战略联盟已经成为流行全球的一种企业合作方式,却自诞生之初就一直经受着稳定性的考验.战略联盟是冲突性力量发展的点的集合,这些力量形成的张力内生地对其稳定性造成了影响.灵活性和刚性是其中一对张力,它们相互竞争着支配地位,任何一方取得支配地位都可能改变联盟现状.灵活性与刚性两种力量之间的相对平衡对一个可持续的联盟来说是必需的,故可从选择正确的治理结构与建立企业间的信任机制两个方面寻找中间状态的路径.

在动态环境条件下由于客户需求快速变化和企业领导人有限理性决策造成的企业能力管理悖论是当前企业战略管理中最大的难题之一。本文通过对信息通信企业核心技术能力变革历程的分析,以朗讯科技和华为技术为案例,剖析了两企业核心技术能力的演化过程,提出了企业核心能力和核心刚性的动态性和相对性,对于在快速变化环境中的我国企业具有很好的借鉴和参考意义。

Jobs for Mothers: Married Women's Labor Force Reentry and Part-Time,Temporary Employment in Japan

This paper explains the increase in middle-aged women reentering the labor force in Japan and their concentration in part-time or temporary employment. Existing explanations attribute women's concentration in part-time employment too narrowly to supply or demand factors. In Japan, both the labor supply of middle-aged women and the demand for part-time workers have increased, but these conditions channel middle-aged women into part-time or temporary employment only when systematic barriers obstruct their access to full-time jobs. Because it plays an important role in women's employment decisions, the rigidity of standard, full-time employment needs greater attention in studies of nonstandard, atypical types of work.     

阻尼元件、质量块在力学模型中的等效处理

为了方便求取力学系统模型的传递函数，将力学模型中的阻尼元件与质量块等效成复域内的弹性元件，提出了一个与电网络系统中复阻抗相似的复弹性刚度的新概念。将力学模型中的不同元件模拟成一系列串、并联的弹性元件，用同一概念处理遵循不同物理学定律的元件。避免了在求力学模型系统传递函数的微分方程的列写，而直接画出系统的方块图或信号流图。通过典型力学模型实例说明这一解决问题方法的正确性、简捷性     

Typology and dimensionality of litigation public relations strategies: The Hewlett-Packard board pretexting scandal case

This study examined the content of litigation public relations (LPR) strategies Hewlett-Packard used in its recent board pretexting scandal by analyzing the press releases and newspaper coverage. Seven types of LPR strategies were identified and mapped using multidimensional scaling (MDS) along two continuums representing Defense–Accommodation and Ambiguity–Specification message attributes. Threat type was found to influence the choice of LPR strategies, which in return, impacted on how the publics attributed the organizational responsibility in the crisis. The use of emotional message played an important role in the two new LPR strategies, Information Supply and Strategic Avoidance.
