何大圭行年考

何大圭是南宋初期词人,早著文名,与著名词人张元干、诗人吕本中等有交游唱和,与“南宋四名臣”之一的李纲关系尤为密切,靖康中李纲兵援太原,大圭为其幕官参与抗战。然生平湮没无闻,迄无考订。经检史乘笔记与类书、方志,并与时人行事、作品互证,考明了其一生大概行踪:政和八年(1118)十八岁进士及第,历任太学录、秘书省正字、枢密院干办官、浙西安抚司参议官。晚年居福州。     

Resilience across Cultures

Findings from a 14 site mixed methods study of over 1500 youthglobally support four propositions that underlie a more culturallyand contextually embedded understanding of resilience: 1) thereare global, as well as culturally and contextually specificaspects to young people’s lives that contribute to theirresilience; 2) aspects of resilience exert differing amountsof influence on a child’s life depending on the specificculture and context in which resilience is realized; 3) aspectsof children’s lives that contribute to resilience arerelated to one another in patterns that reflect a child’sculture and context; 4) tensions between individuals and theircultures and contexts are resolved in ways that reflect highlyspecific relationships between aspects of resilience. The implicationsof this cultural and contextual understanding of resilienceto interventions with at-risk populations are discussed.     

大学心理辅导应以生涯心理辅导为本位

生涯心理辅导不同于传统的职业心理辅导。生涯心理辅导是大学生健康成长和发展的需要，也是高等院校开展心理辅导不可或缺的环节和内容。

必备的知识、观念、心理素质、能力与内心感受,以及对家庭的义务、个人的身心发展、事业的和谐、可持续发展是"内生涯规划"目标的重要组成部分。学校应整合各部门资源和力量,形成合力,以对大学生"内生涯规划"进行目标管理。政府也要积极投入有利于"内生涯规划"发展的公共产品。更重要的是,要靠大学生自己提高对"内职业生涯规划"的观念目标。     

转变观念 做好大学生生涯辅导工作

建立适应中国实际的大学生生涯辅导体系,必须转变观念,实现从"就业安置"向生涯辅导转变;建设职业化指导教师队伍;并将生涯辅导融入思想政治教育工作中,引导学生正确处理自我价值与社会价值的关系,由"适业"到"创业",掌握职业选择与事业发展的主动权。     

Resilience of organisations and territories: The role of pivot firms

How can organisations and territories contribute to maintain a high level of innovation while at the same time adapting to a turbulent environment? We give an answer to this question by mobilizing the concept of resilience. In order to do this, we develop a conception of resilience based on two dimensions. First, an organisational dimension which refers to the capacity of an organisation to manage a disturbance to its environment and to develop a new pathway and, a territorial dimension which refers to the collective capacity of the actors to contribute to facilitate the development of territorial responses to external disturbances. We illustrate this double dimension of resilience by focusing on the role of pivot firm as major actor in a territory.     

Professional vitality and career success: Mediation,age and outcomes

We propose a model that explains the complex phenomenon of successful career at work, and focuses on the antecedents of professional vitality at the workplace. The model sheds light on the role of professional vitality as an essential ingredient for successful careers. Using a survey design, we tested our model with a sample of 545 managers and professionals. The findings suggest effects of career attitudes on career outcomes, mediated by professional vitality. The relationship between professional vitality and age at work environment forms an inverse U shape curve, peaking at age of fifties, an optimistic note for the global aging workforce.     

生涯辅导的理念认识与机制建构

生涯辅导作为目前西方发达国家广为流行的职业指导模式,具有鲜明的预防性理念,其中蕴涵着对个体职业心理系统、职业决策系统的预防性调整和演练,以及缓解学校就业工作压力、推进素质教育与改善公众形象等若干合理性。该理论对解决我国日趋严峻的大学生就业问题有重要借鉴意义,我国高校应尽快建立无问题预防、问题前期预防和特殊问题预防的就业指导三级预防机制。     

A Push Toward Equality: Processes Among Dual‐Career Newlywed Couples in Collectivist Culture

This study examines gender construction among dual‐career newlywed couples in a collectivist culture. A qualitative analysis of in‐depth interviews with 20 heterosexual Singaporean couples reveals aspects of the collectivist norms (e.g., doing family, we‐consciousness, marrying one's equal) that are favorable toward the development of gender equality. Additionally, as couples respond to the political and social pulls of economic development, they begin to organize their relationship around both careers. Incorporating egalitarian values becomes a pragmatic move carried out through five direct processes: (a) career as central to the relationship, (b) flexible allocation of household duties, (c) open dialogue regarding conflict, (d) equal say in decision making, and (e) internal self‐reflection. Implications for future research are addressed.
