高职毕业生职业成熟度现状、影响因素与对策

以湖南省4所高职院校834名2016届毕业生为样本,利用问卷调查的方式,对其职业成熟度发展现状及相关影响因素进行研究与探讨.研究发现,当前高职毕业生职业成熟度处于中等偏上水平,职业成熟度在性别、专业类型、学生干部经历、校外兼职经历、社团活动参与经历、校企合作教育经历、奖助学金获得情况、独生子女情况、父母受教育程度间均呈现显著差异性.根据研究结论,文章提出应改进高职学生培养方式,促进学校、企业、家庭、社会共同助力培养人才.     

《大学英语教学指南》指导下大学英语教师教学与发展探讨

《大学英语教学指南》指出,大学英语的教学内容和教学方法要体现灵活性与适应性,目的是改进教学效果,提高学习效率;同时,大学英语教师必须适应高等教育发展的新形势,不断提高自己的专业水平和教学能力。在建构主义理论、反思教学理论以及满足教师发展目标阶段理论的框架下,讨论了大学英语教学中需要建立有效的课堂教学理念,明确反思教学的重要性以及满足教师不同发展阶段的需求等方面的问题。在《大学英语教学指南》的指导下,对大学英语教师的教学与发展模式进行了有益的探讨。     

基于跨层次被调节中介模型的新生代员工期望差距与离职意向研究

基于复合时空背景下28家企业的495名新生代员工和438名非新生代员工的调查问卷,考察新生代员工的期望差距对其离职意向的影响机制、职业承诺的中介作用以及环境自由的跨层调节作用,并运用多层次线性模型对跨层数据进行统计分析。研究结果表明:期望差距是“80后”和“90后”新生代员工离职意向的重要前因变量;职业承诺在“90后”新生代员工的期望差距与其离职意向之间起着部分中介作用,但是在“80后”新生代员工期望差距(现实工作与自我工作)与离职意向之间的中介作用不明显;组织环境自由对“90后”新生代员工的期望差距与离职意向的关系之间起到负向跨层调节作用,但在“80后”新生代员工的期望差距与离职意向的关系之间没有起到负向调节作用。     

The History of Interest Inventories and Career Assessments in Career Counseling

Interest inventories and career assessments continue to be used to support practitioners as they work to uncover client interests, abilities, skills, motivations, values, and other personal factors that help individuals self‐define and construct their career. The skilled use of career inventories and assessments remains a minimum competency of career service providers' ability to successfully partner with their clients. A history of the evolution of assessment from 1914 through 1974 and considerations for the future of assessment are highlighted to provide historical perspective to inform practitioners as they serve the diverse needs of complex client populations.     

实习实训提升学生就业能力的实践与探究

近年来大学生就业形势日益严峻，如何有效提高大学生的就业能力是切实解决毕业生就业问题的关键。校企合作是高职院校培养技术型人才的关键环节，本文将重点探讨实习实训对于实现学生在毕业前获得实质性的职业技能提高和职业素质培养所起的作用。     

Empathic Action and Family Resilience: A Narrative Examination of the Benefits of Helping Others

ABSTRACT

Empathy is identified as a protective factor that has been helpful for children considered at high risk for poor mental health and social functioning due to experiencing stressful circumstances such as family violence, substance abuse of a parent, or poverty. Yet, little is known about its relevance to a family's ability to overcome adversity. This study examined the narratives of 20 resilient families who maintained family functioning despite experiencing a multitude of risk factors including poverty, death of a child, significant health problems, or substance abuse problems. Narrative analysis was used to identify the ways families situated empathic actions within their stories of resilience. Findings suggest families developed increased compassion for others as a result of their own experiences with loss, trauma, or stress and discussed how helping others increased their ability to cope with the challenges they faced. Future research and practice implications are outlined and support the usefulness of strengths-based concepts and interventions.     

Recidivism,Risk, and Resiliency Among North American Indian Parolees and Former Prisoners

Abstract

Using official data, this paper examines recidivism, defined as rearrest over a 3-year follow up period, among a North American Indian First Nation-the Lumbee of North Carolina. Recidivism of the Lumbee, who reside in a tri-county non-reservation area, is compared with that of non-natives residing in the same counties. The working hypothesis was that being a member of the Lumbee First Nation and residing in a “Lumbee county” provides resiliency against the risk of recidivism. The hypothesis was confirmed with respect to violent and drug-related arrests, but not for property and other miscellaneous types of offenses.
