我校非英语专业语言测试现状与改革策略

指出了当前本校非英语专业英语语言测试中存在的问题,并具体分析了这些问题存在的原因。旨在推动本校语言测试的改革,使之更好地为我校英语教学服务,提高本校英语水平。     

新疆南疆部分地区维吾尔族义务教育的调查

同解放前比,新疆维吾尔族义务教育获得了前所未有的快速发展,变化巨大。从小学、高中到高等教育,规模扩增显著,师资数量倍增,升学率大幅度提高,已步入了法制化、规模化的道路。改革开放以来,教育投资增加,教师待遇提高,贫困学生得到补助,教学条件进一步完善。从维吾尔族义务教育的现状看,提高教育管理水平和教学质量,是一个当务之急的重要问题。     

Optimal sampling for repeated binary measurements

The authors consider the optimal design of sampling schedules for binary sequence data. They propose an approach which allows a variety of goals to be reflected in the utility function by including deterministic sampling cost, a term related to prediction, and if relevant, a term related to learning about a treatment effect To this end, they use a nonparametric probability model relying on a minimal number of assumptions. They show how their assumption of partial exchangeability for the binary sequence of data allows the sampling distribution to be written as a mixture of homogeneous Markov chains of order k. The implementation follows the approach of Quintana & Müller (2004), which uses a Dirichlet process prior for the mixture.

金融核心区的培育是提升重庆金融集聚力和辐射力以及构建长江上游地区金融中心的关键因素.在审视金融核心区的概念、内涵和重庆市培育金融核心区的必要性、可能性基础上,运用大系统分析方法的原理,提出重庆金融核心区的规划布局和总体思路;基于产业集群理论探讨重庆金融核心区的培育路径与对策.研究认为,培育重庆金融核心区,要在运筹高端金融商务发展体系、夯实现代金融业发展平台、拓展金融业发展空间等三个方面合理布局金融产业,促进形成金融业产业集群,并优化金融生态环境和金融主体结构、强化金融资源共享和政府公共服务职能.     

高校心理咨询现状分析——以某校449例次心理咨询记录资料为例

通过对某高校心理咨询中心449例次个别咨询记录资料进行整理,分析高校心理咨询的特点。结果显示:在高校心理咨询问题中,由多到少依次是恋爱问题、人际关系问题、情绪问题、学习问题、考研就业问题等。一年级大学生心理咨询的学生明显高于其它年级,不同年级学生咨询的问题存在差异,不同性别学生在咨询的问题上不存在明显的差异。在大学中寻求心理咨询帮助的大学生占学生总数的比例太小,大学生心理问题以发展性问题为主,贫困、网络、家庭等原因引起的心理问题值得关注和讨论。     

试析高职高专学校近年来女生人数大幅度增加的现象

近年来高职高专学校女生人数大幅度增加这是一个不争的事实,其原因有主客观方面的因素。在这种情况下,学校原有的设施、专业和课程都难以适应,必须做出较大的调整和改进。     

A modification of Honoré's triple-link model in the synoptic problem

Summary.  In New Testament studies, the synoptic problem is concerned with the relationships between the gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke. In an earlier paper a careful specification in probabilistic terms was set up of Honoré's triple-link model. In the present paper, a modification of Honoré's model is proposed. As previously, counts of the numbers of verbal agreements between the gospels are examined to investigate which of the possible triple-link models appears to give the best fit to the data, but now using the modified version of the model and additional sets of data.     

An affine‐invariant multivariate sign test for cluster correlated data

The author presents a multivariate location model for cluster correlated observations. He proposes an affine‐invariant multivariate sign statistic for testing the value of the location parameter. His statistic is an adaptation of that proposed by Randles (2000). The author shows, under very mild conditions, that his test statistic is asymptotically distributed as a chi‐squared random variable under the null hypothesis. In particular, the test can be used for skewed populations. In the context of a general multivariate normal model, the author obtains values of his test's Pitman asymptotic efficiency relative to another test based on the overall average. He shows that there is an improvement in the relative performance of the new test as soon as intra‐cluster correlation is present Even in the univariate case, the new test can be very competitive for Gaussian data. Furthermore, the statistic is easy to compute, even for large dimensional data. The author shows through simulations that his test performs well compared to the average‐based test. He illustrates its use with real data.     

我国企业家队伍建设问题探讨

企业家的角色主要定位于企业的决策者、企业的创新者,企业风险的承担者。我国企业家队伍随着改革开放与市场经济发展起来,基本现状为:队伍不断发展壮大,成长环境不断改善提高;才能得到发挥,价值得到一定体现;但部分企业家自身素质依然低下。问题形成主要来自于三大机制因素:选拔任用机制不健全;监督约束机制不健全;激励机制不完善。解决问题的关键当然在于三大缺陷机制的健全完善,加强对企业家与世贸规则接轨的素质的全面培训。     

Poverty and social trends in Russia

The article describes the socioeconomic situation of the Russian population and its dynamics in 1992. The analysis is based on series of regional sociological surveys led by the All-Russian Living Standards Research Center and on official Russian statistical data. The basic unit of analysis is the family, and hence family typology approbated both in research and in practical social work is introduced. Besides describing and discussing the growing poverty tendencies in contemporary Russia, the article also contains methodological recommendations for social policy bodies and social workers on the strategy of work in social maintenance and social support of the least secure population strata.
