的新类型。但不得不指出,这种类型倚重"数星星"的娱乐议题,割裂了审美认知与情感关系,导致认知功能的丧失,难以有效地阐释政治观念及其价值,反过来也影响到审美情感的丰富性与深刻性,政治叙事缺乏感染力。我们认为,当下电影的高票房与社会议题的设置关系密切。主流政治大片需要从当下政治实践与国际政治的两个维度上,运用包括领袖人物与政治观念等多义与复杂性,设置吸引大众关注、积极参与的政治议题,从而塑造出一个理性的国家形象。     

广州服务全国的战略路径研究

国务院颁布实施的《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要（2008—2020年）》赋予了广州重大的历史使命,从国家战略层面明确提出要强化广州国家中心城市地位,把广州建设成为服务全国,面向世界的国际大都市。新的发展定位要求广州要肩负起服务全国的使命。在此背景下,本文分析了广州服务全国的基础现状,提出了广州服务全国的发展目标与战略,最后就广州服务全国提出五大战略路径。

大学外语多媒体网络教学是信息时代飞速发展的产物,是一种新型的教学方法和手段.它与传统教学模式相比,占有明显的优势,但是在教学实践中,笔者以大学俄语多媒体网络教学应用为例,分析了多媒体教学的优势及其存在的问题.     

Beyond the nation-state Polish national identity and cultural intimacy online

This article analyses the debate on ‘new patriotism’ in a Polish online discussion forum. We study the ways in which national identity is constructed in this setting. Digital communication contributes further to expanding discourse on national identities beyond nation-state borders. We analyse close to 6000 posts from a large Polish Internet discussion forum through the methods of quantitative concept mapping and qualitative close readings. Our results show that patriotism is negotiated beyond strictly national frameworks. It is not merely a question of national interest as it also connects people through a process of establishing and maintaining of cultural intimacy.     

An integrated model of national HRD and critical HRD: considering new possibilities for human resource development

Though both National Human Resource Development (NHRD) and Critical Human Resource Development (CHRD) have received an increasing amount of attention, only two published works have used an explicitly critical approach to discuss NHRD norms, policies, and practices. The purpose of this article was to examine and articulate the relationship between NHRD and CHRD and make a case for the importance of that relationship to the field of HRD. We identify some commonalities between NHRD and CHRD, including the shared priorities of context, culture, and empowerment, which provide a strong foundation for future focuses on theory-sharing, global awareness, holistic and socially conscious economic development, negotiated power and performance, and emancipation in HRD research and practice.
