公共服务型社会治安防控体系运行机制探索

中国社会治安防控体系随着政府的转型也正在由管制型转变为公共服务型。公共服务型社会治安防控体系在运行机制上以公共服务为中心,以满足公众的安全需求为目标。公众安全需求的意见表达机制、意见聚合机制、决策和执行机制和基于公众评价标准的评估机制、反馈机制是新型防控体系运行机制的主要方面。这些机制形成一个整体性的循环往复系统,不断推动防控体系进行良性运转。     

人口老龄化背景下的社区养老服务

人口老龄化的趋势不断加快是当前人口发展的态势,在传统家庭养老功能趋于弱化的同时,如何有效地建立满足老年人需求的服务体系是老年工作面临的挑战之一。本文结合老年人的身心特点阐述了社区养老服务的内涵及优越性,在分析了社区养老服务的现状及问题的基础上,提出了社区养老的发展思路和建议。     

基于人均GDP视角的现代服务产业结构效率研究——以衡阳市为例

在工业化带来GDP高速增长的同时环境损害与资源消耗过快,地方政府提出了发展现代服务业进行产业转型与升级的战略,以提高GDP含金量。人均GDP相对较低的衡阳市与其他较高地区相比,由金融保险、医药卫生、旅游娱乐、科技研发与邮电物流等构成的现代服务业,其效率并不和其它地区一样高效率,在民众支付能力、第三产业增值、GDP增长等方面效率较低。基于DEA分析法,计算出2010年衡阳市各主要现代服务产业的技术效率、规模效率与配置效率值,结果表明,人均GDP不足3万的这类地区现代服务业结构存在低效率,建议其扩张应适度。     

服务水平约束下的建筑安装行业多仓库联合库存系统模型研究

本文针对建筑安装行业库存管理的特点,对其不同地点的多个仓库的库存方式进行综合分析,建立了服务水平约束下的建筑安装行业多仓库联合库存系统模型,给出了相应的数学模型与算法。通过算例验证表明,服务水平约束下的建筑安装行业多仓库联合库存系统模型可以有效降低建设项目的库存成本,对增加企业利润有着十分重要的现实意义。     

Factors Influencing Uptake and Use of a New Health Information App for Young People

Abstract

When young people need health information they are increasingly likely to use online sources and health apps (applications). Yet, these are not necessarily well-designed, reliable or appropriate, and research has primarily focused on adult use. Our study is the first to use qualitative mixed methods (focus groups and interviews) to apply the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to understand 26 young people’s uptake and use of a new, clinically-approved health app (application) for 16–25?year olds. We found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease-of-use, social influences and trust, all differently impacted children and young people health-app acceptance and effectiveness. Implications for future research and young-person health-app development are discussed.     

上海服务经济发展态势与问题分析

国家“十二五”规划明确加快转变经济发展方式是我国经济社会领域的一场深刻变革,在此过程中,宏观经济要实现战略转型、产业结构要实现优化升级、发展方式要实现尽快转变,发展服务经济是重要环节之一。服务经济发展成功与否,将直接影响上海能否实现两个“率先”和“创新驱动、转型发展”。上海须从增加值、就业、投资、贸易和消费等角度全面审视服务经济的发展态势,以便认清形势、面对差距、群策群力,加快服务经济发展和经济发展方式转型。     

上海服务贸易发展的现状、问题与对策

新世纪以来,上海服务贸易发展规模大、增速快、占比高,服务贸易结构趋好,新兴服务贸易发展迅速,发展环境日趋完善,但也存在着产业基础薄弱、国际竞争力逐年恶化、多头管理和政策瓶颈、征税环节不尽合理、服务贸易统计方法有待完善等问题。上海进一步发展服务贸易,需要提高产业融合度,完善服务贸易促进体系,提升服务水平,还需要在管制、金融、税制、信用、监管等方面得到国家支持,开展综合试点。

Involving Services Users in Social Work Training on the Reality of Family Poverty: A Case Study of a Collaborative Project

In the last five years there has been an increased drive to include the perspectives and contributions of service users in social work education in the United Kingdom. In this paper we discuss the experience of one project that attempted to bring together service users, academics and practitioners to jointly develop and deliver a module that sought to examine the perspectives of families living in poverty who were in receipt of children and families social work services. Through doing this it was hoped that it would be possible to raise practitioners’ awareness of how poverty impacts on parenting and how they could develop an approach that was non‐punitive and genuinely supportive. The paper starts by exploring the context of service user involvement in social work education and then describes the development and process of this collaborative project. The paper concludes with recommendations for both projects seeking to engage service users in empowering and meaningful ways, as well as social work practice within an anti‐oppressive framework.     

Service User Involvement in Social Work Education: A Case Example

The financial resources provided by the General Social Care Council (GSCC) which supports the education and registration of social workers, has allowed for an increase in user involvement in social work programmes in England and Wales. This article discusses the sources of knowledge appropriate for social workers and social care workers including the significance of the service user knowledge base for social work theory and practice. A project is described which involved students in a consultation process with service users whose role it was to contribute to the students' learning in a particular area, specifically understanding their experience of social workers and the issues of discrimination which they faced and the processes which were helpful in resisting oppression.
