西部大开发战略与对策新探

在全面建设小康社会战略目标条件下,重点分析了西部地区经济发展战略与对策,强调在基本经济制度上必须压缩国有制、扩大私有制,在新型工业化道路方面应优先发展信息产业,在西部开发过程中,应修改《矿产法》,构建新的矿产资源开发体制,必须解决西部大开发的根本问题———"三农"问题,建立长期、稳定的资金渠道,贯彻"尊重劳动、尊重知识、尊重人才、尊重创造"的方针。     

《战国纵横家书》所载“苏秦事迹”不可信

司马迁依据《秦记》及诸侯史记,兼采“战国之权变”,记载苏秦、张仪事迹多有精确纪年;刘向校定《战国策》,亲见《苏子》、《张子》及诸子百家之书。《史记》、《国策》载苏秦合纵在前、张仪连横在后,无可怀疑。《战国纵横家书》所载“苏秦事迹”,则为后人假托,并不可信。苏氏三兄弟都主张合纵抗秦,其活动范围与对待燕、齐诸国的立场惊人相似。加上此类资料相关背景不清,多无主名,在流传过程中屡经窜改,为后人冒名假托提供了方便。司马迁、刘向都见到过类似材料,而且经过甄别毫不含糊地作出了否定的判断。帛书《战国纵横家书》的出土,又一次证实了司马迁“异时事有类之者皆附之苏秦”的论断。     

企业家战略领导能力解构研究述评

企业家战略领导能力是企业家能力与企业战略管理过程的契合点,是企业家在企业战略管理各个阶段中体现出的一种独特的思考型实践能力。企业家战略领导能力是企业家第一能力,但是通过梳理文献发现对企业家战略领导能力专门研究并解构分析较欠缺。通过文献梳理分析结合战略管理理论,初步对企业家战略领导能力进行四维度解构,分为：战略思维能力、战略决策能力、战略规划能力与战略控制能力。     

从土中关系看中国的中东政策

中国与阿拉伯国家、伊朗、以色列和土耳其关系是中国中东政策的重点。土耳其和中国在国土面积、资源条件等方面相差很大,但在两国关系上却具有一定的对称性。本文试从经贸发展和国际关系两方面来考察对称性和双边关系之间的相互影响。欧亚大陆,特别是上海合作组织,是密切两国关系最好的平台。建立土中外交轴心有助于消除两国间的分歧与隔阂,推动土中安全领域的合作和中国的中东外交。     

信任、关系、控制与研发联盟绩效——基于中国制药产业的研究

本文以我国制药产业研究开发联盟为研究对象,研究了关系治理(包括信息共享、持续性预期、关系深化)、过程控制、信任对联盟绩效的影响。研究发现,持续性预期、信息共享有助于增进信任,进而提高联盟绩效;技术的不确定性越高,信任对联盟绩效的促进作用越显著;但过程控制则会降低信任与联盟绩效的正相关。     

民营企业和华人企业的战略联盟构建

随着中国-东盟自由贸易区的构建,中国民营企业与东南亚华人企业形成战略联盟也越来越为世人瞩目。本文在分析了中国民营企业战略态势和东南亚华人企业战略态势的基础上,根据中国民营企业与东南亚华人企业战略联盟的形成从理论上进行了探讨。

在激烈的市场竞争中,企业时刻都要面对各种不同的市场信息,而市场信息中又是机会与风险并存。对于这种情况,建立预警战略信息系统和数字神经网络信息系统,是企业现代化管理极其重要的一个方面。     

Strategic planning for small and medium-sized enterprises: The COMPASS project

The paper introduces a methodology and a set of software tools designed to support the definition and implementation of enterprise strategies particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises SMEs . The COMPASS method and tools support a stepwise refinement of basic strategic options and a simulation-based evaluation taking into account the objectives the SME has given itself. They assist in the derivation of detailed project plans, and they help monitoring the success of the chosen strategy. Inexperienced users can taken advantage of the built-in knowledge and experience in the field of strategic planning which reflects the actual state of the art in economic science. The paper describes the method and tools which were developed in the ESPRIT project 6617 COMPASS, and discusses their strong and weak points in the light of experience gained during test applications in three SMEs.     

The Israeli Mossad and the media: Historical and theoretical perspectives

This essay presents for the first time an integrated and comprehensive historical analysis of the relationship between the external intelligence service in Israel, the Mossad, and the media. The theoretical framework of this research demonstrates the significance of analyzing the relationship through the lens of a challenge–response model, based primarily on public relations literature. Since different changes have taken place in society, culture and media, it is crucial to define what issues the Mossad faced during each era in order to accurately evaluate its strategic communications. The Mossad's ability to cope efficiently with crisis situations was majorly influenced by the proportions between the challenges and the responses.
