本文就常见的所谓选址一分配问题,在提出了一个较为简单的多项式算法。在采种条件下,所得到的解是最优解,文中所提出的模型不局限于配电系统,亦可适应其它各种类似的集散系统。文末给出了一个计算实例。

社会资本嵌入视角的电子废弃物回收治理研究

本文首先分析了电子废弃物回收行为的演化进程,指出由政府主导型向企业主导型,最后向利益相关者共同治理型转变的趋势。进而将社会资本划分为结构维与认知维两个变量,运用聚类分析、方差分析与回归分析对假设进行初步验证,并运用结构方程模型探究社会资本、治理行为与持续参与意愿三者间的整体关系。结果表明,社会资本对治理行为与持续参与意愿均有正向影响,三种治理行为均起到正向中介作用。特别地,缺乏政策强制力的认知维社会资本与激励行为对持续参与意愿的正向影响有限,而具有强制力性质的结构维社会资本与指导行为则作用明显。最后,结合政策强制力比号召性行为更有助于提高持续参与意愿的特点,本文指出电子废弃物回收产业发展的管理启示:管理者应及时发布行业发展指导意见,规范产业链主体经营行为;产业链主体需注重社会资本的积累与运用;利益相关者必须树立价值共创的理念,实现利益相关者共同治理。     

A survey of simulation modeling techniques in production planning and control (PPC)

The manufacturing sector as a whole has undergone remarkable changes in terms of scale, complexity and technology over the past decades and this applies across most modern high-technology manufacturing such as electronics, semiconductor, aerospace and automotive industries. In order to remain competitive, manufacturers have to produce high-quality products at low cost, and at the same time retain sufficient flexibility and to meet rapidly changing customer demands. Production planning and control (PPC) is a key role which enables the manufacturer to gain visibility and control over all aspects of manufacturing activities. PPC in itself forms a subject of study, within which simulation techniques have proven themselves to be one of the most practical methodologies available to investigate and evaluate manufacturing issues. In this review paper, we focus on state-of-the art applications of simulation techniques in PPC to demonstrate their applicability to modern manufacturing issues. The review reports on academic publications on simulation applications in manufacturing from 2002 to 2014, incorporating surveys of peer-reviewed literature. The review covers three types of simulation techniques (system dynamic, discrete event simulation and agent-based simulation) and eight PPC issues (facility resource planning, capacity planning, job planning, process planning, scheduling, inventory management, production and process design, purchase and supply management). Literature survey is analysed on the basis of simulation application to PPC problems which can give a guideline for simulation technique selection and also can help for simulation modelling in PPC problemsWould you consider changing the term “modeling” to “modelling” in the title. 我国高等院校商科专业课程全英语教学问题探析与对策研究

当前,我国高等院校商学院教育的国际化程度显著提高,商学院教学建设中专业课程的全英语教学也得到了快速发展。全英语教学已经取得了一定的成效,同时也暴露出一些问题。在对于存在问题进行分析的基础上,有针对性地提出解决问题的方案:应扎实基础英语教育,循序渐进的开展全英语教学;优先选择能够确保专业知识准确性的课程作为全英语教学课程对象;改编英文原版教材,提高教学材料质量;营造"情景语境",注重师生互动;充分利用"多模态"教学。     

Modified Normal-based Approximation to the Percentiles of Linear Combination of Independent Random Variables with Applications

A modified normal-based approximation for calculating the percentiles of a linear combination of independent random variables is proposed. This approximation is applicable in situations where expectations and percentiles of the individual random variables can be readily obtained. The merits of the approximation are evaluated for the chi-square and beta distributions using Monte Carlo simulation. An approximation to the percentiles of the ratio of two independent random variables is also given. Solutions based on the approximations are given for some classical problems such as interval estimation of the normal coefficient of variation, survival probability, the difference between or the ratio of two binomial proportions, and for some other problems. Furthermore, approximation to the percentiles of a doubly noncentral F distribution is also given. For all the problems considered, the approximation provides simple satisfactory solutions. Two examples are given to show applications of the approximation.

总体国家安全观下我国种子安全问题

在总体国家安全观的视阈下,通过总结我国种业发展、种质资源保护、科研创新、违法犯罪行为打击等方面现状,发现当前我国种子安全存在五大问题:民族种业自主创新能力不强,外企先入为主;种子市场鱼龙混杂,执法监管乏力;涉种子犯罪错综复杂,公安机关打击困难;转基因、农业恐怖主义等安全性问题交叉出现。应通过做强民族种业、完善转基因种子安全性评定、规范市场监管、严厉打击涉种子安全犯罪、树立种子安全观等手段,保障我国种子安全。     

我国农业经营组织社会绩效评估体系研究

我国农业经营组织的绩效评估是借鉴工业企业的绩效评估体系进行的，工业企业绩效评估理论先天的不足——对社会绩效评估研究的空白导致农业经营组织绩效评估理论的残缺。为健全农业经营组织的绩效评估体系，在总结借鉴国内外企业社会绩效评估方面研究成果的基础上，剖析农业经营组织的内外部利益相关者——即社会绩效评估的主体，建立农业经营组织社会绩效评估指标体系，并利用综合评分法和层次分析法计算其综合绩效。为加快农业经营组织社会绩效评估的推广，政府可采取如下一些措施，如将社会绩效评估以立法形式纳入到农业经营组织的绩效评估体系中，
