船舶反弯扭螺旋桨水力特性的数值模拟与分析

运用计算流体力学方法(CFD)对船舶反弯扭螺旋桨的水力特性进行数值模拟计算,获得了螺旋桨的推力系数、扭矩系数及敞水效率等水力特性参数,与试验结果进行了比较,两者吻合良好.模拟计算提供了详细的三维流场分布,可对反弯扭桨叶的工作特性和叶梢涡、尾涡及气蚀的分布状态进行深入的分析.在叶面邻近区域采用层叠式的半结构网格以适应边界层的计算要求,在边界层外的流动区域采用非结构网格,取得了较高的计算精度.     

元朝野生动物保护政策及其对旅游资源保护的启示

在中国历史上,元朝统治者比较懂得爱惜野生动物。在这种思想意识的支配下,他们制定了一套完整的保护野生动物的条例和法规,详细规定了狩猎和禁猎的时间、地点及捕猎野生动物的种类,并在实践中认真贯彻执行,使元朝的野生动物保护工作走上了法制轨道,取得了明显的社会效益、经济效益和生态效益。这一切对于今天的旅游资源开发与保护仍有借鉴意义。     

To what extent is social security spending associated with enhanced firm-level performance? A case study of SMEs in Indonesia

Although the relationship between social protection and enterprise performance is much debated in the literature, evidence is particularly limited in the case of small and medium-sized enterprises in developing economies. Using census data from 2010 to 2014, this article examines how the provision of social security influenced business performance in Indonesia. The author finds that increased social security spending of 10 per cent is associated with a per-worker revenue gain of up to 2 per cent. Moreover, profits are not found to decrease with increased social protection coverage, suggesting that increasing worker benefits may be a worthwhile business investment.     

科研团队信任对团队创新绩效的影响研究

构建以知识共享和团队创新氛围为中介变量的科研团队信任对团队创新绩效影响的概念模型,以89个科研团队中的545名科研人员为研究样本,利用多层线性回归方法对相关假设进行检验。研究发现：科研团队信任能够显著影响团队整体的创新绩效,且知识共享和团队创新氛围在科研团队信任与团队创新绩效间起中介作用。这表明科研团队管理者应当积极关注团队内部科研人员之间的人际互动因素,重视营造和谐、信任的团队创新氛围,实现团队的知识共享,进而促进整个科研团队的创新绩效不断提升。     

政府采购绩效审计应用研究 ——以郑州市为例

政府采购绩效审计是审计部门对被审计单位政府采购过程和结果进行的独立经济监督审查工作。为研究政府采购绩效审计所产生的效果,采用实地调查与分析研究相结合的方法,对郑州开展采购绩效审计的现状、审计的具体情况等进行了分析。针对现状和问题由点及面提出了健全政府采购绩效审计制度和准则、改进政府采购绩效审计采用的方式方法、完善政府采购绩效审计的反馈评价体系、完善对政府采购的监督追责机制、加强审计队伍综合素质建设等建议,以期提高政府采购绩效审计的质量和效益。     

政府补贴对企业真实创新绩效的影响——基于中国A股上市公司数据的实证分析

在分析政府补贴政策的特征及其影响企业真实创新绩效的理论机制的基础上,运用A股上市公司数据,检验了政府补贴对企业真实创新绩效的直接和传导效应。研究发现：政府补贴对企业真实创新绩效具有激励效应,且国有企业较非国有企业的创新效应更强;研发资本要素市场扭曲能够强化政府补贴激励企业真实创新绩效的调节作用,并与产权性质联合调节政府创新补贴效果;创新投入与融资约束在政府补贴对企业真实创新绩效的影响中起部分中介效应;政府补贴对企业创新持续性具有负向抑制效应,政府补贴效果受到研发资本要素市场扭曲和产权性质明显的负向调节作用,且创新投入与融资约束在政府补贴对企业持续性创新的影响中起部分中介效应。     

试论由翻译引发的现代标准汉语西化

我国近现代翻译活动对现代汉语标准化的影响主要体现在词汇现代化和语法规定这两个方面,即汉语语法的西化。白话文运动的兴起是现代标准汉语产生和发展的首要推动力,而翻译则被视为一个补充性的机制。     

Assessing the market values of soccer players – a robust analysis of data from German 1. and 2. Bundesliga

The paper examines to what extent a player's market value depends on his skills. Therefore, a data set covering 28 performance measures and the market values of about 493 players from 1. and 2. German Bundesliga is analysed. Applying robust analysis techniques, we are able to robustly estimate market values of soccer players. The results show (1) that there are significantly underrated and overrated players and (2) that a player's affiliation to a certain team may contribute to his market value. We conclude that a club's reputation affects the market values of its players and that star players are in tendency overrated.     

A Factor-Adjusted Multiple Testing Procedure With Application to Mutual Fund Selection

In this article, we propose a factor-adjusted multiple testing (FAT) procedure based on factor-adjusted p-values in a linear factor model involving some observable and unobservable factors, for the purpose of selecting skilled funds in empirical finance. The factor-adjusted p-values were obtained after extracting the latent common factors by the principal component method. Under some mild conditions, the false discovery proportion can be consistently estimated even if the idiosyncratic errors are allowed to be weakly correlated across units. Furthermore, by appropriately setting a sequence of threshold values approaching zero, the proposed FAT procedure enjoys model selection consistency. Extensive simulation studies and a real data analysis for selecting skilled funds in the U.S. financial market are presented to illustrate the practical utility of the proposed method. Conditional design of the EWMA median chart with estimated parameters

The exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) chart is often designed assuming the process parameters are known. In practice, the parameters are rarely known and need to be estimated from Phase I samples. Different Phase I samples are used when practitioners construct their own control chart's limits, which leads to the “Phase I between-practitioners” variability in the in-control average run length (ARL) of control charts. The standard deviation of the ARL (SDARL) is a good alternative to quantify this variability in control charts. Based on the SDARL metric, the performance of the EWMA median chart with estimated parameters is investigated in this paper. Some recommendations are given based on the SDARL metric. The results show that the EWMA median chart requires a much larger amount of Phase I data in order to reduce the variation in the in-control ARL up to a reasonable level. Due to the limitation of the amount of the Phase I data, the suggested EWMA median chart is designed with the bootstrap method which provides a good balance between the in-control and out-of-control ARL values.
