关于上海若干要素市场发展的思考与对策

上海的要素市场是从20世纪90年代初为适应上海建设经济中心城市而发展起来的,现已初步形成了有形市场和无形市场相结合、全国市场和地方市场相结合、综合性市场与专业性市场相结合的具有相当水平软硬件设施为基础的要素市场体系,但是在要素市场建设和发展中还存在不平衡、不完善、不到位等方面的问题。本文主要分析上海若干要素市场发展的现状与特点,并提出了相应的发展对策。即：上海科技市场要按照构建完整的创新体系的要求,建设全国性的大市场;上海金融市场要按照实现国际金融中心的要求,融入国际性的金融市场体系;上海文化市场要按照统一开放竞争有序的要求,进一步发展文化创意产业;上海服务市场要按照实施服务经济战略的要求,促进长江三角洲一体化大市场的发展;上海房地产市场要按照完善住房保障体系与房地产市场体系建设的要求,在调整中发展。     

国际金融监管的发展趋势及对我国的启示

当前国际金融监管的发展趋势就是:金融监管的目标从单纯强调安全性向安全与效率并重的方向转变; 金融监管方式的选择上,从注重合规性监管转向合规性与风险性监管并重;金融监管体制从分业监管向部分混 业监管或完全混业监管的模式过渡。     

Observing Unobservables: Identifying Information Asymmetries With a Consumer Credit Field Experiment

Information asymmetries are important in theory but difficult to identify in practice. We estimate the presence and importance of hidden information and hidden action problems in a consumer credit market using a new field experiment methodology. We randomized 58,000 direct mail offers to former clients of a major South African lender along three dimensions: (i) an initial “offer interest rate” featured on a direct mail solicitation; (ii) a “contract interest rate” that was revealed only after a borrower agreed to the initial offer rate; and (ii) a dynamic repayment incentive that was also a surprise and extended preferential pricing on future loans to borrowers who remained in good standing. These three randomizations, combined with complete knowledge of the lender's information set, permit identification of specific types of private information problems. Our setup distinguishes hidden information effects from selection on the offer rate (via unobservable risk and anticipated effort), from hidden action effects (via moral hazard in effort) induced by actual contract terms. We find strong evidence of moral hazard and weaker evidence of hidden information problems. A rough estimate suggests that perhaps 13% to 21% of default is due to moral hazard. Asymmetric information thus may help explain the prevalence of credit constraints even in a market that specializes in financing high‐risk borrowers.     

区域经济增长中的区域金融支持策略研究——以陕西省为例

金融市场结构的失衡制约了金融市场整体功能的充分发挥和核心竞争能力的进一步提升。金融市场结构是一个质与量相统一的相对独立系统,一个国家或区域的金融市场结构优化与否则直接反映了其金融市场发展水平的高低。本文通过对陕西省金融业发展的现状进行分析来反映陕西省金融市场结构优化问题。     

双边市场中平台企业搭售行为分析

搭售是现实中双边平台企业常用的促销策略之一。通过构建一个两阶段完全信息动态博弈模型,将买方分为搭售喜好型和搭售无差异型,从垄断和竞争两种情形研究了双边平台企业采取搭售策略时,具有不同搭售偏好的买方对最优均衡解的影响以及相应的社会福利变化。研究发现:不论是垄断情形还是竞争情形,搭售对买卖双方均衡进入价格的影响都不确定,而搭售产品的定价则按照传统单边市场的定价方式制定;垄断情形下,搭售能增加买方数量、卖方数量及双边平台企业的利润,而竞争情形下,搭售产品成本较小的双边平台企业将获得较大买方数量、卖方数量及利润。在两种情形下的买方总效用、卖方总效用以及社会总福利均随搭售喜好型买方数量的增加而增加。

欠发达地区经济落后的一个重要原因是城乡市场分割,由于欠发达地区资本稀缺,要想解决城乡市场问题也是发展中的一个难点。要从欠发达地区城乡市场分割的形成原因中寻找解决的途径和办法,分析城乡一体化建设的难点,打破城乡市场中存在的各种障碍,探讨城乡一体化建设的具体措施,促进城乡市场一体化建设。     

中国粮食市场60年发展历程与变迁特点

中国粮食市场与粮食政策60年的发展历程呈现出七大变迁特点:一是粮食市场演进基本是以政府强制性变迁为主导;二是粮食市场经历了由短缺到供求大致均衡、由政府定价为主到市场形成价格的演变;三是粮食产量波动与价格波动既受经济周期影响,又与改革进程高度相关;四是粮食产量与粮食价格呈明显相关性和周期性变化,且价格波动幅度高于产量波动幅度;五是粮食人均产量经历了由不足——基本满足生存——追求更高生活质量的演进历程;六是粮食兼具农产品、工业品与金融产品的属性特征日益明显;七是影响粮食价格波动的因素由"粮食政策调整或供给变动"向更复杂和更多元化的因素转变。     

基于多主体建模分析的银行间网络系统性风险研究

本文基于多主体建模分析了银行间核心-边缘网络的系统性风险。模型假设银行通过最优投资组合配置,在流动性和资本约束前提下谋求利润最大化。通过建立银行间市场交易环境的仿真模型,依据银行行为决策动态形成资产负债表与银行间网络敞口的数据,评估金融监管政策在银行间市场的实施效应。同时,引入不同网络结构模型加以对比分析,发现尽管核心-边缘银行间网络体系比无标度网络更易遭受共同冲击和传染风险,但当处于金融困境时,在宏观审慎管理政策机制作用下,核心-边缘网络体系比其他结构网络表现出更强的恢复力特性。     

The power of activist networks in the mass self-communication era: A triangulation study of the impact of WikiLeaks on the stock value of Bank of America

This case study examines a confrontation between WikiLeaks and Bank of America (BOA). Drawing upon Castells’ concept of mass self-communication and the cocreational approach to public relations, a triangulation of social network analysis and event study method allows this project to capture the structure of WikiLeaks’ global network and to document how the activist network affected BOA's stock value. The analysis reveals that WikiLeaks emerged as the center of a global mass self-communication network consisting of a diverse group of members, such as social media sites and mass media outlets. The study offers implications for a re-conceptualization of the role of activism in public relations.     

MAKING A NAME IN GAMES

This article explores the development and implementation of a Toronto-based incubator supporting local women in developing their own games. The incubator was created to help change the current (male-dominated) status quo of game production, promising participants skills sharing, support for the development of a new game, and entry into the local community of indie games developers. It was at the same time part of a large network of commercial and non-commercial interests with a shared agenda of promoting the local digital innovation scene. These different motivations and actors are considered to understand the nature of this complex social network market and the circulation of particularly feminized affective labour therein, detailing how value, reward, and benefit are conceptualized throughout this network. The article focuses on how and where these understandings are in alignment and where they fall apart, revealing problematic structures of power and control linked in particular to gender and entrepreneurialism in the area of digital innovation.
